Im looking forward to seeing all the captains bankai, i mean their gonna have to use them considering who they are fighting, Kisuke using his bankai(i was convinced he was going to be a vizard until the most recent manga chapters), Yoruichi using her zanpakuto, also regarding ichigo i say full hollow form when he fights aizen or maybe even ulquiorra.

Regarding chad id say full body armor, cant really think of anything else that could happen.
