tsukasa and suburu bout to touch irl sceen goes out your hear morganna talking but now that ive tought/read stuff bout it it seems nothing happened to tsukasa and suburu they were able to logout when hellba droped the area they were in when skeith came and the part with morganna talk was just to show you that morganna still existed in the world (i guess?) please correct me if im wrong

there are a few specials set after the last episode:
Intermezzo: which reveals more about Mimiru's past
Evidence: essentially a recap episode with a little bit of added stuff concerning Subaru's reaction to when Tsukasa is "killed"
Unison: brings in Kite and Black Rose from .hack//QUARANTINE
Gift: a parady that is very funny!!

they are seperate from the main stream shows but are still entertaining. The end that you refer to is actually leaving it open for the games and Kite and Black Rose defeating the reminants of morganna. hope this helps :D
