There are three; Trust, Betrayal, and Reflections.

Trust and Betrayal Directors Cut [You get both DVDs into one because if you watch Trust, then you'd have to watch Betrayal]

I'm guessing that trust and betrayal take place before rouroni kenshin.....does reflections occur after the series? or after betrayal?

Yes, Trust and Betrayal are before.
Reflections is after the entire series. Its sort of a recap on some stuff that they didn't show anywhere else, including Kenji. Who is Kenshin and Kaoru's child

are there any other kenshin movies other than samurai X? I watched trust and betrayal, and he is not the evil swordsman that is refered to many times during the TV series......I wanted to see what turned him evil, and then good, and neitehr trust nor betrayal answered that for me

(Shouldn't this be in the RK forum?)
Like what Jagan Eye said, the only movies are Trust, Betrayal and Reflections.
Warning! Possible spoilers.
Trust deals with the earliest parts of Kenshin's life wherein he is rescued from bandits, trained and recruited into the war. This is the part where most people refer to him as "evil" seeing as he "emotionlessly" and single-handedly killed people. If you were a family member, then you'd call him evil would you not?
Betrayal deals with the part of his life involving Tomoe. Seeing as they had to hide/lie low for a bit, he "lived" with Tomoe for a bit. I'd say that changing from an assassin to a medicine merchant is a pretty mellow, good thing. At this time, he learned to value life, and learned to love. This is what would be referred to as his turning point.
After this, well there's the series. Then the Reflections movie.

Kenshin's time as a hitokiri is covered in Trust and Betrayal (Tsuiokuhen). He is never evil. He kills out of a misguided sense of duty to protect others and is taken advantage of by the Isshin Shishi.

Yeah but for those who don't know him, those who were purely a victim of his misguided sense of justice and know absolutely nothing about his reason or his life... would they not have the right to call him evil?

because people are bored and stupid and they firgure to call him "evil" even though he is not evil.
