and I re-did it completely in Adobe Illustrator for him, I told him, out of mere respect DO not claim the vectored image as your own artwork, he failed to comply with that request and posted it initially on Gaia claiming it was his, then here and on a site he made in which I and a few individuals from my site, destroyed because of his failure to comply. As you can see, there is quite the difference, and if he were to post HIS original and state that someone touched it up for me and posted my image, that would have been cool.
But his lack of respect for other artists is stupid. In fact he had the nerve to say this, "But hey, you DID post it online, so it's really up for grabs. Anybodies game."

So because I posted an image its up for grabs? Nope, its called Creative Commons, look it up.

Thanks for checking into this, I will be following up on this to ensure he is dealt with.

When you did this, Nomhak, It was done on gaminggutter. A site full of notorious scammers. I was going to post it on gaia, and for the sake of our usernames, I put recognition to you without stating your name, therefore not risking our accounts being banned. People have asked me who I was recognizing it to, and I did mention your name. Stop wining about it. I did put recognition to you in there.
It's not all YOUR work. You didn't do it from scratch. I gave you the image to modify and smooth out, and you did it for me. You edited MY work, so therefor, It's still MINE. You just curved the lines, took away the tattoo, hanging cloth from the gourd, and added more shading. Oh, and 1 extra layer of hair. Mine was done on paint. I wanted it to look smoother, and you edited it for me. You can't take claim for all of MY work. Only the modifications, which (if you look in the bottom) I did recognize you for.
Now stop stalking me, for the love of god.

"He knows who he is" is a pretty lame credit, you dirty art thief
Also, get a ****ing scanner. Not that it would help your art to stop looking like any second class manga drawing ever

I do think namhok is right, in post #10 Joe-san DID say that you let namhok do the rest of the artwork for you, and the recognition goes to namhok-san. But you're not completely wrong either. So I'd like to think that the one without the tattoos belongs to Joe and the one with the tattoos belongs to namhok. How's that? *blinks* Fair?=^w^=~♥

Anyways Joe-san's art looks fine but blurry, coz you didn't use a scanner. But cute, so ganbaru yo~♥ *salute* /(=w=+)

Alright, I'll admit defeat. He didn't do the rest of the work for me, he edited it. I didn't think it was a crime to post a work without stating someones name in it. I'll change it if it makes everyone happy. Nom, if your reading this, I'm sorry. I thank you for editing my picture, but I didn't state our names because we would get banned on the site if I did.
