Disclaimer : I put a warning on the title as it may become a spoiler for those who does not yet watch episode 156-157 of bleach anime yet.

Introducing my latest wallpaper ; Ishida Uryuu - The Power Of Quincy.

I really love the new power of Ishida Uryuu from bleach, so I make-up my mind to do the a wall of him.:love:

This is created by a simple screenshot tracing. I just overlapping 2 screenshots (the front close-up ishida) and the background, and then trace it using tablet + photoshop. 6+ Hours taken to complete this.:computer:

It's neat. Just not my kind of preferred wallpapers, give me something more ecchi.<3

The main problem I have with them is how flat the columns are. Though they look 3d, they don't feel 3d. I would play around with shadowing on the background columns or make them a bit darker than the foreground ones.

Also, the text is not doing it for me. It feels too pasted on. When using text, make sure it blends with the rest of the wallpaper. Bad text can really ruin even the best wallpapers.

1- The top of the columns, the border is jagged. Try smoothing it out.

2- The lines in general are unsmooth in random places. ie. his clothes

3- I think the text itself is alright. It's the text placement that doesn't work.

Although I've given you critiques left and right, your wallpaper is still a grade above many others I've seen here. ^^ So keep it up.

Edit: I agree with Pooky about the flatness column thing. It's way too 3d for the rest of the image.

I''m sure to fix this as soon as I have some time..

Okay i got some time so I decide to edit it..

I make the column darker and out of focus, put more fog and change a lil bit the background color hues.

Also edit the text to make it blend with the bg hue. It look okay with me, I dont know if its not with u guys..

@@; Why'd you blur up the top of the columns? ~~; If I remember correctly, they stood on em? So they're not attached to the ceiling. Well, it isn't like anyone who doesn't watch bleach would know so that's okay I guess. But I like it a lot more overall now.

Now, the text stands out way too much against the black fog. It looks too sharp. If you're using photoshop, have you tried using the 'Smooth' option instead? @@; Also think you can find a better place to put the text? As I said, the text itself was fine, it's the placement.

wahahahaha I took a short way and use blur tool to smooth out the jagged column, now that u mention the column really look like its attached to the ceiling.

About the text... I can't find a better place for the text.. might as well removed it I guess..
