Rumor...

i'm not sure if it's true but there's a rumor going on about there being a Metroid Prime movie coming out. what do you think about it?

It is just a rumor...or as far as I heard, but I heard of other movies of this kind, via. Warcraft movie, Halo movie, Prince of Persia movie...etc.

I think the rumor about a Metroid movie will stay a rumor.

I know Prince of Persia is happening for sure.

Halo seems to be having problems. But I don't have high hopes for it anyways. I think it would feel extremely cut and paste from other sci-fi movies involving Aliens. Kinda like what I think a Metroid movie would end up being.

I'm most optimistic about a WarCraft movie. Seeing as how theres been plenty of good fantasy movies over the years. They're mainly just using the WarCraft Universe/World.

Actually it was in development by John Woo, but it was cancelled.

Wow first time I heard about it. I'm not really a metroid fan so it doesn't really matter to me. It would make an interesting movie should they start it up again. ^^
