Who is your best character and why?

Hey!
I actually have two favorite (best) characters!
They're Hyuga Neji (Neji) and Sabaku no Gaara (Gaara)!
I like Neji because of his cockyness, it can be SO FUNNY!
I love Gaara because he's SO cool, and he's really hot! XD
