Ideas on going to the feudal area!

Help me please.
I need a way for my character to go back into the past... Feudal Japan etc.
Any ideas?

First, I'd suggest you get them into Japan. Let's just say that his dad had to get a job there.

Second, he needs to take a drug, which would at least fool him into thinking he was in Feudal Japan, regardless of the reality.

If all else fails, use Photoshop.
