I'll choose Byakuya's.. We don't need to move even an inch to attack the enemy.. And, with those all 1000 petals, the enemy will be damaged for sure.. ^^ Even Ichigo did..

Mine would be Ichigo's, because his bankai looks awesome and it's pretty powerful too. Aizen's is probably the most powerful Zanpakto but, to be honest, somethimes it seems a little too powerful, especially since the total hypnosis thing is only his shikai. What the hell will his bankai do?!
