TBH I think that suits better than the dog girl ^^;;
And it's awesome.
I like the way that the extract kinda has something with the background
I dunno but that's what I think.. yeah well done ^^

It looks WAY beter now. The bg has power and it suits Lulu fine. i think its ready. submit it...
and if you don't mind, I'm stealing it. Where did you get the extract? It's lovely. And you've given the wall a lot of depth. I can't do that...
I think you overtook me already T_T

No problem Sal!
You're styles'very good. You learn quickly don't you?
I really like the thing you do with your text layers. I mean put that transparent box behind it. I might steal that idea too >_< BEWARE!! MUHAHAHAHAHA...

I really like the angle and the arcane circle you have included in the wallpaper. I also like the transparent text box as well. It looks really good and the background looks good with the Code Geass characters and I liked it with Dog Girl too.

Ditch at least some of the effects that go over the characters, it's way too busy right now. Also, get rid of the bright spotlight to the left of Lelouche. Try creating a detailed starfield (but not with the star brush like you did now) in the background, with small stars and no completely blank places, I think it'd look nicer. Look up Greg Martin's tutorial on that.
