OOC: YAY! Its finally started. Sorry if things are a little at the bare minumums, but school and guard take up alot of time. Okay so let the legend begin. (At least I hope it becomes legendary. :D)
For miles around the forests are deep and lush. Filled with wildlife, never had they been touched by man. This forest was said to be inpenatrable by humans because we had given up the things that made us natural, our claws, teeth, and four legged reflexices.
Hundreds upon hundreds of years ago a traveling group looking for salvation found a grassy plane in the middle of that forest. They believed it was a miracle, and that they must use this land to build a safe haven for all. There were five leaders in that group, each having their own people wishing for hope, promising to follow them to the ends of the earth to find their sanctuary. Their need was so great that they called upon the long, hidden property of this plane. Magic. They were bestowed upon great gifts of power and knowledge. The greatest of them all were the five original leaders who led the people to protect the land they loved.
The leaders declared themselves council and they heard all problems with open ears and kind hearts. After ten years of happiness on the plane a large group of people found themselves lost and stumbled upon the people’s precious town. The townspeople were kind and generous to these new people. One day the leader of the new people said that they should have leaders and their own land since they knew more about the present world.
The council said, “We left your world because we didn’t like the way it was. We do not want to adopt the old worlds vices.” The new people were furious and forgot the fact they had only meant to stay a short time to not burden the townspeople. They brought out new age weapons and attacked the townspeople. The townspeople and the council were furious themselves and confronted the new people head on. Before that the townspeople had kept their abilities from the new people, but after the attack they used them to protect their little piece of the world. The new people were so frightened they fled, but before doing so they injured some. From that moment on the council forbid outsiders from coming onto the grounds and set a mighty barrier for miles around their land.
Part of the problem had been the lack of training. So with a few other decrees the council built a school at the center of the town. They called it the Academy of Mages, after the Magic they had received. Each of the five civilizations sent their Mages be trained at the school. The whole town was set up in a star shape to symbolize the peoples hope and the importance of magic in their culture.
The most important part of the school was the great limestone in front of it. On it was the name of the school and the importance in working together, believing in your friends, magic cannot be destroyed, everyone is equal, and you must respect them. After many years though more people did come and the mages interbred and moved away. Sometime during this all the first councils' words were covered up, so now the stone is blank except for the name of the school. The magic was still with the families and seemed to never die out. The original motives of kindness and hope were lost to new generations and they used their abilities for personal gain. Over time the families all moved out of their little city, out of respect they turned the whole place into a school. A place they could send their children to understand their powers and to learn, enrich their minds.
Present: September 25, 2016 (Changed it to first quarter. I’m fickle.)

A cool breeze glided threw the many trees on the grounds. Rustling leaves sounded throughout the school, as a melody. A young boy sat upon the roof of the outer wall that connected the dorms. Eyes closed he listened to wonderful sounds of the new school year. Students were rushing about to get to classes, nervous freshman ducked in out of sight. Abram smiled at their obvious worry. It had been tradition to scare the newbies a little, and even though he had been one himself last year he was a known prankster already. This was his pride and joy time, besides Halloween of course. Abram stood up and gazed for his first target. A nerdy mind freshman walked along the path near Abram, completely oblivious to his wicked smile. Abram played a quick tune on his flute, that which sent the girl in the completely wrong direction. A direction that would lead her straight to the school maze behind the Nature dorm. Abram smiled again knowing his fun had just begun, but the warning bell was ringing and he knew he musn’t be late for class. [I]To get on a teacher’s bad side, oh that was just not done[I] Abram thought deviously.

A redhead rested her head against the trunk of The Tree. She relished the shade this tree provided her. With the coming of fall the area wasn’t that warm, but for now it was still pretty sunny and the redhead had afternoon classes she couldn’t afford to sleep through out there in the nature dorm gardens. The redheads name was Caley Brookes, and she lifted one eye-lid up in response to a small noise. The noise seem to come from a confused Mind girl. She was a young girl, looked about the right age to be freshman. She seemed to be in a trance of some sort, but when the girl ran into a young sapling Caley knew what was going on. She sent a bit of water at the girl, making sure not to get the girl’s shirt wet in the process. Within seconds the freshman was looking around in horror. This was obviously not where she had intended to go and Caley smiled kindly sending the freshman in the proper direction.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
On her way out of the gardens the Mind freshman almost ran into a very tall African girl. She loomed over the Mind freshman for a moment, before the freshman ran away in fear.
“Ashanti you should be nicer to the new students. They are already going to get quiet the scare within the next few weeks let alone the whole year. The way upperclassman even sophomores act freshman are their own personal punching bag.” Caley said eyes closed again nodding off a little. Ashanti just shook her head in response before sitting down on the other side of the tree. She too leaned back and enjoyed the relaxtion brought with being a Junior the first few weeks of school. Ashanti always hoped that someone who looked like her might arrive in that planefull of kids every year, but no one ever came. It wasn’t that Ashanti didn’t love her kin-sister Caley, its just hard to be somewhere where everyone has an ability like you, yet is totally different. She sighed and decided Caley’s idea of taking a nap wasn’t so bad and nodded of herself.

The bunny eyes were bright red against its black fur as it shuffled through the the corridors of the school. It stopped in front of a locker, turned 90 degrees and began walking up the wall directly adjacent to locker 736 suddenly the combination lock of the 736 began spinning on its own and opened, whereupon the stuffed bunny, still standing against the other locker slipped an AP English Literature text book as well as Beowulf into the locker before removing the AP Demographics text book. Having obtained its materials for the next class it hoped down to continue on its way while a jester now proceeded to go through the same routine.
There were eight such toys wandering the halls (counting the bunny) and another (a skeleton) which remained within the library. These things never spoke but rather did their tasks in complete silence, only righting brief notes on paper when communication was needed.
These were the puppets of the one known as Adam Sandalphon, inhabitant of room 139 and utter recluse. Nothing was known about the boy other than that he (presumably) existed and used these puppets as stand ins. He was also on the council, primarily for his academic excellence and diligent work ethic.
But that was not why he was well known nor is it the concern of the moment.
What was more pressing to the rabbit seemed to be getting to class, unfortunately for the dimniutive toy, its short legs did not make for a quick walking pace and it needed to run at a good clip in order to make it to the Demographics class on time which was located on the opposite side of the building from his locker.
Wilhelm lay in the shadow of the school building on his side, his right arm outstretched in front of him and clutching a small book which read, Kritik der reinen Vernunft. It made sense to him. Motion was a result of a priori jumps of reason... because motion, or alteration of the object over time could not logically come about. Logically, we would see several balls that come into existance and then instantaneously disappear in rapid succession. Thus we must have some sort of a priori sense of time... thus time, whatever its external tangencies, is, as we perceive it, nothing but a fabrication of the mind which it has built into its structure.
Wilhelm sighed...even Kant couldn't cheer him up this time of day. He was on break this period, and while the break wasn't so bad it was the reason for it that angered him. The reason he had break was because everyone else in his grade had their infernal magic class, but he, since he had castrated himself of magic, did not attend. He lay back and stared at the sky. It sucked. Why was he the only one that realized what how sinful magic could be? He knew it was because of perspective... but... why was he the only one blessed with such sanity. This raised the question... if there was a man in a land of the blind who could see... would they believe him if he told them? Would they not disbelieve him? He sighed... and rolled over on the grass staring at the trees in boredom. He hated this school with all of his heart.

OOC: OOOOH scary Kiba ;). Anwyay I'm here...I had a bit more in mind but I have to run off to work anyway I'm happy the RP started. Hope it goes well.
BIC: Is it my fault if I was born great into greatness? No! It would be a sin not to strive to become the greatest. In the large courtyard that faced the large school stood a long tree. A lone tree that seemed completely out of place but wise with age. It was dark and still held on to its many leaves despite the time of the year. Leaned against this lone tree was a lone boy. A lone boy but never the less an impressive boy.
Derek was leaning against the same tree he liked to lean against from time to time. He was wearing his clean suit and had both his hands in his pockets. Stretching infront of him was the long fields that belonged to the school and close to the entrance doors was a large mass of people buzzing with activity. Derek could hear the soft hum of their voices in the distance but he didn't care, they were all inferior anyway. Covering his cold blue eyes was a pair of expensive shades. Derek didn't wear them as often as he'd like but he was in the mood right now.
Derek reached for his suite's inner pocket and extracted a small tin box with an intricate star-shaped design on it. The lid was popped open and inside nestled side by side were abotu a dozen identical paper tubes filled with tobacco. With a practiced motion derek brought one of the cigarettes to his mouth and brought out a lighter of the same color as the tin box holding the cigarettes. Both the lighter and the tin box were replaced in their pockets by the time Derek blew his first cloud of smoke. He was relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. Slowly he breathed in and slowly he breathed out a small cloud of smoke.
All of a sudden Derek heard the dull sound of the bell ringing and the mass of people quickly started moving towards the entrance door. Onyl a lone figure seemed to detach itself form the group. As it got closer to Derek, Derek started to recognize the features of the man obviously coming to see him. It was Lance, the groundskeeper. Lance was a large man, easily 6"10 and weighed a good 260 pounds. He wasn't the brightest fellow in the park but he was very proud of his strength and authority around the grounds. Derek and him didn't like each other much due to their conflicting natures and Derek's tendency to stay outside longer then authorized.
Lance stopped about two feet away from Derek and with a loud booming voice yelled out: "Truesdale! I should have known! If you're small behind isn't within those walls in the next 30 seconds they'll have to pick you up in pieces. Now move it!" Derek looked up at Lance and brought his shades slightly off his eyes by pushing them upwards. Then with a tired reply responded: "Go away Lance I'm finishing my cigarette." He then let the shades fall back over his eyes and took an especially long puff of his cigarette. Lance turned red as a tomatoe and took a step forward as if he thought yelling from closer would scare Derek more.
"GET INSIDE NOW OR ELSE!"
"or else what?" Derek's response was cold. Derek removed the cigarette form his mouth and let it sit in his right hand. Using his left hand he removed his shades and sat them on his collar. The air between Lance and Derek suddenly grew chilly and before Lance knew what was happening a hand of ice formed around Lance's neck and lifted him off the ground. Lance's surprised expression was priceless as he clutched the hand of ice in an attempt to slacken the grip. Derek then faced Lance. "Now listen to me peasant. In this world peasant don't order around nobilty withotu facing consequences. Next time we meet I might not feel like educating you again so stay out of my way, you might not like how I treat the likes of you."
Derek then blew smoke in Lance's face and pressed his cigarette against Lance's forhead to light it out. Lance let out an anguished scream of pain but couldn't do much right now. Derek then threw the remaining bud to the side and walked off. When Derek was sufficiently far so that he wouldn't hear Lance's annoying scream the hand of ice that had emprisoned Lance fell to pieces releasing him. As derek walked towards the school he put his hands in his pockets and couldn't help but think. Damn peasants...don't they ever learn...I'll show them. I'll show them ALL!

John walked to class with a smile on his face. His blonde hair swaying with it's majestic aura. The smart Mind dorm student had a AP after an AP class. First being AP Barriers, and mind control. John was first in that class. He did hold classes of his own right out of the school library. He wondered if some of his regulars were going to attend.
Being for France, as he believed, was nothing more then a way for freshmen's to flock around him. Most girls wanted to tie his hair up be then put it in some strange position. He let them because he just like making people happy. His life wasn't perfect. It was far from it. Nevertheless he was rarely seen without a smile. That why he was so social and help anyone in anyway he could.
Walking through the school John noticed Freshmen and some other students that he didn't know but had seen last year. A few of them said hello and past by him. It was quite amusing how these students that seemed so care free had some of the same problems as he. They had family that didn't love them. Father that made them train and work so hard that they had to sleep at school and train at home. John, in a way, wished he had that. Their lives were harder the John's. They got to see love and compassion from a mother,and/or father. He never had that one father figure to guide him. He had his grandmother, who was also a ex student of this school, and ironic as it was, a master magician.
"Oh my God a talking Stuffed Animal!!!" John yelled and pointed at the stuffed animal. He began to laugh and then, don't think him insane, talk to it. "So ready for the new year mister animal? Are you going to try and get better grades then me just like the prevous year?" John didn't have time to get his answer. A girl he knew from last year grabbed him and drug him to the library. "Hey remember my question i'll talk to you later." John and the girl disappeared behind the corner. A new year, but the same students from the Strength dorm needing more help.

Lance was a lot more then just muscle and a loud voice. Had Derek not had the element of surprise things might have turned sour. Lance was an ex-strength dorm attendee and quite a successful one at that. The only reason Derek's attack took him by surprise was that by constantly reinforcing the hand with the moisture present in the ambient atmosphere Derek was able to create a practically unbreakable choker. Lance was surprised by his inability to break it but had things lasted longer he would have found a way out of it and even though Derek didn't like to admit it, the staff in this school had the knack for being annoyingly skilled.
Derek finally reached the large front doors that were now shut. Derek pushed open the door with one hand letting the other stay in his pocket. The hallways were pretty empty besides a few confused freshmen. Derek looked at his watch: 8:04. He wasn't even 5 minutes late and already the hallways were deserted. wow...this is a record even for this school... Derek had to get to the second floor. His first course of the day was elemental manipulation 2. Derek both hated and loved that class. It was another chance to show off his talents but it was also a pretty boring class to attend.
The teacher was skilled but Derek was sure he could teach that class better then he could. However, Derek was forced to admit that outside of ice he lost his edge on the teacher. However, this was a chocie. Derek had chosen to specialize in ice and had started learning ways of abusing this power and strengthening it. To become perfect you must be good in everything however, perfecting one thing and then diverging to others is the path Derek chose. Derek slowly walked up the stairs towards the second floor. It was about 8:06 when a confused freshmen came running down the hallway eyes focused on a bunch of papers.
What was to happen happened. Derek wasn't really paying lost a bit in thoughts when the kid who had never seen Derek rammed straight into him. The kid who was even smaller then Derek was sent backwards but not without forcing Derek a few steps back. Derek looked up furious at a kid that was about to piss himself. He quickly started collecting his papers on all four and quickly got up, apologized and ran off in the same direction. Derek looked over his shoulder as the kid's right foot got caught in a block of ice and he was sent face first on his face, his papers flying off again. The kid looked back at his ankle surprised before looking up at Derek finally aware of what had happened.
"I'm really sorry. But I really have to hurry. I'm already late to my first class in this school...." The kid was almost hyperventilating and speaking very quickly as if the faster the words came out of his mouth the sooner he'd be in class. Derek kneeled down to be at eye levels with the kid which just made him squirm even more. "You insignificant peasant...If you can't even run without tackling people how do you plan on learning something as intricate as magic? Personally, I think for your and our good you should just pack up and go home. You won't achieve anything here..."
The kid was so scared he couldn't talk so Derek got back up and dusted himself. "Now look...as punishment for wasting my precious time I'll waste your worthless time. I know, I know...it isn't equivalent but it'll have to do. I have a class to get to." Bars of ice rose from the ground surrounding the freshman and then connected over the kids head. The result was a kind of birdcage made of ice with the kid trapped inside. The kid was obviously not very adept at magic yet hence why he hadn't even liberated his ankle yet so this fullfledged ice prison should hold him for quite a long time if he doesn't get help and considering the vacancy of the hallways it could take a while, well at least until the classes are over.
Derek walked down the hallway leaving behind him the calling for help by the trapped kid. Derek was about 10 minutes late when he entered his class. COnsidering it was the first class nothign was actually happening yet and the teacher was just taking everyone's presence. Derek sat in the back corner next to the window ignoring completely the teacher's comment as he had enetered the class. He sat there looking outside the window until he heard his name a third time. He lazily spat an "I'm here, I'm here" and continued to stare out the window. What a drag...I'm gold in a pot of copper...

Alice rounded a corridoor to head to her class when a voice caught her attention. She peeked over to see a boy talking with a stuffed rabbit, whom then had left. She continued to stare intensly at the stuffed bunny until it began to move on its own, along with a few other toys that she payed no mind to.
"BUNNY!!"
She let out a squeal and lunged for the stuffed toy, grabbing it and smuggling it with a tight hug.
"Bunny, bunny, bunny, bunny! You should meet my Usagi, you'd two look great together!"
Her excited rant was cut short due to the bell for class rining, which she quickly stood up [after letting go of the stuffed rabbit] and ran off in the direction of her class.
"Crap, Im late! Im late, Im late, Im late!!"

John finished his studies and then left. His class was on the second floor not that far from the elemental manipulation 2. He was walking but the stairs when he heard someone fall and then heard the elemental clicks of ice forming. Cold.....that was what it was. Like someones heart was sucking the moisture out of the air. John looked at the prison and the crying boy. "Who did this to you?" The boy was losing his body heat at a alarming rate. John exhaled and bent down kneeling by the prison.
"Poor freshmen.....i'll free you from your icy prison. Be free then tell me who did it." John closed his eyes and held two of the ice bars. A aura of telekenitic energy formed around both hands. The bars shook before breaking and crumbling to the ground. John helped the boy up and then followed him to the elemental class.
As they opened the door. The boy stepped behind him and pointed a any out. The boy seemed as cold as ice, and didn't seem to have a soul. If memory served him the boy's name was Derek. He was a rebel in John's point of view and it seemed like he had a thing for locking Freshmen in prisons. "I'm so sorry for coming into your class like this and disrupting it but i need to see that boy their. He has been pointed out by a student for locking him in a prison of Ice. I would like to learn if this is true and bring him to justice."
John locked eyes with the boy and tried to invade his mind. It was complex. It was only a matter of time before the boy sure came to his will.

EDIT: Sorry... Hollow beat me too it. >___< Ok. I'll just say that another kid had been frozen in a similar manner. So when you read my post just go with that please. It's too much for me to retype at the moment.
'Could this get any more.. Pointless?' The black robed senior spurted in his head as he walked through the gates of the main school entrance. His eyes so wide open and blue as the bright sky became to a slight dim as the stars that filled his mind became the blackness of the night. His form came to a somewhat of a slump as he saw all the people around. PEOPLE! His mind started at the thoughts of so many groups, his hands twitching at his sides as he hurriedly made it through the doors of the school. That morning had been like every other, him waiting to return to his boot camp, the place he'd learn how he'd shackle the world and end all the pointless conflict that separated the masses, that bid humans to be weary of each other. At the time there was much a wait until classes started and he brought himself to the dark corner of a hallway near the stairs. There he stayed, his eyes peering from the shadows from under his black and silver lined hood.
With his fully white gloved hands he rubbed his palms together, the black lines stemming from the centers of the gloves' backside metals. The metals were etched with the runic spells of the magical equivalent of a 'leash'. Those gloves were all that stood in the way of him and opening a supernova upon the school. He abided by them though, the gloves the teachers gave him. They would lead to his eventual control and installment of being at one with his power, and when he was... Oh he had plans.
Although as the time flied by, his wait for his classes had made him seriously lost in thought, and even as such he felt like coming late. Why late? He didn't much care for his magical herbs class, he found no big reason for it other then the simple medical techniques that they taught and they were no where near those lessons. But his wait had payed off Fate herself, when he noticed a large collision sound up the stairs in the hallway. Curiosity became the better part of existing then, as if maybe the school was under attack. If it was he wouldn't let his means of coming to his goals be destroyed. But it only ended up being some snobbish magery against a youngster.
The mage that committed the caging of the young one had went off, leaving Skyde to approaching the already frightened student. His eyes came upon him with nothing less then cold, yet more a bit amused at the slight grin of his facade. But then he remembered what he learned three years ago when he found Gage against those cronies, and he brought his hands together as he looked at the student.
Skyde spoke with a shadowy voice, a voice of someone sick of the world. " You'd better watch what you do around here. You are only creating more conflict, more pointless human suffering which is your own. " As he said this his right leg slid to a side as he brought the two hands forwards, the student shaking as if he was convulsing. From about the cage a shadow of an outline appeared as space started to fold over it, every breath Skyde took whilst his hands started to glow like galaxies far off and wide made the outline larger. His eyes had shut and opened, shining white with his power, the cage and the brick being turned into 'void', being sent into the deep black chaos of non existence. The student had lost a paper of his in the process, but he was too afraid to speak yet relieved enough to sigh out as he hit the ground leaning against the corner of the hallway.
" Hmph. Don't thank me. Thank Fate, or Destiny. " He stated harshly before shaking out his hands and turning about. 'Great, now I'm late to class...'
Dionisia Sarah Heralty, the Craft Council head was taking her daily readings to the library that morning. She had arrived at school early like she did every day, wondering what the new year would bring. Though her red hair gleamed slightly in the lights of the school, a few of the newer early bird boys noticing her figure with blushes and smiles. Her eyes which seem hued of red were wide and open, ready to take in everything she needed too behind her thin frames glasses. AS he sat in the library she noticed the skeleton that was doing what seemed to be what it always did, and she smiled and waved in it's direction.
"Morning, Adam. I see you are up to what I'd expect you to be doing." Her voice was only loud enough for the skeleton to take in, and she couldn't help but smile at her fellow council member's avatar. It was so intriguing that they had someone on the council that could do something like he did. All the while she was there a small sheet of paper had been manipulated by her fingers, folding over and over again. The paper came to the shape of a swan in the end, and she sent it in the skeleton's direction, waving to him not expecting a full blown response before she'd get ready to attend her morning classes.

OOC: Woohoo Rp is up! :D
Gage walked up to the schools gates with his head down, like a depressed dog, yet, Gage wasn't depressed, he just hated the people in it. He couldn't bring himself to even speak to them. As he walked dragging his small white unrolled scroll on the ground, people watched him whispering "So that is the Bloodless Rose, his only friend is Skyde..the other freak." Gage over heard and gave the students an evil glare, they froze in their speech, trembling and quivering. Gage walked through the school doors, the sounds of lockers slamming annoyed him so. He looked at one of the lockers, it was a black locker with nothing special about it, being from a carpenters family, he was in the habit of making things look...err..pretty? So, he raised his scroll and with that, a few white roses grew from the sides of the locker. "There, that looks better." He said quietly.
Gage walked up the stairs and to his surprise he was Skyde, his long time, yet only friend. He walked to him and placed a hand on his shoulder "Hey.." He said in a low dull voice. A small red tulip grew from Skyde jacket. He looked down and walked passed him slowly and briskly. "We are late for our Herb class." Gage and Skyde had the medical class together, for some reason everyone was scared when those two showed up together....he had yet to figure out why.

OOC: wait... hollow... would there really be AP magic classes? I mean since AP are defined as being college level classes and therefore capable of giving college credit (depending on the school you go to), would a magic class be available at college? Thus would the "AP" moniker not apply to magic class.
anyway...
SKELETON
The skeleton didn't react much to Dionysus (AUTHOR NOTE: I know thats not her name but thats how Adam refers to her...since her name is so close to a Greek god it just overlaps with it) but eventually the origami swan began to float and set itself next to a paper and pen that the skeleton kept with him. It just rested their absently and the skeleton either hadn't been aware that the paper had moved or chose to ignore it. He stepped off the thick book he was reading which read "The Zohar Volume 15" on the side in gold letters before turning the page and then hopping back on.
-----
HASCHEN (aka the bunny)
The bunny ignored the person that was talking to it, preferring to stare blankly forward. It was strange that someone was talking to him...or rather the way the person was talking to him seemed odd. The bunny remained silent and only a slight tilting of its head to the side gave any sign that it might be listening. Eventually though the boy was dragged off by some burly girl and so the bunny continued towards class once more.
However, it didn't get far before it was mugged by a girl who screamed about some bunny and some "Usagi" before leaving. The bunny then continued walking as if nothing had happened.
Usagi is japanese for bunny said a stray thought. But the bunny did not pay any attention to the thought... it was something that was beyond its prerogative. At the moment getting to class on time was its only prerogative.
Wilhelm stood up and began wandering around to pass the time until his next class. This was a daily affair much like many other things. Suddenly he saw Haschen walking down one of the halls. "Hey, Haschen" he sighed raising his palm before Haschen continued, unresponsive, towards whichever class it had.
Wilhelm was a bit different in that respect from his classmates. Normally, when they saw Haschen or others like it they referred to it as "Adam" but Wilhelm had given the stuffed bunny the name "Haschen" (German for bunny) because he didn't want to give whatever was manipulating the things the satisfaction of being referrred to, by name or otherwise.
Well, whatever.
After sometime he found his dorm room and took out his laptop which he had left there. Opening it he opened a program called Veho and began watching German television shows that some people had uploaded. He hated this time of day.

There was quite a bit of time before Lucian had to go to class. To pass the time he made his pace towards the libary. The libary was almost a sanctuary for him, much like his dorm room. Yet at the Libary it was meant to be silent, to read, research, etc. Not only that, it spared him of the new students. Yet though seemingly arrogant on occasions Lucian wasn't all that bad, in a way his past gave him a wisdom, a logic that he thinks majority of students lacks. He doubts most of the seniors as well. On entering the Libary he glanced at it, as a long sigh. Why was it in the mornings his emotions always revolved around sorrow or despair. The answer seemed....to not exist in his sense.
He began to walk around the usual section dealing with history (Yet sometimes he'd linger to the "Medical" section). Pulling out three books, all on past mages whom seemed to be great yet have some defect, much like his. Carrying the three books he went to his "Usual (As called for he always sits there, and anyone who has been here for more than a month knows not to take this spot) seat, reading. He would do this...practically daily only ti disappoint himself with the vain of his researching. In the midst of his reading two beings enetred the libary seeming in haste, quickly he just ignored them assuming they were normal freshman fools. After what seemed to be a short time (Yet in reality quite a bit) he left the books there and went to leave for his first class. In the halls he noticed how deserted it was. "Guess I'm a bit behind....ouh well." - were his thoughts. His pace was seemingly fast to that of a "normal" student. He had a tendency to walk fast; it was just who he was. Yet within the halls, not to far seemingly close he heard the voice of someone who...you could just tell was swarmed with arrogance (More than Lucian...). Lucian didn't even bother to listen it wasn't even worth his time ealing with what some "fool" as Lucian would say; does.
His first class was Herbal Medicine - A class which he had high hopes for; so far in vain. After sitting through it once again finding nothing of intrest he left for his second class. This time his mind focused on....his past lover. This made him...illuminate with sorrow, it was obvious in his walk something was wrong or on his mind. On freshman saw this and she curtiously came up to him. "Excuse me...but...something seems wrong. Mind if I ask what?"
For a freshman her, she looked intelligent. Yet he did stop, looking at her. She gazed into his eyes seeing how blank and white they were. His skin was grey, It seemed dead, but it was obvious it wasn't, the only reason to why it seemed dead was it's color. "Nothinig is wrong...go to your class, you'll be late." His voice was slightly dull than it's usual pitch sound. Then again the freshman did not know who he was. He didn't bother to acknowledge her response he only moved on. He hated today, today was one of his depressed days - different from his humorous arrogant mood, that held SOME optimism.

A hand came to his shoulder, and with the reaction of a master mage-fighter he slipped from his hand and about, swirling his hands at a center, ready to strike with a foot slid back. But when his galactic ocean blue eyes came upon the one called Gage he dropped his guard and blinked a few times. " You know not to touch me.. " He said with a bit of the cold bite he had before seeming to go dull, his eyes turned to the flower he had grown at his coat and he spit against the ground. " Obviously late already.. "
The student that sat against the corner in the hallway panted as he regained his breath fully, watching the two he had heard of from other seniors. He realized that the one who free'd him was the one they knew as Universio, apparently he nearly sent a student into another dimension, or so was the rumor.
But with wet drawers the student rose and watched them, though Skyde
turned his sight towards him, in a single galactic stair the student was off running for the bathroom before he'd embarrass himself even more. luckily the ice that had been melting about him made it look as if he was completely drenched, not just at the pants.
With eyes returning to Gage he nodded to him, knowing they'd better not get into any more trouble then they already were in, it was just illogical to his cause. Why risk a detention? A suspension? Expulsion? Pointless! " Get moving, Blood. " He stated in a more calm, maybe even monotone voice, a voice that he rarely shared out side with the teachers or the council members which he included Gage into the selection.
Gage never really had a tendency to over load him with his own thoughts and words, he was understanding to his 'feelings' about being alone in his own space. Either way they made it to class with five minutes at their backs, late though not forgotten, too bad for every one else that thought badly of them.
She noticed that Adam hadn't responded in any way, yet it was alright. He was like that and she accepted it. She did hope that the Skeleton that she called Skelly would get it to him eventually.
But Dionisia knew that she had to make it to class, and with that thought she brought her books to the counter of the library, noticing the one Lucian as he did his own routine. She never opted to talk to him, knowing quite well how he was out and about. Though the way he seemed then was a bit saddening. She wished to see if she could help him, though the thought was repelled by what she knew of him. It wasn't her place at that time to try and cheer him up.
After grabbing her books and leaving, she returned to her Locker and stuffed them into it's top compartment. The locker wasn't fancy or decorated much, but it held all of her books considering it was placed at the center of the school. She had always wondered if it was her position as Council Leader of the Craft that got her such a good locker location. It seemed logical, but then again she felt that she was just lucky. With that her red eyes came upon her class, when the bell rang. She had made it on time like usual.

Binca wandert into the library silently her headaches were getting worse and rather often now. Because of a migraine last night she was allowed to skip class and recover. Sighing a bit she moved her fingers along the backs of the books picking one out about simple herb medication.
On days like these she wished she wasent born with the seer abilities it was not like her seer powers were extremely usefull 'What the in name of high and might abraham am i suppost to tell from a extremly bad feeling' moving towards a chair to sit and read she ignored the the other students in the room, it was moments like these that she wished she would get full blown visions like her parents but according to the teachers she needed to grow in them.
A mouse came on her shoulder and sqiecked for atention absent mindly she petted her little friend and blinked when she saw adam's avatar and looked confused 'must be a mind student as wel i geuse..' she moved towards him and observed the avatar before deciding to leave it alone. 'maybe someone else senses something to' smileing faintly at the girl. Then she moved for a chair and sat down to read her book.

OOC: Aw hell yeah, it's begun.
Fresh meat.
Although he didn't want to admit it, it was the main thought racing through Academy of Mages Senior and council member, Kai Namakura. Standing at the entrance of the academy, he looked upon the new students of the school, eyeing them as if they were his prey.....belonging to him, and to him alone. They predator wanted his prey, and it was time to feast.
Afterward, he entered reality.
Letting out a chuckle at his thoughts, Kai began to walk forward, looking at the all-so-familiar landscape. This was to be his final year at the Academy of Mages, the place he technically called his home for the past 3 years, and he planned on making it one hell of a year. Deciding to not just head to his own dorm, Kai looked around to find any familiar faces, but he was at a loss. Although he loved this place, even he could be a bit overwhelmed by it at times.
In the middle of the entire school, he set down his bags, shading his eyes from the blistering sun. Kai was all but certain of what dorm he should visit first, so he decided to play a little game. His eyes glued to the sky above, he slipped out a 5 piece of workout equipment from one of his bags. "I figure I shouldn't make a scene in public, so I'll take it easy." He dropped it, giving it a light kick before it hit the ground. Whichever dorm the left side of the weight pointed to would be the dorm he would visit first.
Game Over.
From impact, it instantly rocketed into the air, catching fire while it rose higher and higher. Kai looked up, waiting for it to come down, although he soon figured that he had just wasted 10 bucks. Pigs would fly before that thing came back down.
"To hell with it." Kai said, settling up and moving towards the Mind dorm. "Might as well check what strength mages may be messin' with a few of the new 'Brainiacs.'" Brainiacs, being what he called Mind Mages.
It was going to be a good year.

Vincent opened the door to his locker and pulled out about a dozen towels. Small ones and about four larger ones. They were placed all around his body and could be grabbed with effortless motion.
"Wow this is very weird. Seeing all these freshmen was just different. He was once one of them and during his freshmen year he had made a name for himself. The one kid that started fights with teachers. He talked like he was so great and fought anyone that tried to tell him wrong. Was anyone dumb enough to try and face him. Yeah. They met his fist just like the others. Now it was time to make himself known and then get his chance to make his dream come true.

Xiaozhi, commonly known as Bing Bing, made her way through to the entrance of the school. Classes had already started and she was making sure that no one was still lingering. She had come out in time to see a weight sky-rocket into the air. It was kicked by non-other than Kai. She laughed silently as he waited for it to come down. Fat chance. Bing Bing knew she had a free hour right now but did Kai? Or was he skipping? To get confirmation she ran to him as he started to leave.
"I hope you aren't skipping Kai. I don't know if you have a conscience but if you do, you'd care about getting in trouble, especially with your standards.," she said with a friendly smile.
Sorina rushed into her classroom and opened her violin case. She was not ready for more harrassment. Year after year there would be someone who'd tease her about being a dork that knows about nothing but music. Sorina knew a lot more than most took her for but she was just very passionate about music. Was that a sin?
Taking a rag from a pocket in the case she began to shine the glistening wood of her instrument. Being at school was no different from being at home. She was teased and there were few who talked to her. Of course one can't really have a social life if she doesn't not attempt to make one. Sorina haulted her rapid cleaning and panted slightly when she felt a hand on her shoulder. She turned and saw the kind face of her friend, Angelika.
"Are you alright Sorina?" She asked. Sorina nodded reluctantly. Angelika stared at her skeptically and then smiled. "Alright, if you say so. I just wanted to see how your were doing? It's our last year as primaries. Aren't you excited?" Angelika threw her arms in the air gleefully and Sorina merely smiled.
I'm absolutely thrilled... Sorina thought as she sat down too chat with her friend. It was going to be a long year. She could tell.

OOC: for the low-quality, person avoiding posts, I'm just out if it today and we have the 2-post limit so I have to do something.
BIC:The feeling within Lucian, just tore him down. He didn't feel good at all. The only things coming to his mind were thoughs making him feel utterly sick. His stomach twsted and truned. His muscles slightly spazzed. He couldn't continue the rest of the day in class. He had to relax or do something. "Some first day this is. My senior year...and I actually have to miss class....ugh...oh well. Ouh well, a way to be away from those who lack a decent trail of thought." - Without any more hesitation, he slowly wlaked off to his dorm, "I'll tell them tmorrow, I hope they'll understand. If not..they're even more worthless that I thought."
As he walked, he showed difficulty. What was wrong? What was happening to him? In the midst of his walk he collapsed almost, but falling ot one knee to retain his balance, well tried to. He failed in his attempts for he was physically weak. He lumped onto the floor, yet with what strength he had he lifted himself up. "Damn it...what the hell is wrong?!" Feeling anger, one of the lights started to flicker out. finally he made it to his dorm. His room was dull, plain and boring. It consisted of only a bed, light, and books. He walked over to his bed, only to collapse on it and pass out.
OOC: Again I am sorry for the bad post...just yeah.

Evanial looked out the window of his dorm, watching a few of the freshmen run along to their classes. He chuckled at how they acted; it was his second year here and was turning 18 in a couple of months . He had been tutored by his uncle all his life and hadn't even known this place had existed until last year. He could have been here learning with other kids, he could have had many friends by now, instead of almost die of boredom from being taught by his uncle. But it really was never too late to make many friends. He breathed in deeply and let it out slowly and decided to head to his first class after all, and not sleep through it. But that decision could always change if he didn't feel like doing anything.
He opened the door and patches made a run for it to try and stretch his legs, but Evanial caught him around the belly before he could get his muzzle through the doorway. "Almost forgot about you." He told his dog, walking back to his bed after closing the door. He took out two bowls and filled one with the dog food and the other with cold water from his bathroom. "Now be a good boy and wait for me here, no barking or scratching at the door, here play with my socks if you need entertainment." He pulled out a pair of socks from his drawer, stuffing it inside itself, creating a ball. He put Patches down, setting the ball sock on his pillow before leaving with his backpack.

"Say what?" Kai asked, looking down at Xiaozhi. He figured it was a good way to start the year.
"Oh, skipping? Please, no matter how wild I may act, even I've got morals. I'm just a senior, whom would have been a graduating junior if I didn't purposely flunk the final exam last year." He grins, scratching the back of his head. "So, Bing Bing...." Kai couldn't help but chuckle, as he never seemed to get tired of saying that nickname of hers.
"Now, Bing Bing, I think I should be asking the questions here. Exactly where do you plan on going right now? I think I should watch over my own kind." Kai had known Xiaozhi for a while now, ever since his sophomore year. As he rose to rank of Council Member, he couldn't wish for a better person to have his back, taking the place as his Co-Council Member.
"So, want to explain yourself?"

Nevermind I want to posts a day so don't pay attention to what I said before. Also here are a few notes:
No AP classes in magic period. Everyone has the same magic classes no exception.
Luzifer's character Adam Sandalphon has the top ranking in the school. Each dorm though has their own top ranking student.
Even though the story starts in late september its still warm out and leaves have not changed color let alone fallen. It is only starting just recently that the weather turned colder.
I'm posting a rough sketch of the school tommorow please make sure to look it over carefully. If you have any questions please please pm me.
Incognito do not expect to go unpunished by a teacher. It is agianst the school rules to attack another with magic or physicaly and leads to harsh punishments.
Also you can tudor other students, but you can't hold "classes" of your own. These are just things I've seen so far. I haven't finished reading nearly half of the posts. I will post when it is lunch time.
EDIT1: John does not have any authority over anybody Hollow. You may report Derek, but you cannot just interrupt a class, teachers really hate that especially here.
EDIT2: Nespa Adam has never been left his room (as far as we know) since he got to the school. Since your character is a freshman she would definatly never have seen Adam let alone know about Adam's avatars as only a few ,most of whom are in the council, know of his abilities.
EDIT3: GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR, EVERYONE HAS FOLLOWED HOLLOW"S VERSION OF HOW THE DORMS AND SCHOOL ARE SET UP. HE IS WRONG. The five dorms are in a star shape with the normal acedemic(Sp) classrooms in the the center. Magic classrooms are in the specific dorms. Completing the star shape are glass hallways with roofes over them. Then about 1 mile away from the school is the actual wall that protects and surrounds the school grounds. The school though even owns all of the surruonding land outside of the walls.
EDIT4:You can't make a flower out of nothing. The wood works if it came from a rose plant, but obviously they can't produce enough wood to make a locker. You also cannot make a flower out of nothing. You can have a seed, but not nothing.
EDIT5:I'm sorry if I seem harsh or mean, but I think we should clear things up at the beginning. Once the roleplay, well it already really has, but oh well, gets going this won't be neccasary of course. I'm really really sorry if I come of mean I don't mean to its just this roleplay is important and I hate inconsistancy.

Bing Bing chuckled, "Thanks Kai, but I think I can look over my own hide on the first day. I'm just wandering really. I have a free hour and everything's been going pretty smoothly so far." Bing Bing said as she walked along beside her good friend. She didn't mind working under Kai at all and wish that it could stay that way. She didn't even mind when he giggled at her nickname, though she could never tell if it was a taunting or amused laugh. But she knew that by next year, he would be gone, unless some miracle happens.
"Now, if you're not skipping then where are you going?" She asked, spotting a rock on the ground. She had an erge to kick it but she was a little too excited about the school year that was coming and the last time she kicked a stone when she was excited didn't have very pretty results.
Sorina raised her flute to her lips and began to blow a tune. She was suddenly lost in her own song. The song had an adagio tempo and was mezzo forte. The class listened intently as she played. They were mezmerized. Playing her music was that only thing that Sorina could do for a crowd. She was not good at making speeches. She could not act. She could only play for an audience. It was all she knew that she could do for another. When she stopped playing the class was still staring. She realized what she had done. She looked to the teacher who had purposely covered her ears t block out the noise. She didn't look too happy.
"I've been warned about you Sorina. You've put the entire class in a hypnosis! Please wake them immediatly," she said in a tone calm tone that sounded forced. Sorina nodded with a frown and walked to the piano. She was ashamed, she'd done it again.
Sorina's fingers hovered above the keys for a second before coming down fast and hard, waking the entire class with a jolt. The teacher, although expecting it, jumped a little as well. Sorina held her fingers on the keys to let the vibration ring until it there was not another movement from the piano. She gingerly took her hands from the keys and walked back to her seat with her eyes directed at the floor.
"Now, don't look so down-trot Miss Sorina. I was the one who told you to play us a song. It is not entirely your fault but you must remember to concentrate on what you're doing,' said the teacher, though her tone did not comfort Sorina one bit. What a great way to start the day.

Caley skipped up behind Gage, poking her head around his taller shoulders. She smiled at both him and Skyde as she caught up.
"Hows the new school year going my Nature dorm amigo? Because I know a few secret admirers that are dying to know what poet has been decerating the grounds. And a few not so happy Nature students whose flower arrangments have gone astray with a little help." Caley said with a knowing look. Her eyes caught the sight of something odd on Skyde.
Drops of water splattered on the bottom hem of his pants. Her eyes narrowed as she remebered that it had not rained in forever. Caley called the water to her and watched as the droplets formed a small ball above her hand. She analyzed it, eyes hardening with each passing second. Finally she said, "That idiot. This means I have to go and find evidence," and clenched her fists almost breaking something in her hand.
She unclenched her hand when she realized what was happpening. A small green ball was reveiled. It was made of grass and hay with all kinds of seeds filling it up. Often when she was filled with emotion she sent her power into the ball to let the seeds fill with her magic, blooming and dying soon after.
"It will have to wait untill," Caley said to herself trying to calm down. [I]I must go to my herb class first, then I will take care of this annouance,[I] Caley thought with resolve. She continued on with the boys untill the reached the classroom spacing out.
Ashanti walked back to the Strength Dorm after her and Caley's quick nap ended. As tired as she was she had business to take care of.

OOC: Yippee I actually managed ot make a post today...Yeah hollow don't put me in a corner like that again lol. Your character acted WAY out of place in your post. I have a real hard time seeing a student pull what you pulled in your post. It's fun to get involved with others but certain situation consider different approaches.
BIC:"As you can see by manipulating the air present around the flame you can extinguish it without any outside help as if you were using your mind...now everyone grab a candle and we will start pract..." The teacher was cut short by what seemed to be a disturbance at the door. Derek looked up to see what was going on when he saw two boys coming into the class. They were obviously not in this class and one of the boys seemed similar. It hit Derek, it was the kid he had locked up. What a funny turn of events this turned out to be, a lot more interesting then this boring lesson.
The kid pointed at Derek after the obviously older kid asked him to point at his assailant. Derek stayed calm and composed but couldn't help but laugh inside of him. Derek's current mood was completely at odds with the teacher's mood. At first so surprised that the flame had started up again but now he turned around to face the intrusion obviously angry. Before the teacher could say anything the older kid said: "I'm so sorry for coming into your class like this and disrupting it but i need to see that boy their. He has been pointed out by a student for locking him in a prison of Ice. I would like to learn if this is true and bring him to justice."
The teacher quickly turned and looked over in Derek's direction obviously asking if those claims were founded but more importantly if this could be solved quickly. Derek stared in John's direction and locked eyes for a few seconds but no more. Derek could feel him attempting to access his brain but all he would reach would be a wintery plain of nothingness, a safeguard area in his brain against such intrusions. Derek then looked over at the small kid. Derek wasn't sure if he was more scared of displeasing the older kid next to him or if it was Derek's possible revenge that scared him more. Whichever terrified him more was irrelevent he just stood there, shaking.
Derek put on a clueless face before responding to the teacher instead of to John's direct accusation. "I'm sorry sir but here I am at a complete lost. Surely you won't put any weight on the claims of this disrupter. His "witness" is obviously terrified of him and I don't have any idea where he could have come up with such a claim. If there is any evidence at all it is probably merely circumstantial. He has no authority to wrongly accuse me or deliver said justice. Now if possible I would like to start practicing the task which you have given us." Derek's face returned to its cold demeaner right after but the teacher was convinced. He turned towards Joh and the kid.
"Get out of my class NOW! And DO NOT EVER come back here!" The teacher was really angry and he vented off slightly in this outburst. Teachers hated ot be disrupted especially in the middle of magic but this teacher in particular was prone to anger a lot on that account. The teacher then shut the door and walked back up to the front of the class. "Now as I was saying before..."
Derek was satisfied with how the events had ended however, he knew better then to expect to get away with it so easily. The teacher had probably accepted his argument quickly to finish his class but Derek wasn't safe yet. But it didn't matter, he didn't care even if they did catch him. He would do it again if the situation happened again. Derek never regretted his actions. The class continued on and Derek completed the assigned tasks. At 10 PM the teacher let them go and Derek slowly walked out of the class. The teacher looked in his direction with a suspicious look as he left but said nothing.
The hallways had quite a bit of people in them at this time considering a lot of classes ended at 10 but Derek didn't mind crowds. It just reminded him of the mindless masses which he was superior to. This day seems to be going rather well. Derek pushed kids out of his way as he made way for his dorm. I have a bit of time to kill...might aswell get some reading done. Derek's pace was rather quick but he was limited in his speed due to the ammount of people present. one day...one day they will all look up to me...one day I will guide these fools to greatness or step on those who oppose me.

OOC: Sorry everyone, I messed y last two posts...simply ignore them. I'm restarting. (Though it will be on similar lines...)
BIC:
It was a new year. What ever excitement other students felt for the new year back into studying, watching fools try to think, seeing freshman fail in any sense of their direction, idiocy. Whatever others felt, that had the affect of excitment, Lucian was void of it. He stood out infront of the school, near the Landmark Limestone. A black blur in a crowd of people. He stood firm (Though he was quite frail...) his arms crossed, a slight gust blew. Scurring about were old, and new students. He witnessed some older students scaring or picking on the newer ones. He had an urge to bring in order, but why? They were fools, no concern of his really; Though being on the council you'd think that an example has to be set. People should learn it on their own, especially freshman or immature juniors/ seniors. Despite his moments of watching, he began to walk towards the main entrace. People bashed into his, their haste to go to class yet they had plenty of time, At least Lucian thought this. As he entered, he gazed upon the halls, they were nothing new. Nothing was added, just the same. Dull, boring. He couldn't help but chuckle though. What wold this year bring? Any new friends (Not that he has many...hell probably none at all)?
He passed by the Libary, a place he widely admires so. It was a sanctum for him. It was quite, it also had books, many (Quite obvious...). Lucian had a desire to read, though some didn't know. But what gave a little titter was how majority in the school knew about "His Spot". A place where he always sat to read. No one bugged him. Did anyone know what he read? No...will they? Depends if they ask, and if he likes them. He looked at the time, seeing it was roughly time for him to go to class. His first period was Herbal Medicine, a class he had high hopes for, on account of finding a way to cre his....little, issue on magick. Yet he feels as though it will be vain. Upon entering the class he saw a few students were already there (Then again he arrived RIGHT on time). "Well now...isn't this something. More are here than there are late. I'm impressed."
He went down to take his seat, wondering who was in his class...he probably knew a while back, but hey things happen. As he sat, ironicaly something came to mind. His past; somethng he doesn't think of much. He thought about Elizabeth. This made him swallow into sorrow, he missed her. Yet he knew nothing could be done. This sorrow turned slightly to rage. His hands clenched, and by the way he sat....hell he just gave off some form of aura that showed something was wrong. Yet he sat there, ready for whatever was to happen in the class, probably some hopeless lessons, or starting precedures.

Bic: John had a door closed in his face. How idiotic could he be? Just walking into a class room and making demands like of was in control. Was all the help that he seemed to be doing the wrong thing? No. No. It wasn't that. He had just approached this the wrong way. What to do? He got it. Return to class and prepare for the work of the year. John turned around and sent the boy back to his class. He told him to tell his teacher what had happened and if asked to prove it then to send for John Edward Price. That should allow some of the teachers he knew to have his back. Or to give the lie the benefit of the doubt. "To the Mind dorm I go. Where i stop i don't even know." John grinned and left. Maybe he would stop by the library for some reading before getting to class. He was one of it's top students. He could quickly catch up on any missed work.
Meanwhile in the craft dorm, Vincent walked around the dorm watchmi and waiting. He had a free period now. He just wondered about looking for something to get into. Create some trouble? No. Start a big blow out with an strength dorm member. No. Just sit on top of the Craft dorm and wait..........Sure why not? Vincent made his way all the way up the stairs trying to reach the top. Some sun would do him good.

When they finally arrived at class Caley headed straight towards the window. Opening it up she took a deep breath of breeze. Then with expert persision she sent a glob of cloud to find Derek. When it did, it would rain slightly on him. Not enough to even make his head very wet. She often used this method to tell someone she wanted them, it helped drain off the magic she accumulated. Some one's head came through the gap between him and Gage as they walked. All through the walk he had been nearly two feet from shoulder to shoulder with Gage, he never liked people being near him and it was a disgusted feeling he had received when the ignorant conflicter spoke with his only associate.. He made a sharp outward breath and had walked faster, not even giving a response to that.. girl.
Who was she to think that she had the right to be that near to him, especially when Gage rarely was able to get that close to him. The whole idea was pointless, and annoying. That's all he felt her as, even if she took the water from his clothes he could have just made the water 'void' and his pants would have been dry.
'Who is she to use her peasant magic on my apparel? Did I ask for help? I believe not.' Were the words in his mind as he stepped into the class, taking a seat by the inner far back corner, which was to the left if one could be correct. His eyes came upon the teacher, the only time he was truly even close to a kind of 'happy' was when he was going to learn. But this day was only the introduction and starter day, no real learning and hence to him no real purpose but to waste valuable time. Time itself was something that many a people wasted, trying to make senseless chatter to let their emotions run.
BAH! Preposterous! If you have time use it to rest, and if you aren't resting then learn, if you aren't learning then prevent conflict, and if you aren't doing that than practice or study. It was that simple to him, what could be more simple then that? There was no need for an answer because he knew it already, it was his own way. Skyde's galaxy blue eyes would only leave the teacher to see his briefcase, where he'd pull out a notebook and write anything he needed to know down.
The Head Girl of the Craft part of school had sat in class, listening to what her teacher had to say and express. Her eyes so full and red gliding about the wooden parts of the room, only straying from the teacher to think about what creations she could bring to life with the right amount of paper, and a bit of imagination. Though she had a sheet of the white wood made substance on her desk which would have been for notes if she wasn't folding it like a sort of Paper-Kinesis, the corners and side of the sheet flapping softly into place as the teacher taught on.
The teacher had pointed her out and asked her a question to test if she was listening, and she answered right on cue and right on spot. There wasn't much difficulty around folding a small sheet of paper, in the end she tore some of the corners out and a few bits with a little more focus, creating a magic start and circle when she unfolded the small sheet.
' Well, what shape will I try next? ' She had thought to herself as class pressumed.

Binca sighed and closed the book though her headache was gone the rest of her body was stil not feeling wel. Standing up she placed the book back in it's place, perhaps a nap was in order. The hallways were empty since most classes had started again when she was halfway to the dorm she felt it and grabbed the side of her head and hissed in pain "not again". Groaning she sank to her knee's due to the pain the hallway turned half black and she was almost sure she heard someone screaming as the bad feeling intensified but could not tell if it was her power or someone who saw her in the hallway.
Mica ran infront of her from side to side unsure what to do. Until a idea hit the small mouse and she squished herself under the door of the nearest class she saw a girl that was in the library earlyer near the weird skeleton and jumped near her but coulden't get her atention annoyed she did the one thing she could do a sharp bite in her ankle.
Al Binca saw black and vommited as the bad feeling finaly started to fade, her breathing was heavey as she laid her head to the ground with the painfull side she was faintly aware she was in the school hallway.

"SKELLY"
The skeleton continued to read but as soon as Dionysus had slipped away the paper began to move again. Gently it floated until it slipped out the window and was gone. Aside from this movement, there was no change, the skeleton not shifting itself in the slightest until, once more, it finished a page and gently hoped of to go to the next one.
Another girl entered and seemed to be rather sick. The skeleton noted the face and instantly, recognized the girl as being from his own dorm, which meant that she was his responsibility...Bianca, was her name apparently (Jester having taken the time to memorize all the names and faces of the mind dorm, as it was Adam's responsibility to take care of them). However, she apart from looking at him curiously for a moment she did nothing to approach him so he decided that she must not have need anything and put her out of mind... still, when she left the skeleton noted her direction.

"HASCHEN"
The bunny slipped out of the chair when class was over and walked to his next assigned class of the day.
------
BEAR #1
The golden pelted stuffed bear walked down the hall. It was no accident that it soon came upon the girl, Bianca, and equally not accidental that the path to his next class coincided with the path that Bianca appeared to be walking. It's cold, glistening black eyes sent stared at Bianca and suddenly, almost on cue (had the bear actually used telekinesis to achieve the end), fell down... vomitting for some reason. The bear moved towards the girl, impelled to make sure a student of the mind dorm, was alright... however she seemed very sick and needing medical attention. The bear clapped its stubby hands together and suddenly the girl was lifted bodily off the ground by an unseen force and floated along with the bear toward the nurses office.
When the bear had finally arrived at the nurses office he set the girl gently on the bed and then a note pad and pencil, which the bear had been carrying, flew into the air and the pen began, on its own, to move across the paper, "This girl was found... she had vomitted... she seemed very ill... This one brought her... fix her... my responsibility" .
With its duty done the bear slipped out of the room.
Wilhelm finally arrived at his next educational class (unlike the magical classes which were nothing more then a process of un-learning commonsense). He couldn't remember what level this class was or who taught it, but, judging from the text book, it was some form of chemistry class. He didn't pay attention to the teachers here... High School level teachers were, on the whole, under-qualified idiots that weren't good enough to gain a professorship like decently smart people. They didn't have any wisdom to impart to him... just the same facts that the book said much cleaner and with less prattle. And the teachers at this school were worse because they also had to know magic, meaning their time was split between education and un-education. Thus they could learn far less then a normal high school teacher.
Wilhelm opened his text book, leaning against the wall, which his desk was adjacent to, as he read. He was quite pleased... he had managed to convince the school to get him a textbook in German, like hell would he use the language these bloody "mages" used.

Gage took his seat and glanced at Skyde, and then watched as Caley sent a cloud out the window "Strange..." He said shaking his head. Out of the scroll a few roses grew from his desk, He picked them a placed them on his desk. He couldn't help that he decorated...it was just a bad habit. He looked over to Skyde and shook his head. He knew that Skyde was annoyed about Caley, which doesn't surprise him, he knew how Skyde worked when it came to people. He of course, just hated annoying people, and hated actually getting into a conversation.
Gage grew some small flowers from his fingure tips and just stared at them, they were tiny venus flytraps, although he prefered flowers, he was able to grow venus flytraps when he got insanly bored. He looked up at the teacher and listened to what she had to say...nothing was really that intresting, although he always did wonder how he was going to use his flowers to heal people.

The ebb and flow of the class was coming to an end, the teacher talking about the importance of knowing your herbal remedies as well as magical healing and modern scientific medicine, she went on how some man named Thomas Hobbs made some quick way of assessing the qualities of a plant just with your magical energies as a tool for it. Though Skyde found that even if he tried that theory he'd only snap space around it, whether it would be sent into nothingness or burst with flames hotter then any on Earth are possibilities he'd rather not waste his energy on.
Whichever way the teacher went he followed, this teacher actually offered some first day information which actually surprised him. Maybe he'd find the class more useful then he thought.
His thoughts were interrupted near the end of class though, when a paper ball had zoomed in his direction. His eyes zoned in upon the ball, the matter of the ball disappearing into the reality that was 'void'. His head turned to the direction of the ball's launch, and he noticed that it came from the general direction of Lucian. The class was dismissed, yet he stood up and brought along with his his brief case as his thoughts came upon the one who interrupted his processes, or at least the one that logic pointed to. Granted, logic was the last thing to stand by in a school of magic, he still made his steady way to the frontal view of the council member, the one guiding over his own Dorm.
He looked him up and down, then the paper ball reappeared in his hand. He tossed it aside as he glared at him, being four feet away at that. Lucian, the one that seemed to be so faded and withered. But he was a member of the council, it just hit him how that could work out if he really was the one who threw the ball at him.
' Lucian, pointless projectiles of a lost amusement cause are an obstruction to my learning. I ask you, if you are indeed the perpetrator of the act to cease it, and let me onto my studies from now on. ' Since the council was connected to the school, he had stepped his 'best foot forwards', trying to make sure he wouldn't be interrupted again. His blue eyes as cold as space and as bright as the galaxy went about his 'Head Guy' of his dorm, hoping to put a stop to the conflict that was sure to commence if he let it continue.
With long red hair brushed out and about from a sudden draft of wind from the classroom window, it was then time to change classes and so she stood, taking everything she had with her. At her side her darkened tan leather journal swung slightly against her skin and the pressure at her bosom, her black silky scarf hanging down her backside as he left the classroom, noticing another one of Adam's little avatars scurrying to it's next class.
She had some time, and as such she made her way down the hallways, watching to see what she might find as she edged her way into class.

Throughout class, he was dissapointed in what the Teacher ...teach. Nothinig seemed to intrest him, or be overly helpful. As his thoughts grew on Elizabeth, a sharp pain erected throughout his body. This caused discomfort, and once again the aura of "bad" was around him. He had no books with him, no notebooks. He just listened to all of what had to be said, he had a good ablility t remeber things. Even if he was told abou it a year earlier, he'd still remeber. This gave him confidence, and on occastion; arrogance. Yet still, he just wanted one thing - two counting something else.
At the end of class he felt as if someone was basically gazing at him. A discomfort grew, and aggitated him. Soon he was approached by the one named Skyde. He knew who he was. He found him quite...amusing with his dull low attitude, and seeming to find peace in other means. He looked at him, a chuckle started to spawn but he held it back. Soon, the boy spoke. Lucian grew slightly confused. Quite an assumption.... - were his only thoughts. After he spoke Luycian responded accordingly, "Here you are, wishing to stop conflict. YEt through an assumption you bring one up. Funny, yes? I did not throw that paper at you, in fact I was unaware of this action." He paused looking at him. "Weird as this may seem...you strike me as interesting...ehh, Ouh well."

Vincent sat on top of the Dorm and reached for the heavens. He then fell back and landed on his towel. It was soft an quite cozy. It allowed in to think about all he was and all he wasn't. Like one. He wasn't a good friend. Two. He could be a jerk at times. Three. He hated being ignored. Four. Oh forget it. That would take forever. He didn't care to much about the way he was. It only effected him. Only him. Just him. That was all. He himself, and himself. Not more nothing less. Be it positive or negative. "Wow what is wrong with me. Talking to myself. Repeating things ok again. Wow that amusing and scary." Vincent sat their and just looked at the sky. He would have to get to home ed when the bell rang. Something he didn't want to do. But he had to do what he had to do.
Back in the Mind Dorm. John made his way toward his class. Fifteen minutes late. On the first day no less. What else could go wrong. A bomb dropping on the school. Him being attacked by killer frogs that have escaped from the nature dorm? Who knew?
John continued on his way toward class. Barriers and telekenitic energy, was up first. Man did he not want to go. He still had a few things to handle before school got into full swing. "Sorry for being very late but I got caught up in some.......well work." John was forgiven and toke his seat. He was then given the job of creating a barrier the size of a pea but it had to be created inside a apple. Then he had to expand the barrier and but it into five straight pieces.
John only smiled and grabbed the apple. He looked at it and exhaled. It shook a few times before it split into five equal pieces. John exhaled again before eating a piece and throwing the rest away. On to the next challenge.

Binca groaned slightly and trayed to move only to lay back down when pain shot through her head. Mira came back looking dissapointed atlist that was what binca could tell from her thoughts. she just smiled faintly at her little friend suddenly she felt she was lifted and hissed a bit. her head hurt to much to care who lifted her and since she felt no hands she assumed it was another mind student.
When she hit a soft bed the nurse came to her after reading Adam's note "another migraine binca?". A frown marred her face when binca weakly nodded, the nurse tapped her chin the migraines had been coming and giong for several days and was linked to her power. She sighed "what did you see or did you just feel something". Binca looked at her "just feeling and i thought i heard someone screaming..". The nurse sighed again "maybe a power dimming amulet or something might help..". The nurse was not really sure what to do, healing some from the craft, strength, nature and ying and yang were often easy. But mind students were diffrent, she got a idea "sleep now" and she turned and started to write something on a piece of paper.

Gage stood up as the class was being dismissed, he walked outside the class room door and stood there, he stared at the door and with a twitch, he took a seed from his pocket and balanced it on the door handle. He pointed at the seed and a vine wrapped around the handle, with that it sprouted honey suckles. He walked away from the class room so that no one knew that he did it. He smirked a little bit and continued walking slowly to his next class. "This is such a boring day.." He wondered what Caley and Skyde were doing, Caley probably off bothering someone and Skyde....probably being Skyde somewhere.

Bring one up he says? BAH! He was merely making a means to end one in the end, yet he feared that not even his Head Guy from his dorm would even start to understand what he was trying to insinuate. But Lucian was right, he heard some mind student down Lucian's row chuckle with such a disgusting glee. Disgusting and.. pointless. He merely opened a hand towards the student, snapping the smallest measurement of space he could think on the spot at his rear making a three inch hole burn through his pants. The kid had jumped from his seat and ran out the hallway to a drinking fountain or other water receptacle, thinking his rear end might burn off. The teacher seemed to make a stern look at Skyde, yet he didn't care.
Though the teacher let it slide, knowing well the reason he did so in the first place. She was just happy that the guy hadn't attacked Lucian without observing the situation more.
Skyde looked back down at Lucian from his position, his eyes glazed with what inner lost causes burned, what humanity he left behind. "Merely a small stone in the large puddle that is conflict, Lucian. I approached you with an assumption, and as I stated I was merely looking to prevent and/or end the situation. He'll never try again, I promise you that. "
With those words he let it end, his eyes etching from Lucian towards the classes exit where he saw Gage leave distinctly. Oh well, it mattered not, so very little really mattered but what he believed and what he had to do. Every day he felt the world become even more empty, even more cold yet why was it he truly wanted to feel warm again? What would warmth do for him in the end, when he stopped feeling empty. Would he simply end his days of seclusion and isolation? Whichever way he knew he spoke more then he did most days, obviously out of what respect he had for his Council member.
That day would be the beginning of what was to come, a day that would mark the start of changes in his life. Though class was over, so he walked out with his eyes forwards and his briefcase at his side. 'Next class..'
He went into the hallways yet again, trying to avoid any one who'd get in his way.
Dionisia had just walked about the hallways, just checking in with freshmen who needed aid or other students with chit chat of any sort.

Caley lifted her head off the table a bit and rubbed her eyes. She realized class was over and smiled impishely. Caley gathered the notes she had taken in her sleep and carefully slid them into her Herb folder. With a quick look around the room Caley snuck back over to the window. Lunch was the period after next and she loved to watch some of the craft students cook. They really mad cooking into a show and an art.
With a second glance at the teacher Caley opened the window wide. In one quick swoop she was on the sill and then out. The teacher just looked up as a gust of wind blew into the classroom picking up the random papers strune around the room. The teacher ran to the window and yelled after Caley, something about how she better not catch Caley doing that agian.
Caley didn't care. It was her own way to wake up after a nice nap and her way to scare the new freshman. Down below kids screamed as she fell, but Caley only smiled. Before she hit the ground she stopped, hovering unharmed. Within a moment she was off agian into the sky towards the other side of the school. She flew into an open window and shook her head. Caley concentrated on water. She canceled out the ponds and water systems and the water in the air. She open her eyes with a devious grin and headed off to another part of the school. Within minutes she was at a damp area. She sucked some of the water out of the ground and placed it in a petrie(sp) dish. After that she headed off to the dorm Craft the same she had gotten there.
On her way she thought about all the different people who wrote of the sky with such fondness. How they only wish they could really enjoy its splenders, and how she really did get to enjoy and live those dreams. Caley held her hands close to her heart before landing on by the doorway to the cafeteria. She was so spoiled that even if she could not use the air to fly she could use the rocks, fire, or even water that she commanded to do so. Oh how lucky she was.
With a hop to her step Caley opened the door to the Craft dorm cafateria and headed to the kitchens to sneak some sweets from the student chefs.

Lucian could only observe to what Skyde did. Amusing it was to him. To see someone go on about conflict, and then just doing acts. Was it even possible to STOP conflict? Lucian thougth there wasn't. With order comes chaos, with chaos comes order. Order brings chaos, vis versa. And that will always bring conflict. So long as we have free will and opinions. Eitherway, if humanity was dead it'd be a better place. Then Skyde slowley spoke. Lucian took in these words not looking at him, only the child that commited the deed. Once Skyde finished, Lucian made his response "Really? Never make a promise you can't keep. People are stubborn and ignorant. You of all should know this. As well I must be off, expect to see me again."
Lucian made his way off, not knowing if Skyde acknowledge or did his "Whateve" thing. It was his next class, which for him he didn't have one. He was able to get this period free - Soo he made his way off to his precious Libary to read. On hiw way he saw Dionisia looking through the hallways. Just to be a herk he bumped into her on purpose. "Ouh my, don't you know how to walk, missey."

With a quick flash of skill and ambistion, John quick rounded up the mess he made with the apples. Afterward the bell sang out releasing them from class. John left and past right by the teacher. He was stopped by him and asked to stay. John did so,regretably, wondering what was going on. Did he need John to help with an assignment? Or was it something about being late. Nevertheless John was disappointed to find out that all he needed was for him to come back after school for extra help in his barrier control. John agreed and left the class.
Next up on his list of classes was thought control. Another class that John did very well in. All they had to do was make sure their thoughts did waver. That was it. John did however only once lose control. It was on a day when a nature dorm student was having a training session with his class. He had to use his fire abilities to put out a fire. This had to be done by creating a back fire and having them snuf each other out. The boy however lost control of it and created a bigger fire. John and his class had been practicing as well. the fire was out of control and each student tried to put it out. Their wasn't one person that could. John was frozen in fear and lost control. This caused him to send out a barrier that not only put out the fire but it also sent a few kids to the hospital.
John did fear what could go wrong if he lost control but at the same time he enjoyed using it. It wasn't like a had to it was like hunger. To him if he didn't practice at least 4 hours a day before going to sleep he would be lost and feel uneven the next day. That was how he was. A little weird if you asked him. All though he did practice he had intentions for himself. He never told anyone but if they got to know him then they met have learned something.
Their was only one person in the world to know what John was going through. That was his old friend Vincent. He knew everything about John that John allowed him to find out. That was why John was confused when they were no longer friends.

Derek took one last step and stopped cold. The hallway this far into the nature dorm was relatively empty and only a few single students walked up and down the hallway in a hurry. He could feel it ocming into his range. The obvious feeling of elements being manipulated under his very nose. He could almost hear Caley's annoying voice as he recognized her trademark cloud turning the corner and coming straight for him. It wasn't the first time that cloud was coming for him and it definitely wouldn't be the last.
The cloud positioned itself over Derek but before it started dropping rain on his head Derek clenched his fist and froze the cloud. Then with a quick jerk of the arm he sent the frozen cloud straight into the brick wall to his left. The cloud shattered on contact and its fragments fell to the ground. A dark smile stretched across Derek's face. It was time. This year was the year where he put his plan in motion. The timing was perfect and everything was in place.
Caley was an obstacle. She represented Derek's first and most obvious obstacle. Caley had to be dealt with before Derek could do anything however, Derek wasn't stupid. The council acted together and Derek could never defeat all 5, he was going to have enough trouble with Caley alone. He needed to isolate Caley. Divide and conquer as they say. It was common knowledge that Adam, the pupeteer behidn the stupid stuffed animals that ran around the school was a genius. It is obvious that he would be in charge of planning and organizing and with his ability to check so many different places at the same time and provide fast and reliable communications Adam was a problem. Adam in his seclusion reunited the council in a way that hindered Derek's plans. Adam needed to be taken care of as well and probably before Caley.
By taking care of Adam he would leave a confused setting where the council would be in a confused state of shock. Isolating Caley soon after that would proove quite easy. Then dealing with Caley while she is alone should also be doable. With Caley and Adam down he would simply need to slowly take down each council member. Derek's first objective was to take Caley's place as the nature dorm's council member. But Derek had bigger plans. He wanted to stand alone over or at least in place of the council. He wanted to become the single student authority in the school.
To soem this would apear a crazy, impossible and ambitious project. But Derek didn't know the word ambition. He didn't call this ambition, he called it just dessert. He called it his due. There was no ambition for there shouldn't need any. He deserved the spot and was going to take it as planned. All that stoods in his way would be pushed to the side. People would understand eventually. The strong guide the weak. The strong know better, Derek knows better. In the midst of his silent plotting Derek resumed his walk towards his room.
His hands never leaving his pockets he continued his way. His head down and his evil smirk stuck on his face, he thought, he plotted. He imagined Caley's downfall. Oh how he hated her. He perceived Adam's loss. Oh how he detested him. He witnissed in his mind the grandiose spectacle of his uprising. This year will be a good one. Then with a small chuckle he arrived infront of his own room door. Room number 101...Excellent...everything is excellent...

OOC:At this highschool you only get one free period. For seniors/some junoirs some classes don't start, but not for sophmores/freshman. Wow I just spent an hour typing up a response only to have if freaking deleted. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
Caley nibbled on a new school year cookie. She carried her lunch bag with a container of stew, a bottle of milk, and a bottle of freshly made juice. Oh the wonder the Craft dorm cooks could create. Caley sighed to herself at the thought of of confronting Derek. He could be such a jerk sometimes, actually most times. He had a serious superiority complex. Caley found his actions a constant annoyance. She wondered if he even realized that he was alienating himself from others even Nature Dorm members.
Caley stopped in front of the school trying to cheer herself up by basking in the glow of the dorm. It was her home, her perfect home. It held everything she could possible want or need. Caley wished others could really appreciate the dorm like she did. If only she could meet the architect, they must of have been a genius. Caley plodded in and deposited the lunch in her room, 206 and then headed to Derek's dorm room.
Upon arriving she knocked on the door in a friendly manner, but her face showed different emotions. It was laced with distaste and disappointment. Caley strode in and turned to stare at her fellow dorm member. She shook her head before saying, "Its been one stunt after another with you Derek. Do you really not care about your peers at all. Or is making yourself the object of everyone's hatred your goal. Cause if it is, you're doing a bang up job." Caley stood there waiting for a response, something from Derek. She didn't expect it though for every one of her lectures he seemed even more pleased with himself, but she waited anyways.

"What am I doing?" Kai was asked. He never seemed to be straightforward with this girl, so he decided to continue that. "I'm just being the good patron that I am, going around to help all of our academy newbies in need, you know me!"
A joke. Knowing that Bing Bing would easily see that, he straightened himself out, looking up toward the sky, wondering if it was time for the weight to come down.....nope. "Where ever the wind takes me, I guess. Really, I haven't been to much of the other dorms in forever, so I plan on checking on them, just to see how their doing. Besides, there's nothing to worry about in the Strength dorm, right?"
"So.........this is my last year here....." Kai had no idea why he brought that up. It only brought sorrow to his heart, knowing that after this year, he wouldn't see most of his school friends ever again. One of the worst parts was that he didn't really know what he would do after he graduated. A freshman ran by, hastily running to his class, not wanting to be late on his first day. Sometimes, Kai wished that he was THAT kind of person again.

OOC: happened to me a few times. What I do now is before posting I copy my whole post. If it gets deleted I paste and re-post. Also let conflict finally begin :)
BIC: She shouldn't be long...excellent. Derek opened his door and sat down in the chair at his desk and spinned to face the door. The room was very dim. Only a small lamp on his desk disturbed the omnipresent darkness. Hands tangled together and gaze lost in the the distance, Derek waited. Waited for the inevitable knock that would break the silence. The inevitable knock that would start up hostilities. Derek was smiling inside but his face was now expressionless and cold. Then as predicted a small friendly knock echoed in the silent room. Let the festivities begin.
Caley opened the door and came in looking down at Derek with a look of distaste and disapointment. "Its been one stunt after another with you Derek. Do you really not care about your peers at all. Or is making yourself the object of everyone's hatred your goal. Cause if it is, you're doing a bang up job." were her very words. Derek slowly rose to his feet never letting the smile that was shining in his mind appear on his face. On the exterior Derek was cold and composed.
"Stunts? STUNTS?! I don't do such trivial actions. Stunts are for bullies and petty attention-grabbing fools. No I do not pull stunts, I distribute boundaries. I ensure limits. I impose respect and authority. Without such boundaries the weak and stupid are allowed to run aloof without any supervision. Without such boundaries the animals would be let loose in the zoo that is this school. I am the land lord that keeps the peasants in check for their own good. Without my iron grip the peasants would kill each other, run wild and end up destroying the very essence of this establishment."
Derek took a few steps forward towards Caley. With a jerk of his hand the door behind Caley closed as a breeze came out of nowhere to close it. The temperature in the room started to drop rapidly. As Derek spoke his next words you could see his breath, it wasn't over 3 degrees in the room at this point. "You!" He said that word with as much hatred as he could muster and poked her forehead with his index at the same time. "You lack the initiative and firmity that your position requires. You lack the leadership to make a good leader. You have no right as leader of the dorm of nature. Take this as a warning Caley Brookes, don't stand in my way. This year things are going to be very interesting."
Derek then smirked at her. Derek really couldn't understand why this girl who stood before him and looked anything but strong or charismatic ended up as council member for the dorm of nature. She had to be powerful but Derek at this very instant couldn't help but doubt the claims of her power. She looked so pathetic in his presence. She had never been able to patronize him no matter how much she tried and this time would be no different. She lacked the cold reasoning that helped Derek come out of these situations smelling like roses.
In a subtle change of direction he had changed the central theme of this discussion away from his attack on the young kid. Derek didn't fear repercussions but it was an inate response of his. Then with all the spite he could gather he said: "You pathetic peasant...you're a thorn in my foot but soon...soon...things are going to be different." Derek then took two steps backwards and his face became composed and expressionless again. "Anything else you would like to talk about Caley? I am a busy man and I have things to attend to." Then with a quick wave of his hand the room returned to its normal temperature and the door opened letting in a flood of light. Be careful Caley...this year the school will be a lot different then you remembered it...a lot different.

In his mind the last words of Lucian came about his thoughts. You of all should know this.. Or something like that, he wasn't too sure because of how unimportant it seemed. But he realized that he was right, he knew it. People were ignorant enough to fight over things, use fist and swords over words. Just desserts and acts of revenge were justified, because it would mark the end of conflict, the equilibrium that made us at peace inside. Though his next class came to mind, and he definitely wouldn't be late for this one.
Magical Focation for the senior year. The class were one learnes the ins and outs of focusing and concentrating in the magical arts, and to learn the use of focational tools in the aid of ones meager childhood spell casting. Fao'Sael was only in his briefcase because of that class. But that staff was more then just a school tool. It was indeed a true friend as well as a tool. He slipped the retracted shaft from his endless briefcase at the corner of the hallway, letting it expand to the floor as he held the top. Eventually it was as tall as the length from foot to his nose, the small crystal shining white at the top glowing an aura of mysticism.
He walked into the class prepaired, ever one else having their own staff, or wand, or other Focational object that they proffered. It didn't matter, he had his own and was ready for his class to begin, sitting in the same area similar to his previous class. 'Come now teacher, fill me with your knowledge.. give me the means to stop it all..'
The tall well well rounded and firmly built girl with glasses felt the somewhat withered shoulder of her fellow Council member Lucian, and his words so chastising. Oh, what was so wrong with him being polite for once in his life?
She brought a sheet of paper from her journal before zipping it back up and tossing it gently in the air beside him, and with the twitch of her hand and the snap of her fingers the paper shifted into the form of a small stubby paper mouse, and as such ran behind his hood and down his shirt, wiggling it's thin paper whiskers down his shirt and about his body like the speeding rodent it was.
The red haired red eyes girl couldn't help but giggle as she would bump back into him while he stood there with a paper mouse going into his pant legs. She then coo'd "Ouh, I'm sorry, I guess the mouse that was distracting me has taken a liking to you, Lucian. Don't be late to the meeting at the middle of the week." He turned around, only letting a part of her form turn back to him as she waved with the stereotypical girlish wave to him, and winked. "Bai!"
After that she had made it to her next class, she had started in Focation for Juniors, and was then attending the Magical Artifacts class. Oh, she'd have fun in that class, with all the reading and oldthings to dive into.

Caley listened thoughtfully to what Derek said, the whole time carefully picking apart his words. Caley barely noticed the tempature change. This was Derek's way of trying to scare her, but he forgot that she herself hold some abilities over ice and the cold. If it was even neccesary she could used her fire abilities to really turn up the temapture, she didn't let her mind wonder long. When he was finished she said, "It truly is sad that you can't see what a bully you really are. You seem to see yourself as a saviour to this school. Some higher power brought here to set right the bad ways of this school. To free people, but...hma*little laugh*...the people are already free. They enjoy it here at the school, and the council is doing an amazing job. You are not neccary. Your motives are not pure, you want power, you want be able to look down on people and truly justify it."
Caley wasn't finished and paid barely even a second thought to the now open door, but to actually close it agian. "Because you are not part of the council," Caley said as she circled around him with a light foot, "You don't know all the things we council members face. I have alot more firmity and initative then you know. Besides the council members are choosen by a three part system, actuall power, popularity, and the ability to follow and carry out the ancient rules of the council. You have power, but still it is very limited and not packed by as much raw power as mine. You obviously didn't understand the ancient rules of the council, the people always come first, you are there for the people, all your motives must be for the good of the people, and that nomatter what everyone is equal nomatter if they have magic or no." Like a animal Derek's argument was trapped in Caley's roseplant. With each new word she spoke it was as if a thorn swiped at Derek's arugment, ripping it to pieces.
"In this war of yours I will not back down and unlike you I have four other teamates, generals that will stand by my stand. Its like when Lenin died in the USSR two people came to claim the power of the communist party. Trotskey and Stalin. Trotskey was declared the heir and would have been a brilliant leader, might have even made the USSR a better place. Trotskey was blind to Stalin's climb to power, and I will not make that mistake. But then agian you might have the appearance of Stalin in the scheme, but...imha*little laugh*... you are no Stalin," she said with finality.
"Oh and if you believe me to be only a thorn in your foot, you have not seen the feild of thorns just over the hill," Caley said as she left, "Oh and before I forget here is your punishment for todays disruption." Caley set a peice of paper down on the table as she left. On it said that he was to report to Laurnce for physical labour detention. It stated that he was to go for three weeks during his free period, and that if he didn't go he would get a suspension and 2% taken off his final grades for the quarter. Caley walked out smiling alittle shutting the door behind her and heading to the enjoy her lunch.
OOC: Sorry for the run-on sentence at the end there. My English teacher would have hit me up-side the head. Oh and I usually do copy before I post, but the mouse I was using had a button on its side that made you go back to the last page. Adam's puppets continued to move, silently, going about their business, ignoring the happenings around them. They had their duties to fulfill and could not allow themselves to be distracted by the meager annoyances and travails of the school. Still... Knowledge was gathered, even where the puppets were not, happenings were noted. Caley was talking to Derek, Lucian was making himself a pest, and so forth across the school. All these things were noted and slipped into the back of the puppet's minds. They were not, after all, important, not falling under Adam's responsibilities, so the puppets were inclined to ignore them. Well, ignore them only in so far as immediate action was concerned. Adam was of the disposition to avoid action where it could be avoided, and as long as his responsibilities were not being infringed upon and he was allowed to continue to gain knowledge then he would ignore. Besides, this book was rather fascinating... The Sentient Singularity
When class was over Wilhelm went to the cafeteria like the others and stood in line to get food. While he was at the counter he noticed that one of Adam's avatars, a gold-fleeced bear was in line as well and was getting a number of items, all of which were the packaged kind that had a long shelf life and could easily be transported. One looked like a microwave-able burrito, for example. When the bear had gotten the food it walked out of the lunchroom, the food floating along behind him, presumably due to Telekinesis
After, Wilhelm got his food he sat off on his own. He never associated with the mages, for they were, after all, another faction. It would be akin to the rebel sitting next to the royalist. The only thing it would net was an awkwardness that Wilhelm did not have the time for. Still, he didn't bear the people themselves any ill will, they were just weak, succumbing to a hard temptation and lacking the perspective to see it. He couldn't fault them overmuch for that, had his own magic not been so irrefutably evil he might not have realize it himself. These people didn't have that "advantage" so he suppose he couldn't hold that against them.

Binca was leaning against a wall a few hallways away from the nurse office looking at the small note in her hands "council member adam huh..". she had the urge to rip the note why would a populair student care about her anyway he just did his duty since she was lying sick in the hallway but stil. Was it really lucky that adam was there by acident or did he knew what would happen to her. From what the nurse told her adam's full power was never revealed to students and perhaps the teachers didn't even know his full power.
She pushed of the wall and walked towards the library aparantly the skeleton she saw earlyer was one of his avatars. she did not get the nurse message though what was adam suppost to with the information that she was a seer and that her powers were making her sick and that he needed to help her. Pushing her glasses up she made her way to the library hopefully the avatar would stil be there.

Alice let out a deep sigh as she stood in line for lunch, upset that she couldnt find the walking bunny. Her attention wondered over to a walking bear with food floating behind it, but she quickly shrugged it off, since it wasnt the rabbit she was looking for. She sat down and mumbled to herself a bit about how they were probably linked to each other, but she knew she couldnt get a stuffed animal to talk.
It was then that she noticed that a few people were giving her a weird look. She looked over to her right, of which she had to completly turn her head, and saw a boy roughly her age who didnt seem to mind her at all. She quietly sighed to herself and felt dejected.
'Two years here and still no friends...' she thought to herself.
'Probably because I talk to myself so often...'

Sorina left her class with the violin case in hand. She walked to the cafeteria alone. Come to think of it, she did many things alone. She had friends but no one that she was close to. She didn't mind the small soiltude. She could play without too many interruptions. Her room mate was hardly around so Sorina had easy access to privacy. Sorina stopped to consider her feelings about all of this. Maybe a little company wouldn't be too bad... She thought to herself and walked on.
The cafeteria was crowded at this time. She was always sure to stay out of people's way since she was small and there were only a few primary classes at lunch this hour. She made her way to a table and gingerly set down her violin case. As she waited for the lines to shorten she took out the iPod Vali bought for her last Christmas and listened to some old classical music. She cranked up the volume until it was as if there were an orchaestra in her head. Closing her eyes she let herself get lost in the instrumental choir.
Bing Bing looked to her watch. "Hey Kai, it's lunch time. I heard their serving something special as a welcome back sort of feast," she said with a wide grin on her face. If it was somethin good, she was going to get maybe one or two extra servings. Bing Bing's appetite was unmatched and she felt grateful for her high metabolism and large amount of energy. "Let's go and get ourselves some lunch, I'm straving." She didn't even wait for him to protest or agree making a bee-line toward the cafeteria.

"Amazing how people at this school can be so easyly manipulated. It's like butter when trying to convince then to join you. You slash once and their minds slowly slip away. After so long they have no other options. Join you are get left behind." Vincent shook his head and walked away from the freshmen. Thirty dollars in hand. To easy. At the same time it was disturbing that his first human contact of the new year was with a freshmen. Nevertheless he had tricked him into giving him his money. Just to be trained and protected. How amazingly ignorant can there freshmen be. He had no intentions of training the boy. Chance's were that he wouldn't even see the boy again in a long time. Anyway it went Vincent would be the winner. Most people were at lunch. They were alone with no one around. He won.
"So you believe that you have won....ay Vincent. I didn't think that someone like you would pick and lie to freshmen for personal gain......|Cough|....even though you are known to start trouble." John stood their down the stairs looking up at Vincent. His mind was an open cool when he spoke. Not trying to hide anything. Never caring about the consequences. In his mind he believed that he was free from rules when in truth he was a slave to them like John was.
How fickle his mind was. Complex yet so easy to read. Vincent had let go. John wondered if he let everything go. "So am i going to have to take the money back or are you going to give it back? Your move.....old friend?" John stood still. Watching and waiting. Trying to think of his first to last moves. Sweat dripping to the ground from the fiction of their rivalry. Make the first move. Make the first move. Make the first..........then their was a loud echoing Whip sound that covered the whole area. Then their was silence. Cold. Still. Silence. So quiet. So empty. So.....so....quiet.

OOC: Okay, let me try to catch up
Gage walked along the hallways to his next class...Gardening...yes gardening. He walked into his class room where his teacher greeted him with a bow, Gage bowed back but the rest of the class stared at him, shaking at his menacing look, he laughed in his head as he thought about what they could be thinking about him. Oh how he loved when people trembled at him, although he was very kind hearted. He decided he wanted to meet up with Caley, so when he sat down in his seat, he placed a seed on his desk. The seed sprouted into what looked to be a Speaking plant. He whispered slowly into it "Gage would like to know, if you would like to study...he isn't doing so well in Herbology." The seed slowly grew into the cracks of the ground, and started to look for Caley.
"Gage, please...no talking to your plants.." The teacher said with a glare, and continued to write on the board.

"Her love of food.......I guess even though our lives may be changing before our eyes, some things tend to stay the same, don't they?" Kai thought. He shook his head, trying to get the thoughts of change out his mind, although it was obvious that they were their to stay. He didn't know exactly what'd he do if this place was to exit his life, but it was going to happen sooner or later, no running away from the inevitable.
Kai was forced to jog in order to keep up with the energetic Xiaozhi, but his pace didn't keep him from making conversation. "Huh? You said they were goin' to make a special feast for us, huh? What, are they adding hot sauce to the mystery meat?" He said, joking around, as the lunches at a high-class school like this were always top-notch.
"Its insane how you eat so much but still stay so slim........just not normal, if you ask me."

Caley breathed in the deep scents and spices of her stew. She couldn't wait to dig into the delishous flavours, but before she could a knock came on the window. She glided over and looked out curiously. A look to the right and a look to the left brought no satisfaction, not even a look up answered her quizical face. She almost hit herself when she realized the answer was down. A flower had grown up the side of the dorm wall and had preceded to knock on her window.
Caley laughed at someones very unique way of getting her attention. She picked the flower and placed it in a glass bottle filled with water. As she turned back to her food it started to speak, totally suprising Caley.
"Gage would like to know, if you would like to study...he isn't doing so well in Herbology." the flower said. Caley couldn't contain herself and broke out in a fit of laughter. After a few minutes of getting control of herself she sent some magic into the flower and said, "Yes I will help Gage with his studies in herbology. But he better bring his study mind set, because I'm not gonna mess around. Meet me in the library after schools out."
Caley finished her message and then enjoyed her food. When she had cleaned her dishes in the small sink her room held she headed off to the Herbology lab for next period. This time she was wide awake.

"Pfft, you're just jealous," she said with a grin. "I really don't know but I'm so hungry I could eat a shark and you know I resent eating anything carnivorous that might have been able to devour me." It was true, Bing Bing hated to eat anything that had sharp teeth, to put it in simple terms. She had a supersticious belief that if you ate a carnivorous animal then you'd be jinxed to be eaten by one later. She was strange like that.
Xiaozhi opened the doors to the cafeteria and pranced in, "You know what's not normal- how you can be so ridiculously attractive and not have a girlfriend." Bing Bing was very aware of how handsome her friend was and she was not one to hide behind a blush. She had a crush on him the first time she met him but she didn't know anymore. He was more like a brother to her now than anything. She never attempted to form a relationship with him and she never bothered to ask him when he liked her or not. It's extremely rare for her to think about that nowadays and when she does spare a thought, she ends up laughing at herself. She thought going out with Kai might feel like incest.
Sorina saw two familiar faces come in through the doors of the cafeteria that lead outside. The council members, Xiaozhi and Kai. Sorina h not spoken to Kai yet but Xiaozhi was the one to give Sorina a tour of the school when she transferred. Sorina always wanted to go over and say hello but they were merely acquaintances and she feared that they would not want to talk to someone considerably younger than them, though Xiaozhi was incredibly nice to her. She dragged her eyes to her violin case and sat in silence, still waiting for the lines to shorten.

As the class let out, Gage came out with random and pointless flowers all around him, I guess his gardening class went well, considering he made a design of a dog out of flowers. Gage walked down the halls some more, and went back down the stairs where Gage and Skyde met up. Next to the stairs sat his locker, he opened his locker and placed the design gently inside the locker...trying not to squish his master piece. As he was about to shut it, he felt a poke at his leg. It was his Speaking flower he sent to Caley, he bent down and poked it. It opened is mouth and said "Yes I will help Gage with his studies in herbology. But he better bring his study mind set, because I'm not gonna mess around. Meet me in the library after schools out."
Well she was very straight forward, he wondered what she ment by messing around, usually he was always studying different things. He gave a small smirk at the response and then picked the flower out of the ground. He then convertted the whole plant back into a seed. he placed the seed in his large trench coat, and proceeded to his next class..Herbology. He walked to his class and had a seat at a near by desk. The teacher greeted him with a bow, and in response he bowed back.

Some strange girl sat next to Wilhelm and he looked at her out of the corner of his eyes. Gave a casual, almost perfunctory, "hey" when she sat down but otherwise didn't speak to her. He didn't hold a vendetta against these people, his heart wouldn't let him hated the people themselves, but there was still a discomfort in being around people like them. "Love the sinner, hate the sin"? Close... only, rather than love it was more a non-hate.

Will had spent the entire first morning of school watching the higher students pull pranks on the new kids. Usually he would have joined in but already he felt a dampener in the mood all around him.
After an univentful first period he took the time out to simply go and sit in the cafeteria and make sure his skills were still up to speed. He managed to waste a good amount of time just sat in the middle of the cafeteria sending magic to seperate parts of his body and causing them to speed up.
After what seemed like a week the cafeteria started to fill up. He waved at a few people and noticed many more.
After watching a group of fellow strength students eat dinner before setting off to the athletics track he stood up and decided to follow. As he reached the door he felt a pang of his old self come back for a moment and his famous prankster smirk unfolded over his features.
He grabbed a desert off of a table to his left to the complaints of it's owner. It only took less than a second before Will was gone and the pudding was flying through the air towards a group of older students.
Will smiled as he rounded the corner near the other end of the school, he just loved magic...

Their they stood. John and Vincent. To old friend deadlocked in a gaze that seemed itself as a way to confused the other. A towel wrapped around both their arms and a struggle between them. Pushing and pulling. One trying to free himself and one trying to force the other into submission. A struggle indeed.
"So you think that I had my guard down. Not knowing your power. Knowing the destructive power you hold?" John pulled back some but couldn't go far. Blood was slowly dripping from his arm. The towel was slowly cutting into it. If he didn't do something he would lord an arm.
"If you knew what I could do then why did you not dodge it. It was a slow attack that i use to catch my opponent off guard. I see it worked on you meaning that you are the same old John. Still weak." Vincent grinned and pulled hard. He smiled and but deeper into John's skin. More. More........ Give him more of a challenge. Or lose this arm.
John hissed in pain as his arm shook from pain. He looked at Vincent and lost all emotion. His eyes have off a purple aura. He used his free hand and formed a barrier in his palm. He them pushed it forward at Vincent. He let it loose but was stopped by the ringing of the bell. He let it in be watched Vincent withdraw. Vincent smiled before disappearing around a corner. John however lost his balance and leaned on the rail of the stairs. Blood covering his arm. John spit and cursed before heading toward the nurse.

Alice's eyes sparkled as the other student acknowledged her.
"Hey, my names Alice, whats yours?"
It was then that she noticed some flying pudding, she waved her finger a bit and allowed it to drop to the floor instead of at some poor saps head...come to think of it, it may have hit someone in her table. She quickly shrugged it off though. She turn backed over to Wil, smiled, grabbed her tray and sat on the opposite side of him.
"Sorry, its a bit of a pain to see things on the right side of me."
She gave him a sort of sheepish smile in hopes that her being half blind didnt bother him.

"Are you trying to hit on me?" Kai asked Xiaozhi, partly serious and partly teasing her. "Well, you should know me more than anybody. I tend to wait until I find the 100% right person for me. Hopping from girl to girl, even though its a definite option for me, it's just......not my style, ya know?"
"Since you already know how sexy I am, I'm suprised that you haven't tried to get me yourself. Not that I'm trying to brag or anything, of course." Kai declared. This was something that really intrigued him, but he never truly took the time to ponder what she really thought of him, romantic-wise. Oh well, he figured.
Kai looked at the lunchroom, seeing the insanely long line ahead of him and Bing Bing. Although, seeing as he was not only a senior, but also a respected member of the council, he could skip through the line with absolutely no fuss....except, of course, freshman whom didn't know him. "So, you want to roll through with the routine?" He asked. As she was a Co-Council member of the Dorm of Strength, she could also skip through the line.
Kai tried his hardest to keep his position of power from going to his head, but he couldn't help but let a grin make its way onto his face.

OOC: You big meany, you didn't even let me respond to your arguments. Also I noticed for a girl whose title is the shy one, you speak very assertively and claim to be firm among other things. Last thing is that there is no way that in any school that a student would have the power to administer punishment like you administered upon Derek. Since you keep talking about how this school resembles so closely a highschool I just can't see a student punishing another student. Even if she is a coucnil member she still is just a student and would therefore require proof to a higher authority.
BIC:FOOLS! ALL DAMN FOOLS! Derek sat in the gloom of his own room. Caley had just left his room and the paper she had left on his desk still sat there untouched. Stalin eh...There was no way that Derek was going to let that slide as easily as that. Caley had stormed out of his room quickly and Derek had no reason to run after her immediately. Instead he decided to confront her where he knew she'd have to eventually go, her next class. Derek didn't run after people, people ran into him for he planned it that way.
Unwrapping a stale sandwhich Derek started abesentmindly eating it away. A few minutes later Derek's sandwhich had completely disapeared and still his gave was unmoved. Caley's arguments hadn't touched him even slightly. Her arguments were shalllow and lacked true insight. They were superficial and were said by a mind that hardly grasped the bigger picture. She spoke of how the school respected and adored the council. How does she claim that? I'm not the only one to despise this group of student that claims supperiority over the rest of us.
Also the fact that she claims to hold more initiative and firmity then is seen makes no sense due to the fact that those qualities are quickly seen and picked out. It's not like you can hide initiative until you need it, that's just not how it works. Her claims that I am not necessary might be true. Maybe the school will continue to function without me, that is very possible. However, what if I can improve things. Is something that functions really at its peak? If something is simply functioning isn't it not my duty to perfect it?
As for her use of the USSR and its leaders to compare our situation, that was completely uncalled for and besides the point. Stalin's downfall came from his obvious psychological problems of excessive paranoia. As for comparing herself to Trotsky she better be careful. Trotsky was exiled and ran off to Mexico to save his hide where he was hunted down and killed. If being killed after being persued away from the school is the metaphore she wanted to portray then so be it, Derek was ready to grant her wishes.
The only thing Derek was forced to completely agree on was the fact that her being a thorn in his sides was just the beginning. This girl was obviously going to proove to be quite troublesome. However, even though her raw power was indeed higher then his if it wasn't trained the right way it mattered little. Derek had always trained hard in combat, he was sure it would give him the edge in the end. Derek slowly got up and walked out of his room in a smooth, robotic motion. He grabbed the piece of paper Caley had left on his way out and made his way to Caley's next class to intercept her. He knew she had herbology next and that Caley had the tendency to arrive early so they would be able to finish their little chat.
Derek arrived at Caley's herbology class abot t10 minutes before class and leaned against the wall next to the open door. In his right hand was the piece of paper held tightly in his clenched fist. Caley arrived slightly after and Derek made the first move and walked infront of her. "You're overstepping your authority miss Brookes." Then with a quick motion he pulled out his lighter and lit it. Then by modifying the oxygen levels in the air he controlled the flame so it reached the piece of paper he held in his other hand and burnt it. Derek couldn't actually create or control fire per say. Derek had always found fire's ellusive nature to be hard to manipulate. Instead he controlled the air when he needed to manipulate fire. It worked practically identically and very few people were powerful enough to notice the difference but there was definitely a big difference.
The paper with his punishment burnt quickly and when it had completely burnt he continued to speak. "I do not see why I should be punished, for I have done nothing wrong. I do not see why you accuse me, I have practically not used my magic since the beginning of classes. I doubt you have any proof against me as a result and even if you do it is probably circumstantial evidence and holds no weight against me. Also even if you did have proof you have no authority in administering me with a punishment. You would have to plead to the staff of the school and proove my guilt which I wish you luck in doing considering my obvious innosense."
Derek then put away his lighter before continuing his discussion which he would have liked to have done earlier when she was in his room. "Careful at comparing yourself to Trotsky, he did end up dead in some foreign country. As for everything else you said, I've heard it before. Many times before. Arrogance is earned miss Brookes, what have you done to earn yours?" Derek stood there, arms crossed, sensing the area around him for any elemental disturbances. Come on Caley proove to me you're worth the trouble, show me those thorns so that I can cover them under a cold sheet of ice.

OOC: Yeah I truly enjoyed that post of yours Incognito. The last line is quite poetic. I guess I should change the shy one because of the way my character grew from my original idea. Thank you for noticing though and I'm sorry!! But agh I was in the middle of a completely different post...Oh well this new situation is much more fun. With the highschool thing you are right and I will explain, its good to have someone to keep you on your toes. Crap I forgot something, oh well if Incognito will allow after class I want Caley to have going back were the "Real" kid was and examined the spot. By the way when I say Herbology Lab I mean class is going to be in a greenhouse.
Caley didn't even flinch when Derek brought her aside. She was expecting it because from what she had seen Derek was predictable. Caley had perpously left the arugment open because Derek is so rapped in his own plans he overlooks certain things. She didn't mind when he burned her punishment, for her it had been meerly(sp) bait.
Caley thought about it over lunch and decided that her original punishment was actually to harsh and she had used her powerful postion to further a personal vendeta. Caley had instantly punished herself so she would not do it agian. She had also played with the idea of apoligizing to Derek, but with his recent actions she decided to let him think that he won.
Caley glanced at Derek's fake fire manipulation with slight interest. Even though she disliked Derek greatly she did find the different ways he used his abilities noteworthy. The fire didn't hold her attention long because a small vine had entangled itself around her hand.
"In my metaphor I was talking about their rise to power rather then what came after. Since I, Trostky have the power, the situation is completely different then the history of the original fight for power." Caley said clearly blocking the door. "On the question of your punishment," Caley continued, "You can appeal if you want, but I ruled over this case because you are my responsiblity as Council Member. Plus you have already made yourself a nusicance to the school dispilinary commity so they allowed me to run certain things involving you making trouble. I have seared the "fingerprint" if you will of your magic in my mind as well. The water near the hallway where the freshman was found had a very familuar feel. In fact it was your magic and since I'm more prone to believe a scared to death freshman then a power hungry Junior I gave ruling. As I said before you can appeal my decision, but its a long drawn out process."
Caley looked at the vine with affection and waved at Derek. Each and every plant in the greenhouse had been moving towards the pair. They seem to give off an unhappy air, almost as if they wanted to hurt Derek. Caley knew that she had the upper hand in the greenhouse. All the flowers felt negative energy from someone towards Caley and they wanted to hurt that person. They wanted to hurt the person that they loved so much and that always tried to take the best care of them.
"Are you sure you want to have some kind of showdown here, it seems a little unfair to me. I''m not even using magic right now." Caley said moving away from the blocked door. As Caley moved away from the dangerous conversation she said, "You are a talented student both with acidemics and magic. I respect that, and I know you could do some good things to the school. There is a fine line you ride and as far as I can see I walk the side for the people and you walk the side for yourself. Think real long and hard whether your doing the best for the school and its students. Because if I thought you would do a better job then me, I would step down. You Derek do not feel that you are equal to the people and there inlys(sp) your problem"
EDIT: Caley waited for a response.
EDIT2: I decided since all the other Council Members (minus Shobu & Kyuubi) are kinda of loners and what not there must be at least one other Council Member who is friendly and knows everybody...

OOC: Man...its hard coming up with decent posts for Adam without writing his thoughts...
The Skeleton continued to read the book, filing away the information that was contained within this text, which read The Sentient Singularity. "Skelly" ran the books data through its subroutines. It required direct intervention. The skeleton shuddered briefly as a larger consciousness enter it... The consciousness cited the book for removal and then departed.
The skeleton hopped off the book, which slammed shut as soon as it was off. The book then flew out the window.
With that task finished, the skeleton hopped off the table and walked over to one of the shelves and took the next book down. The skeleton didn't randomly pick books it was going straight in order, book by book, shelf by shelf. But what was worth remarking was that it was almost finished.
Wilhelm sighed a stood up with his food, which he had barely gotten the chance to touch. He shouldn't have even spoken, that was a mistake. "My name... is not your bloody business." he said harshly. His words scratches at even his own mind but he couldn't not say them. He felt so much... hatred, it burned within him so strongly that he couldn't be nice. "never talk to me again, you damn magic-user". He turned away from her and walked towards the trash can. But as he about to through it away he seized up.

Suddenly his frustration broke. He threw the tray and the food at the wall with a loud, growling scream, and ran out the lunchroom before the echo had even begun to fade. He ran. That was all, there was no thought worth mentioning going through his mind, just streams of questions that possessed no answers, and statements that had become his axioms. No thought, just streams of ideology and faith...ribbons of hope and frustration that gently tied themselvse around his throat, choaking him. He burst out of the school building full speed and continued to run. The forest soon over took him, and he pushed through the brambles and thorns, uncaring as the teared at him. Was he being weak right now? Probably. Was this foolish? Definately. But it was better then doing nothing... or at least... it felt better then doing nothing.
His feet didn't stop their large strides until he made it to the wall that surrounded the school, some hours later and he collapsed against it. Pounding at it with his fists. He was trapped in here... trapped with these people, who were completely innocent of the sins they were committing. That was what made it worse. Not only were these people sinning, but they didn't know that they were. They were ignorant of it, but, he clutched gently at the dog collar around his thoat, but he could make them see. He could, he could do what he had done so long ago. Bend people to his will, twist their souls like little strings around, it was so easy. He could make them all realize what they were doing, but he'd have to use magic to do it. Was it truly preventing their sin if it was not a result of their free will? If it was just him, seducing them to his cause, preying on their craven animal lust?
Wilhelm pulled himself inward, sitting their gently at the base of the wall. No... he couldn't do that... he couldn't be that cruel, even to people who deserved it. He just couldn't bear the vacant eyed stares of people who had no thoughts in their mind but him. He had had enough of that. His family...he remembered. He couldn't control his power then, and he radiated majesty like a beacon. His parents had favored him so much. They had deprived his brothers and sisters every small kindess to give him the largest and his siblings had LOVED it. They wanted him... his elder sister had even tried to have sex with him one night... it was disturbing.
He had tried to repress as much of those memories as possible, but he still remember the eyes. Normally when you looked in a human eye you saw a burning glint, one that moved and shimmered delicately. But when his power gripped someone... that glint stopped moving... it was flat, lacking in even the barest vitality. Under his influence they had no life of their own, they need him to fill them with his (perceived) grandeur.
His family had been dead for years because of him... he wasn't going to kill anyone again.

Binca left out a small sigh off relief when she saw the skeleton. It was strange to see someone collect information that way but it was also very smart. enemies woulden't know how he looked like and unimportant people would not bother him. forcing to look neutral and not nervous or frighted she aproached the skelleton and cleared her throat "adam i asume?". she did not wait for a answer but handed him the note "i wanted to thank you for taking me to the nurse and she told me to give you this since she can't really help me with my problem". She remaind standing adn waited to be either spoken to or dismissed.

Will stood by the athletics track with a few strength students just talking about the days news. One of the younger kids pulled out a pack of cigerettes and offered them to the older students. Will took one only to drop it as a student burst out of a set of doors and ran full pelt towards the school boundaries(sp).
"Hey, how about we follow him and give him a scare or something?" asked the little smoking student.
Will shook his head slowly, 'give him a scare?' why did these kids have such a lack of imagination?
The kid started to jog after the mad runner but Will placed a hand on his shoulder,
"Don't go after him, that guys name is Wilhelm and hes..." Will struggled for words, "a respected student."
The little kid shrugged,
"I couldn't feel any magic around him at all."
Will let go of the kid and stepped back. Everyone knew Will as the happy go lucky kid, the happy prankster, someone to turn to when you needed cheering up. And although Will liked the odd prank... or two, he disliked picking on kids who couldn't fight back. He started to walk back to the main building and was hoping that the little kid didn't find Wilhelm...
It was then that a book hit him on his head...

OOC: I got a bit lost.. so this post will be simple. I'm not sure if 'lunch' is over but still, I'll just wing it. And yes KibaS, Your character's personality seemed to conflict with what it was stated. If she were indeed shy she wouldn't have poked her head between the 2 foot gap they had when they walked to class.
Just thought I'd point it out. >.>

Lunch time.. Ouh how it couldn't be a time any better to rest one's thoughts. It signaled half the day and half the learning already finished. Skyde was sure that he'd eat enough, seeing how he brought himself to the front of the line from the beginning. Controlling space, although high in difficulty had it's way way ups. He got the simple lunch, a sandwich with various other little packaged goods. He had went out to a courtyard to eat, in the shadow of a nearby tree against a wall.
Though he had finished his lunch, he felt he'd like to rest a bit more, but alas classes were to start again and nothing would get in his way. He went to his next class avoiding the more crowded hallways for the lesser walked ones, quite simple.
The Craft Council Member had indeed enjoyed the first day of her MA class, and her first lunch period of the semester. Nothing much to say about it, other then she sat alone, or just with a table of constantly switching students.

Bing Bing arched an eyebrow, giving Kai her blunt "you're not serious" look. It was time to change the subject. She knew the various girls that Kai had dated and disapproved of everyone of them. She hoped that her dislikes of them wasn't the reason Kai couldn't find someone, but the girls were as fake as faux diamonds. She could tell who they were past the sweet attitude and pretty faces. Bing Bing decided that Kai's immediate subject change was a good sign. He wasn't too serious. She took Kai's suggestion into consideration.
"I dunno... freshmen tend to overreact sometimes... I don't want trouble..." that's what her mind said but the smell of the special dish won her over. Her mind versus her stomach was a predictable match. "Aw screw that, let's go." She said and walked up to the lunch line, hearing the predicted complaints of the freshmen.
Sorina finally decided to stand and get her lunch before she didn't have any time to eat at all. She put up her iPod. took her violin case, and walked to the line. She got her lunch surprisingly fast but she didn't get anything much. A salad was enough for her today. Her appetite has been small since the beginning of summer.
She walked to a table where a girl she recognized as the student council member of Sorina's own dorm sat by herself. Sorina placed her case down at her feet and sat down, digging into her plain and dressingless salad. She suddenly thought about the entire reason she was eating so little. She had not had regular meals during the summer, which made her thinner than she already was.
"Sorina, you play as if you were some great prodigy or something, but you're not nearly as good as Clyde. You never will be."
Sorina has never felt competative toward anyone before but Clyde was a boy who would occassionally pick on her for being a cry baby. He provoked her to cry and he loved it. She knew he did, what with the victorious grin he always had on his face.
"Baby prodigy is an ironic name for a baby with no talent," Clyde had once said to her.
Sorina felt her eyes sting with oncoming tears. She quickly picked up her napkin and quickly dabbed her eyes. She didn't want to start crying on the first day of school.

OOC: Oh right it is lunch time....
Gage just finished eating in his Herbology class, he usually ate in that class to avoid people, the teacher didn't mind, for he never spoke a word to the teacher when he was working. He ate his turkey sandwich and then threw away the trash, then sat quietly waiting for the class to start.
OOC: Sorry for being so short.

John walked toward the nurse. Students whispering about his arm. Creeping eyes sat behind him. Those that knew him not saying a word only trying to build a path for him. Others acting like it was the end of the world.
A beautiful young girl from the Strength Dorm had used her power to form a medical stem around his arm. She followed him to the strength dorm nurses office she released her power and left. "Hello it's me Jonathan Price. Again. The first of many times. Hopefully not, but nice to see you again." John walked into the office and toke his seat. The nurse quickly came over and began to work on his arm. "Well John it's nice to see you again also. Now......tell me what happened. It seems that your bone in this left arm has been chipped and this large slash is all around your arm. Have you been fighting on the first day of school?" She shook her head and pressed down on his arm. He inhaled deeply and exhaled. His arm trembled. All he could do was thank her before she wrapped it and sent him on." Thanks" She nodded and continued with her routes. John made his way toward his next class. English literature.

OOC: Sorry for the delay I had people at my place...but I hope this suits your standards.
Derek didn't flinch as she explained her reasoning oncerning her disciplinary decisions. "I don't care, we both know that even the strongest magic disapears after at most 2 hours. No matter how much you memorized that tingle of mine like you say there is no way you can proove it now. As a result, I doubt any student would be condemned for supositions and the testimony of a scared to death freshman that might have a vendetta against me."
Derek noticed the plants hostility at his expense. If there was another thing that Derek had a hard time manipulating it was plants and animals. In the nature dorm everyone needed a basis in herbology, zoology, plant and animal manipulation and other nature related magic. Academically Derek excelled however, in practice Derek always hit a snag. He attributed it to his way of manipulating nature. In order to manipulate something Derek had to overpower it. Most if not all nature dorm members learnt to work with the nature around them. To ask them for their help and in return they would help them back. Usually it was a form of cooperative nature that fueled this kind of nature magic.
Derek had a different approach. Derek had a different approach to a lot of things when you thought about it. Derek overpowered the nature's will. He stipped it of its freewill and manipulated it to its own liking. He stripped the middleman and acted as a pupeteer, guiding nature without its consent. As a result, everything was a lot harder because there was a lot more opposition this way. On top of having to use his magic to tell nature everything it would have to do he also had to start by controlling it fully so it wouldn't rebel. As a result nature tended to have a negative view of him. It was funny how the word got around about how he did things. Then to top it off the more he used his nature magic, the more nature became hostile to him and the more it became hard to use it in the first place. It was a vicious circle and Derek became forced to put more magic to control simple plants. He hated that kind of magic, it was way too close to controlling human beings and he didn't like it.
Derek noticed the nature's liking of Caley and he wasn't really surprised considering her reputation. Derek decided he had to show her how much he didn't fear the nature that hated him so much. You have to control uprisings, quelch opposition, show who'se boss when the time comes. Derek's eyes suddenly seemed to freeze. His irises stood out in his light blue, almost frozen stare. His cold gaze was locked with Caley's. The temperature all around the greenhouse suddenly dropped tremendously. A few seniors coming towards the greenhouse and inside the greenhouse were wondering what was going on.
Frost started covering the greenhouse completely. Ice started to stretch from Derek's feet in all four directions. The sudden cold front combined with the already present warmer front started to form low altitude storm clouds. As a result the sun hid itself behind the clouds and everything became suddenly a lot darker. Ice finally covered the greenhouse completely and the ground became extremely hard with permafrost. The plants hissed at the horrible change of temperature. A few of the students realized finally what was going on and didn't really know what to do. The teacher was still no there yet so the students just stayed out of it and tried to keep warm. Derek's breath was smooth and was obviously now visible.
Derek slowly removed his lighter from his pocket and lit it. "There is something I practiced really hard that I'd like to show you...I hate fire, I find it's a barbaric element. Uncontrollable, erratic, random." Derek then manipulated the oxygen and hydrogen so that a single ball of fire remained in his hand. Derek then put his lighter away as the fire crackled away in his hand. Derek then put his other hand over it and commenced his experiment. "By constantly bombarding the flame with water particles but stopping right before they hit the flame I am able to keep a small filament of water particle all around the flame. Then by instantly and suddenly dropping the temperature of the water to about negative 10 degrees I can freeze this water. The resulting lack of oxygen kills the fire immediately and what you are left with is actual frozen fire..."
The little ice sculpture that was left in his hand was incredibly beautiful. It was literally as if fire had stood still and frozen over. Derek stared at it with a serenity that was rare for him. His eyes of ice seeming to find peace in this feat of his. Derek then looked back up at Caley and his hard cold gaze returned. Then by closing his fist hard around the ice sculpture it shattered into fine dust which he let fall slowly to the ground. "Fire is so weak...without oxygen it is useless...always requiring the assistance of something else to survive."
Derek then looked around at his creation, a scenery of ice. He then continued to talk. "Yes in a greenhouse you definitely have an advantage due to my obvious hate for nature magic however, don't forget what hidrates your precious plants. A river that passes right over there supplies your plants with their vital water. Not only that but the waterfall not far from here that gives this river its flow leaves the area around here constantly humid. I am as much at an advantage here as you are. However, never forget that these plants of yours depend on the water around them and that could become a problem if I really felt like it."
Derek stared at Caley and couldn't help but respect the extent of her raw power however, she didn't understand and therefore was weak. She wasted her abilities in directly helping the little man. She couldn't see the bigger picture. It was as if she went to a poor country giving food to one famished person one by one. Instead what she should be doing is trying to rectify the bigger issue, the reason why these people have no food. She was a coward, too afraid to face the harsh reality that dealing with the actual problems was a hard and lengthy process that took much effort and sacrifice with little to no personal gratification. People who know better should be in charge, it just made sense.
"Be not afraid of greatness: some men are born great, some men achieve greatness and others have greatness trust upon them. People are not equal. To believe such an infantile concept is naive hopeful thinking, nothing more. You said it yourself, you have a lot more raw power then me or any other nature dorm student. You are not equal to us in that respect. Also simply with your status of council member you are not equal to us. Humans by their very nature attempt to rise, attempt to gain power. Do not kid yourself, you are not equal, I am not equal, no one is equal. People grow and learn to be more then equal. People live and die to be more then equal. Equality is an illusion, a comparison point if you will. Equality is inexistant and in a world of inequality the smarter, better should obviously call the shots. It just makes sense, don't you think?"
EDIT: Actually fire simply needs a combustant or fuel. I said Oxygen which was an obvious error but I meant air. I also forgot to add that I manipulate hydrogen as well which is a very potent combustant. By controlling levels of hydrogen and oxygen you can create a floating ball of fire. See Hindenburg. I also tested this in lab lol.

Alice but hurt by the boys reaction to her.
'Wait....magic-user?'
Now she was mad. How could he treat her that way for using magic when he, himself was obviously the same? Otherwise, why'd he be at the school? She now had a new objective: find the boy and give him a piece of her mind.
The bell rang before she could even start her search. She sucked her teeth in frustration and kicked a nearby wall, then headed off for class.
Alice sat in class, her pissed off attitude showed clearly on her face. She looked out a nearby window and saw the boy from earlier sitting by the front of the shool. She suddenly stood up and left the classroom in a hurry, screaming to her teacher "EMERGANCY!" [sp?]
She ran until her lungs felt like they were on fire, and once he was in her reach, she kicked his leg as hard as she could.
"YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOU......."
Her eyes were wide, her teeth were bare, her breath was harsh as was her voice. She immidetly stopped herself when she felt two, small burns under her blind eye, meaning two of the three "marks" has disappeared.
"Just breath....just breath....breath" she mumbled to herself as she tried to calm herself down.

OOC: Ingonito fire doesn't maintain itself soley upon oxygen. Fire is result of heat release by the breaking of more complex chemical bonds and the formation of simpler ones. Fire normally combines a fuel sources (such as the complex compound propane) with oxygen to form carbon dioxide. A fire can't survive on just oxygen because there is nothing for it to cause a chemical reaction with.
Also, Maru, Wilhelm ran to the wall around the school which, if my memory doesn't fail me, is 2 miles distant from the school
The skeleton didn't react to Bianca, continuing its reading in its usual way, but the pen and paper near the skeleton lifted off the table and the pen began to gently drag itself across the paper. After it had finished writing a short, clipped phrase, "My job", the paper ripped itself cleanly off of the notepad and floated gently into Bianca's hands. The pen and paper then gently returned to the place where they had been before.
Wilhelm looked at a nearby tree for no reason other than to give his eyes something to focus on. He needed a plan, but none was forthcoming. He wondered if, perhaps, if he managed to escape to the world outside these walls he might be able to convince the nations of the world to disband this place. But then realized that the only means that they could really use would be violence and he did not wish to see anyone die. It all came back to that simple fact, any solution he could posit would run into the wall of death. He fingered the dog collar around his next...even that one.
He had a weakness in his kindness. When he hurt someone it hurt him back, even yelling at that girl earlier had filled him with a sense of pain. A searing agony in his chest, just because he knew he was inflicting harm upon another, another who was completely innocent save by the sin of their birth and their unknowing actions. That action still hurt him, he'd probably angered her or something and then caused a big fuss... someone might be worried, but, even though he knew no one worried about him, that just caused more pain for him. He smirked, no one worried about him. Even his family, those people who had lusted just to walk in his presence now hated him, they feared him because of what he had did to them, and they tossed him off to the school to avoid having him in their house any longer.
He looked at the ground, why do my actions hurt me?.
"They are a failsafe built into you." said a voice from no where. It was strange in that the voice was...neutral. It was neither male nor female, neither loud nor soft, it both echoed endlessly and was clear, but gentle and forceful, it hurt his mind yet soothed his soul. It ached through him.
"Whose there?" he asked.
"No one is there. Only this one is there and it is in your mind not in the flesh"
"What?"
"You do not understand, but that is to be expected. Its a difficult concept to explain and this ones ways of explaining only serve to complicate things."
Wilhelm was confused as to why the creature kept referring to "this one" but suddenly came to realize that he was referring to himself, but in a way that avoided the first person. "Wait, why do you keep calling yourself "this one"?"
"Why? Simply put the term "I" doesn't apply to what this one is... this one has an I but that one is only the core, the center point around which the rest of this one swirls, but if you wish I could speak to you from the voice of that one and then it would be fitting to use the 'I'"
Wilhelm wasn't terribly sure that he understood what the voice was saying, but he nodded anyway, "So then who are you?"
"I am just a concerned student, you were despairing of your kindness and I, being one who despises ignorance in all its forms could not just leave that ignorance to continue."
"What do you mean?" Wilhelm asked incredulously
"I mean that there is a reason you are kind is as a failsafe. You are given kindess precisely because it will prevent the use of your power... or perhaps... it is because you are unable to use the power that you are given it. The causality aside the fact remains."
Wilhelm thought about it but he didn't quite understand all of it, "Be more clear."
"Figure it out for yourself, I won't give you all the answers..."
And with that the voice vanished.

Vincent sat in his class with a grin on his face. Being in a class of egotistical fools such as the ones in this class was something that he was used to. Listening to his talk about their dreams. Wanting to be able to have the type of power that those chosen by God hold. Always trying to be more then they were. Weak. Just more stepping stones for him to over come.
"Yo teach can i use the restroom? If you don't mind that is." Vincent needed a break from the class and swiftly left the room. He looked behind his shoulder and grinned before leaving. Down the stairs and threw a few doors and he was in the restroom. He did what he had to do. Then left and made his way back up the stairs. The long way. Looking for a way to calm and ease his mind from everything.

After a quick can of his favourite drink back in the cafeteria Will started to settle down. Maybe a kid decided to get revenge for an old forgotten prank, but whatever the reason he had a nasty lump on the side if his head caused by a flying book.
Will had a small note in his pocket from the school nurse granting him a free pass from all of the first days lessons. He was shocked she had been so nice to him, these notes were worth more than a few kids lives (depending on the buyer) and Will fully intended to sell it on after a few days.
A blast of freezing cold air wafted through the open door, even though the autumn weather had been quite nice for so late in the year.
Will cocked his head to the side and started to think, what was his next lesson? He didn't have to go but if memory served him right it was herbology. He closed his eyes, what was wrong with him? The normal Will wouldn't even have to think, bunking off was always the first option if you knew you could get away with it.
He stood up and shrugged. Maybe it was last year blues, maybe sub-consiously he wanted to see as much of the school as he could before the end of the year.
It only took him 10 seconds to reach the large greenhouses due to his magic. Only when he stopped pumping his magic around his body did he notice the cold.
Will smiled, maybe herbology had become 'extreme herbology' this year. He grinned as he imagined the teacher explaining how this years lessons would be taught under extreme conditions.
He started to walk into the greenhouse, now his imagination running away as he saw kids pruning(sp) flowers while floating in the middle of a tornado.
He was halfway through thinking about watching the teacher trying to watch the class mix herbs while riding down a dangerous looking river rapids when he noticed he'd walked straight into the middle of a confrontation.
He looked around slightly shocked,
"I hope i'm not interupting anything." he smiled...

Binca looked at the note and more or less sweatdropped 'clearly not a guy of many words..'. Faintly she wondert why she was even bothering, okey the guy was a council member but she knew a bit about buraucratics and they were often more intrested in other things than the petty problems of people. on the other side the headaches and bad feelings were alot worse than dealing with this guy. she sighed and looked slightly annoyed at the skeleton "look i know you probely have 101 things to do that are atlist 20 times important than some constant ill freshman but i am a seer and those headaches keep coming more often than not". her fingers pressed her glasses back on her nose "she talked about power surpressing talisman or something like that can you help me to or do you want me to be sick the whole year and have me tell people you did not helped when i asked". she glanced at the skeleton awaiting some kind of reaction.

While Nespa was talking, another teenage girl entered, she was somewhat older, a junior perhaps, and was in a position of mild authority for she spoke to Adam as a superior but with confidence as well, "There was a disturbance in the cafeteria during lunch, Council member Adam. It seems that the cause was a Mind student, one Wilhelm Kierkegaard. He ran out of the school and hasn't shown up yet to his after lunch class, disciplinary action is required."
The pen sweeped along the page, "Already taken care of. You may go"
The girl nodded and said a quick thank you before leaving.
The skeleton had heard nespa's words and flagged Adam. The was a slight change in the demeanor of the skeleton as the central consciousness entered into it. These kinds of magical functions were far beyond the prerogatives and subroutines that had been given to the skeleton and required a more sentient entity. The skeleton walked over to Nespa and placing a plastic-boned hand on her head entered into her consciousness. Technically, speaking, he could perform the solution that he had in mind without scanning her mind, but he didn't like taking risks such as blindly manipulating facets of a persons mind without first confirming that the set up of the person's sentience match the typical. In this case it did and the pen began to move once more, "This one can influence your consciousness so your body believes it had no magic. It will seal your magic, and prevent pain."

Binca blinked for a moment as the skeleton touched her forehead. She got a realy weird feeling in her head that annoyed her but also kept her fom pulling away. She frowned a bit at the note "no more magic huh but what about school?". her eye twitched for a moment "i hope your just sealing the seer powers away" While he was busy she looked at the skeleton and became curious about the guy behind it 'why are you hiding behind puppets adam..'.It came up again the bad feeling "adam it's giong the wrong way again.." she flinched as the pain slowly became stronger and looked at the skeleton and faintly wondert if adams presence was keeping it from giong full out.

Alice sat in class with mixed-mashed feelings. She felt hurt that once again, someone made it perfectly clear that they didnt want to know her, but pissed at the same time for the lame excuse given. She let out several loud sighs during class, due to frustration and boredom. She allowed herself to doodle again, but this time her doodles were of herself, kicking the rude boy from earlier.
She quietly snickered to herself once it was done, and class was over. She had spent all her time drawing to relieve her frustration. In the hall way, she passed by several familiar faces, all of which she had seen wondering the halls, none of which would speak to her. It was at that time that Alice's spirit and good mood was once again crushed. Maybe she came off too perky? Deep down she felt it was apperance.
'I cant change the way I look...'
She let out another deep sigh.
"If only I know some charm spells or something..." she declared out loud.

Alice wondered the halls a bit and completely forgot that she had other classes to attend to. She wondered outside and walked around the outside of the dorms, deep in thought.
"A potion? No no...that wouldnt work...maybe one of those key-chain charms? Nah, those are a pain to make.........damn." she mumbled to herself.
It wasnt long before Alice found herself a good distance away from the school. She gave herself a foolish smile for having wondered off so far and for completely blanking out on her surroundings. She was ready to head off back to class when she heard someone talking to themselves as well. She tip-toed over behind a large tree where the sound was coming from and noticed the boy from earlier not too far off from where she was.
"Should I?"
She let out a sigh and slumped against the tree. She knew she'd probably get yelled at again by this guy, and decided perhaps it was best to just leave the situation alone...espically with her problems with anger.

Caley waited patiently for Derek to finish. When he was done she had to gather her emotions to control her anger. This boy almost made her lose her common sense. He reduced her to wanting to forget about magic, diplomacy, and comon curtosy.
Derek made Caley want to punch him in the face.
Caley procceded to return the green hous to its normal splender. She slowly rose the tempature, being careful not to damage the plants. The ice melted slowly rolling down the stems and leaves of plants everywhere. Some of the water even evaporated. Before Caley could turn her attention to Derek though something rolled down her cheek.
Caley assumed it was just water, but when she touched her hand to her cheek it came back red. Curious Caley rubbed it between her fingers then felt her face agian. A long, thin cut had appeared on her face. Worried Caley looked at her arms, a few similar cuts started to appear on them. Caley swolled hard and felt a small burn starting to form on her leg. Her eyes grew large in pain as more such injuries started appear on her. Caley grabbed a pencil from a nearby cup. She put it in her mouth and bit down hard.
Then with practice she closed her eyes and concentraded on the wounds. Not to regenerate, no she didn't have that talent didn't have that luxurey. She was going to where the "message" was coming from. Caley looked deep within herself to magic that flowed in her veins. She took that power and she sent it into every rock, candle, and plant within a hundred miles. Slowly a map formed in her head, and as her magic flowed over the elements it decipher things within the elements. When the map was done, she pushed the magic out further towards a volcano in the Indian Ocean and a spot of trees/Briars at the base of a mountain some miles away from the school. Caley concentraded everything she had on those spots, trying to gain every scrap of information she could from them. Picking the second right before she was about to collapse, Caley cut herself off from all magic including her own.
The next second she opened her eyes and spit out the pencil. With her last strength she said, "Get Adam." That was all she could manage though because within moments her legs gave out and she was unnconsious.
OOC: If you are curious about what just happen I will post an explanation after the council comes together and Caley awakens from being healed at the Strength Dorm.

Derek let go of his grasp on the ice just as Caley decided to rectify the change in temperature. Personalyl Derek liked it better with the shade of white and blue, he found it suit him a lot better but he was in no mood to challenge Caley's raw power just yet. The situation would arise when he would need to but for now all he wanted to do was make his point clear. He wasn't going to let her step all over him and he was a lot stronger then she thought.
As the ice practically completely disapeared at a surprising rate Caley started actign strangely. Cuts started appearing all over her body and Derek started feeling a very powerful flow of magical energy comign from Caley. What the hell is going on!?!?! Derek didn't like Caley but random cuts were definitely somethign he didn't appreciate happening anywhere in his proximity. He quickly looked aorund for the culprit but not only did he find no one but he couldn't think of what could have done this. The only surge in magical essence he felt around him was Caley's and it had started after her cuts.
Derek felt uneasy. He didn't like when he couldn't explain something and he didn't like the possibility of it happening to him. Then suddenly Caley's magic disapeared in a flash. Derek didn't know what she could have done considering it was obvious it wasn't an attempt at closing her wounds which were now gashing more then ever. Caley finally reacted to her surroundings with a weak demand for Adam before passing out. Derek wasn't sure but he was pretty sure he was the only one who was in range of hearing her request which bothered him greatly.
Derek looked down at Caley's body and let out a sigh. Blood...composed at 95% of water and other liquids. Derek could never reach the water inside a human body due to the magical isolation the skin naturally posessed. Also any kind of magic user constantly projected a basic form of barrier that prevented such deep intrusions therefore Derek could never freeze a person fromt he inside. However, when the blood came into contact with oxygen and was outside the body it became fair game. Derek passed his hand in his hair and wondered if he really was going to help this person that he wanted to get rid of. But when Derek thought about it longer it wasn't that he wanted to get rid of her. It was mostly that he wanted to proove to himself and all the others that he was stronger then her and for that he needed to defeat her himself. Darn technicalities...
Derek brought his palm over Caley and froze the blood gushing out of Caley's body so it formed a kind of improvised clot over the wounds. Obviously it wasn't doing marvels for her body temperature but it was stopping the bleeding which was the more iminant issue. Also considering she was starting to fever up, a classic symptome after cuts of the kind the ice wasn't really a bad thing. However, had she any more cuts the same treatment might have killed her due to hypothermia. His general technique done he pulled out his lighter and a cigarette and lit it.
After exhaling a puff of smoke he looked aorund and noticed all the worried looks staring at him. He could see the accusation in their eyes but Derek didn't care. For once he was honestly guiltless, if he was able to get himself out of situations where he deserved punishment he'd be able to deal with this with much ease. Another puff, more worried looks. Useless peasants...must they be told everything... Without looking back at Caley or really making eye contact with any of the other students he yelled out: "Get Adam and quick!"
Nobody moved as if their moving would mean their or Caley's death. Derek became quickly impatient. "Look! I didn't do this! I don't care if you don't believe me but if you don't get Adam quickly I don't know how long miss council member here will live so scaddaddle off or I'll freeze you all solid!" Derek threw his cigarette to the ground and stepped on it. Derek knew Adam was probably already aware of the situation but at least his provocation got a few students to stop staring at him. Sheeps...all useless sheeps... Derek looked up at the ski and he could swear the clouds were acting strangely. Hmmm that isn't me...strange...I wonder what's going on...Who'se stepping on my turf? Who'se hunting my prey? He'll pay for that...he'll pay for that greatly!

Will was happy to just watch what was happening until the girl fell to the floor. He wasn't the best in his year at sensing magic but even he couldn't ignore the strange movements of magic around him.
"Get Adam and quick!"
Will cocked his head to the side,
"Look i don't know what was going on between you two, i mean if she dumped you, i dont think you had to go to those lengths mate."
"Look! I didn't do this! I don't care if you don't believe me but if you don't get Adam quickly I don't know how long miss council member here will live so scaddaddle off or I'll freeze you all solid!"
Will gave a little laugh at this before shaking his head,
"I'll get adam, I'm the quickest here."
Will allowed the magic to enter his body and felt the world speed up around him. As he started to run through the school he kept thinking back to the kid with the cigarette. He seemed like a nasty peice of work. Will found Adam only 25 seconds after he had been ordered to.
He looked as a skeleton shuffled its hand on top of a girls forehead,
"Hey Adam i hope im not interupting anything but your needed. This nasty peice of work with ice powers has injured one of the council members. She's in the greenhouse, I'll meet you back there."
He gave a small salute/wave before running back to the greenhouse.
He stopped his magic just as he appeared infront of the scary ice kid. He knew someone like him wouldn't be greatly worried about Will's sudden appearance like some of the younger kids, but he hoped it would unsettle him enough.
"So are you gona let me in on what happened? Adam's been notified so all we can do is wait until he gets here."
Will stared straight at the kid but inside he was acctually scared. He had been up against a few bully types before in his school life but this kid had a calm unrelenting aura of perfect confidence.

"So, what'd you do over summer, huh? I mean, mine was pretty damn boring, if I do say so myself. I barely saw any of my friends, seeing as a lot of people graduated. You already know about my whole 'flunking' deal, right? Well, I'm not completely sure if you and my other younger friends were worth it." GOLDEN BEAR
Adam’s golden bear was in the green house before will had even gotten halfway to the library. It walked in a with its little stubby strides, not seeming to be in any particular hurry. The pad of paper and pen (which was a rather fancy fountain pen rather than a cheap ball point model) floated out of the bear’s hands and the pen began to move in gently flowing curves across the paper. “I was called for?” Its eyes glistened passively as it looked at the pair of people in the green house.
Derek and Caley… it had been ordained that they would cause him some trouble at one point or another, though their particular method for doing so had not be predicted. It was of little concern though at the moment.
SKELLY
A consciousness flowed outwards from the skeleton and into Bianca. There nothing seemed to happen, but to those on the right side of the action the bending waves of consciousness as Adam dipped himself through her Anima was electrifying. But he did not let himself get distracted, such would lead to death. The human consciousness, though beautiful, was riddled with traps of fear, and whirlpools of hope that killed those that lacked caution.
Quickly and without the slightest hesitation, Adam shifted some threads of consciousness, tying them off in different patterns to create a consciousness loop. It would prevent her from realizing that she could use magic and in turn would prevent the triggering of pain. It was a simple trick but it would suffice.
Suddenly the skeleton took its hand off of Bianca’s forehead… the pen and paper scrawled a simple message, “done”. The whole affair to both Bianca and anyone watching would have appeared instanteous but that was because the human view of time was so relentlessly linear… rather tragic in a way.
Will entered but he was greeted with the same writing of “done”… the skeleton had intended the message for the both of them.
WILHELM
Wilhelm sighed and stood up… so complicated. A failsafe… his kindness… he started walking back to school his hand covering his left eye. Perhaps he saw that voice’s point… but… why was such a power created in the first place if it is only given to those who will not use it? And what if this “failsafe” or whatever didn’t work? There were so many holes in the logic it was positively sickening to a rationalist as Wilhelm was.
When he finally got back to the school he noticed that it seemed to be abuzz. Something must have happened but Wilhelm could care less what it was he just stalked back to his room so that he could do some thinking, or maybe read some more of his books. What happened in this school was not a concern of his… at least not right now. His thoughts were

Xiaozhi chowed down happily on her tray loaded with food, finishing in record time if anyone was really counting. She held up a finger to indicate that she was still slowing before she could reply to his comment. After she succeeded in swollowing without choking, she took a large gulp of her water bottle. She turned around and burped loudly then turned back to Kai. "Yeah, I never thought we were close anyway," she said sarcastically, hiding a smirk behind her napkin as she wiped her mouth. "But mine was pretty nice. My visit home was welcomed with a little asian party. Although I would've had more fun if you and some of my other friends were there. Chinese women are too prissy and proper, chinese men become too drunk, and the kids my age that were there were so annoying." She said little but if one were with knew her long enough, they would know that Xiaoshi thought many big things were little. She was mentally disproportioned was her excuse.
Nearby two girls came in to the cafeteria whispering about something. Bing Bing recognized them from her and Kai's dorm, the Strength Dorm. They walked past the two student council members and that's when she happened to catch what they were saying, "... yeah they brought her into the dorm and she was bleeding all over the place. I think she's a student council member too..." Bing Bing didn't ponder on how convienient it was that she heard the important details. She looked at Kai solemnly.
Sorina finished her meal quickly and returned the tray. She wanted to get to the chorus room, which had no one in it at the moment, to practice. She needed to relax. Her body was always tense of the first day. Thinking this, she started to slow down with her step in the hall. Perhaps... a closed space like the chorus room wasn't the best place to practice. With this in mind, Sorina made her way to the Nature Dorm to practice in their serene gardens, hoping they'd allow her to do so since she's done it once before.. I'm in the mood to play my flute anyway. She thought.

A long pause. Kai stared at Xiaozhi, knowing that the both of them had just heard what the two bypassing girls spoke of. Kai just sat there, his arms crossed, staring Bing Bing down.
He was soon to break this silence as he stood up and grinned. "Well, I wasn't really hungry that much in the first place. Looks like I've got a job to do, I'll catch ya later," Kai said, beginning to walk off. He literally froze in place suddenly, then turned around to Bing Bing. "Of course, you could come if you want. I know your beneath me and rank, but I'll make an exception."
Seriously, teasing Xiaozhi was one of his favorite past times. Covered in blood....some serious butterflies must have gone down today.....It was apparent that it wasn't going to be a regular first day.

What happened next was of little concern to Derek. A kid sprinted off after expressing concerns for the fallen council member and whispers started to errupt all around him. He caught glimpses of their conversations and wasn't shocked to learn that he was being accused. It was rather enjoyable that they thought he could cause such wounds without any apparent cause but usually the blame game held very little thought behind it. The kid had ran off for not even a minute when a golden stuffed bear slowly walked into the greenhouse. Adam...
Derek knew that Adam knew pretty much everything that was going on around the school and that running off to get Adam was pretty useless, the bear had probably been on his way even before the kid decided to run off. A pen flew up into the air and started scribbling on a notepad. It then turned around to face them. Derek who was still next to Caley's unconcious body was quite close to the pad of paper and was able to read its content. At that moment Will returned. William was talking to Derek but Derek pretty much tuned him out finding his voice rather annoying.
Derek instead walked towards the golden bear. He wasn't going towards the bear per say, he was just heading for the exit of the greenhouse which happened to be in the bear's direction. As he passed next to the bear Derek looked down at it in disgust and spoke quickly. "Ask the kid over there, he went off to get you. I'm off I have no need to remain here. Tell my council member when she wakes up that we still have to settle our business and its not a mysterious surge of magical energy that will change that!" Derek then walked past the bear without looking back and was out of the greenhouse equally quickly.
Derek had noticed Will's surprising speed nad even though Derek was many things, he wasn't that fast. So he decided to make sure the kid didn't get the sutpid idea of following him that he'd make him explain the situation to Adam. Even though he cared very little for Caley's well-being the cause of her sudden defeat was intriguing. One second everything was normal and Caley was doing a good job of melting the ice that he ha dbeen creating and the next this unknown surge of power cut her practically to pieces.
The power had felt elemental but it just couldn't be. Derek had never seen elemental magic damage that way. Derek was a specialist in detecting magic especially elemental and it literally came out of nowhere. Something was fishy and he was going to get to the bottom of it. Despite his inability to explain the mysterious phenomena he decided to think of something else at the moment, something slightly more productive and that was the extent in which he had observed Caley's powers.
It was obvious and had never been hidden that Caley's true potential layed in her nature magic however, she was a perfect example of a very balanced mage. She seemed adept in every aspect of elemental magic. In a battle against another elemental user you have to be careful because in theory anything you make can be countered by soemthing they do because they fundamentally manipulate the same matter as you. If I can decrease the temperature fundamentally it can be increased that's just how our balanced world works.
Often such battles result in both mages forcing their will on the same thing but on opposite sides. In this case the victor becomes the mage with the most raw power and in our current situation would obviously be Caley. However, elemental magic has a unique nature that can balance out raw power with experience. There are 4 elements in the world and many more composite elements. Fire, water, air and nature form your basic elements a bit like blue, red and yellow form your primary color. People tend to say that elements have opposites and using the right element against the other will ensure victory.
These people are wrong. Of course fire burns nature and water extinguishes fire but it much more complexe then that. Not only can you include composite elements like ice (water and air) or thunder (fire and air) which completely change everything but even the basic elements have peculiar natural properties that you must take into consideration at all times. In my personal opinion the most complexe of the elements is air and is the one I specialize in. Air in theory can make water. Fire cannot live without air and can therefore be controlled using air. Even nature would be completely dead without air.
However, air is complexe because it incorporates all the different gases found in the atmosphere who pretty much all react differently. And this is where my secret lies. The secret of any air magic specialist. In theory if you were able to control air to a point where it became possible to mix gases together effectively you could create devastating effects. Combining hydrogen and oxygen to create water for example. It is a dangerous technique for it is most unstable and demands a perfect sense of magic. Not being careful or in perfect control could set off a chain reaction that could have devastating consequences like storms, tornadoes, hurricanes or even worst too high or too low concentrations of certain gases.
Derek often thought about these things. he liked to push magic and especially battle magicto its limit. To make it almost an art whcih he could excel at. He needed to counter the council member's incredible raw power with experience and intriguing combos of magic. He needed to find original ways to surprise his adversaries and defeat them before they could snap out of the surprise. Everything depended on fighting on your own turf with your own rules, if you could achieve that then the difference in power meant little. I will not know defeat for as long as I live, such is my legacy, such is my destiny!

Will shook his head, such a simple ploy. Keep him here looking after the girl while he ran with his tail between his legs. So it looked like this had been something just a little bit more dramatic than just getting dumped. Will looked down at the girl and smiled, 'My my my quite a looker i've got caught up with here... If i got rid of the blood and cuts, and the bits turning blue...' When he noticed her lips turning blue it jolted him back into the present and he quickly took off his jacket and wrapped her up. That ice kid sure did know what he was doing, the cuts had stopped bleeding but her temp looked like it had just got that little bit too low.
He'd never really been a ladies man but as he sat there looking at the... well... the damsel in distress he started to think about what he would do after school. Use his magic to better the world? Build a business empire worth millions? Run in the olympics? Or maybe just settle down with a nice girl on some beautiful tropical beach somewhere...
He shook his head violently causing a couple of staring kids to jump. What the hell was wrong with him?!? He was having these... nice guy thoughts all the time.
Well maybe he'd not even get that far. He wasn't going to let some smart mouth, big headed... (slightly scary)... pompous git go around assaulting girls. And if that kid decided to go all out on him it could hurt, but Will didn't care, he'd quitely look into this and see what he dug up, and if it made him look all noble while doing it all the better.
He smiled at this before looking down at the girl again, he would take her to the medics but he could hurt her badly if he moved her... but Adam was taking his sweet time, surely picking her up and running with his speed couldn't hurt?
He decided to give it a try and was outside of the nurses office before the other kids in the greenhouse even knew what was happening.
He opened the door with his foot,
"Nurse, I'm back!!!"

Bing Bing pouted for a brief second when Kai got up to leave. He knew better than to walk off like that, especially when this was her business as well. She immediatly stopped when he turned back to look at her. Snorting at what he said, she stood up to follow him, leaving her tray where it was. "You ever get tired of teasing me?" she asked as walked of beside him. It hardly fazed her anymore but it wasn't tiring. She had fun goofing around with Kai and teasing her seemed to be one of his hobbies now so she didn't mind. Xiaozhi didn't know what it was about him but she felt more comfortable around him even more than her own family. Ever since they met, Bing Bing thought of Kai as the brother she never had. It upset her a lot knowing that this year was going to be his last unless he purposely flinked, something that she didn't see happening.

"Oh, you know it."
The two of them left the lunchroom and headed toward the Strength Dorm through the somewhat complicated Academy. Back in his freshman days, the formation of the dorms and all completely and utterly baffled Kai. By Junior year, it didn't baffle quite as much, but it sometimes gave him trouble, due to his somewhat short-term memory.
"Another council member.....covered in blood? Who do you think it would be?" This was another thing that baffled Kai. Not that a member of the council member would be attacked or what not, or just that their power could be overcome. He just hoped that he was thinking of it the wrong way, as what affected one council member, somehow got around to all of them before long. "One person I'm pretty sure we can count out is Caley. She's a bit of an outsider, but from being around her during council business, I can't see why anybody would want to harm her."
If he was wrong or not, was all to be found out soon enough.

OOC: No more posting until I finish this post. It is kinda long and people are kinda unsure on what to write about. This post should explain things better. Also here is a brief discription about Caley's power:As you know from my opening post the original people "got" their abilities from the land. The magic was in the land and it sort of seped into them...if you know what I mean. So the whole forest has magic in it. Very power elements have magic in them too. Typhoons, hurricanes, earthquakes, and volcanos have bits of magic in them. The volcano comes into importance later on in the story, but i'm not ready to reveal that bit info yet. Mainly its the forest part that is important. She is "cut" by the Briars and branches of a thick area in the outskirts of the forest. It protects one of the only entrances to the forest. So when certain elements "feel" something with magic isn't right they can call to a powerful mage. This can happen to any magic in any of the five dorms. The volcano did, but more important was the message being sent from the forest. I hope this clears things up. I AM NOT DONE TYPING I WROTE LIKE THREE PAGES BACK AND FRONT SO IT WILL TAKE ME AWHILE.
Ashanti walked back and foth in the hospital wing. Caley say motionless on a white bed covered in bandages. The boy had been sent to the office to be questioned about the event. Abrahm had just left to gather the summon the council and to collect some things from Caley's dorm room. Ashanti was still worried about her best friend, and how much a strain this would put on Caley. Ashanti's face did not betray her though, it was smooth and emotionless. She on the other hand wanted to punch the wall she was filled with so much emotion.
An hour or so later.
Caley scrunched her eyelids trying to figure out her surroundings. Her attempt to move was not awarded, but in fact brought searing pain. In the distance she heard a steady beep, assuming that it was her own heartbeat she relaxed.
Outside of Caley’s sleep a few students from the newspaper club were trying to get some pictures of her. There intention was to have the big scoop on the council member who let herself get hurt. The head nurse disappointed them by closing the blinds. Next to her was the golden bear controlled by Adam. Somewhere nearby Ashanti was pacing furiously. Will had been unallble to stay because no one besides the council members or doctors allowed in that wing of the hospital.
Caley listened to the tap of a doctor’s shoes before she sunk into her subconscious. Caley traveled deep within herself until she found a clear cube. As Caley looked at the box she felt very cold and empty. “What is this, the temperature has never really affected me,” Caley said surprised, “Can this really be happening.” She turned her attention back to the box trying to forget the feeling that was coming over her. Inside was a kind of movie. In it a small brown haired girl with a funny side ponytail was skipping in a field of flowers. Colors shifted in the air as the humidity changed and the light reflected off of the water. The movie played what Caley knew as her most pure use of magic.
Suddenly the picture changed. It now showed an older girl, about 14, in a burning building. A grown man lay face down next to her clutching a gun. Young-Caley was crying as her clothes burned in the heat. The man grabbed at Caley’s feet. On pure instinct young-Caley clapped her hands together and put all her magic into one move.
Older-Caley looked away in shame. That day she had created one of the greatest explosions. A perfect mixture of power and presision, she had turn the whole villa to ash, melting all the metal objects to fine liquids. When she had opened her eyes young-Caley had found the man burned to a crisp and the Mage fire fighters had to be helped from the ruins. The Mages bodies were covered in burns.
I haven’t been able to reproduce that kind of magic since then, Caley thought to herself floating towards the box. Different memories of magic kept flashing up all the while. Right before she touched it something pulled her back. I can’t take it back just yet, right. But I feel this yearning deep within my heart. I want what is in the box so bad it actually hurts. It seems as if I’m missing half the blood that suppose to run through my views. As if the blood that is there is watered down. A few scrapes and bruises can’t be worse than these feelings. With that Caley grabbed the box with a jolt before anyone could stop her. A complete pain took over her one of heat and cold of suffocation too.
In an instant she was “somewhere” else. Caley moved her eyes this way and that at the forest around her. Broken branches and burn marks covered the earthy soil. As Caley looked around she saw broken guns and other human instruments. Then she was in a different part of the same area looking at something different. There lay humans dead in some kind of uniforms that blened into the surroundings. In the distance she heard people yelling in a strange language and what sounded like trucks moving. For a while she moved around and saw different things from the battle. Then it was over and Caley was staring up at Ashanti and a nurse. Caley heaved her upper body onto a diagonal slant and looked around. The light from the window told her it had been at least seven hours since her enconter with Derek. She tried to speak, but the nurse shushed her. The nurse also gave Caley a large glass of water which Caley promply downed.
After taking a moment to enjoy the reunited feeling Caley started to speak. The nurse again attemped to stop her, but Caley would not hear it. She told the nurse to please leave the room and motioned towards the door. Next she told Abram, who had returned, to magically protect the room from eavesdroppers and the such. She addressed the eight people in the room with a clear, determined tone.
“Do not worry about someone trying to attack me. Derek is innocent, for once. Because of the high level of elemental magic that resides inside me the elements themselves call upon me with those kinds of messages to help them. This only happens in situations involving magic wars, the protection of this school, and miss use of great elemental magic. This happened to me when I was a freshman as well. Today, I received two messages at once, which is why it was so bad this time. One is of no concern to the council at this time, but the other…” Caley paused, “is horrid.” Caley gulped down another water and looked at Ashanti for support. Ashanti nodded firmly and Caley continued.
“Someone has almost breeched the eastern entrance to the forest. They are not innocent travelers, but an army. One that is vast and dangerous beyond imagen, with the intention of coming here to capture The Academy of Mages. We musn’t worry the students, but at the same time we must prepare for an attack. We are very lucky we know this, the army I estimated will be here in three weeks. WE must also find why someone would even know of our location let alone want to confront us.” Caley finished, taking a deep breath.
Abram stepped up beside Caley and said, “Whatever words the world whispers I will know and inform the council. I will be finished with my report by breakfast.” Before he left, almost as an after thought he whispered, “I’m glad your okay.”

Will sat at the back of his class in his usual seat next to the open window. He was lent back on his chair deep in thought. It had been awhile since lessons had ended for the day (coz caley was out of it for hours i think) but he hadn't moved since. Maybe he had blown things out of proportion earlier? The girl seemed ok and nothing had been said in his earlier lessons.
He eventually got up and started to walk out of the class, his mind a blur as he slowly walked towards his dorm however as he passed a clump of trees he noticed a girl slumped with her back to the bark.
He looked closer... Alice? the name ringed a bell, maybe an old classmate or girlfriend? He couldn't remember exactly but he might aswell as try and talk rather than spend a sleepless night sat on his bed.
He allowed his magic to seep into his body and used it to suddenly appear infront of the girl,
"Hi, you look like you're enjoying yourself." he said with his unique sly smile.

Adam watched dully as Caley spoke, he hadn’t reacted to anything that went on around him because most of what was happening wasn’t his concern. He knew exactly what his responsibilities as council member entailed and did not step an inch beyond those. After all it was not in his nature to be an active force but rather to react to what happened around him. And even then he was inclined not to react with any particular rapidity... to thoroughly had he become disconnected from the events around him. After all... even if these soldiers won Adam himself would be no worse off then before. The only reason he cared even a bit was because it was his responsibility.
[SIZE=2]
Still, news of invaders fell well inside Adam’s zone of responsibility and he already knew the most logical course of action, and he route swiftly, “Let this one deal with the army… It may take it a good deal of time but since this one doesn’t need to use a physical body there would be no risk of harm to the students [stop]” he tore out the page and moved to the next one “also, without seeing the enemy in their midst would be a good psychological weapon to strike fear into the [stop] hearts of them. Even if they do press on it will buy time until they get here”
That was the logical thing… harry the enemy… kill the leaders with an unseen foe… confuse… but… it was something the council had to vote on…in theory… though he would be inclined to ignore their decision if it was against his own logic.
But in any event, Adam still had class to go to so his bear hopped down and walked away. There were more important things then mere armies… Adam felt bad for the soldiers… they were limited entities whose lives would be forfeited because of the actions and decisions of others. He wonder if it would console anyone to know that they were going to be martyr’s… probably not…

OOC: First I already explained earlier that I changed Caley's personality to more bubbly and outgoing because very few of the council is outgoing. Since one of skills of a council member is to gain the support of the people I had to change this. Second everyone is already in the hospital wing and has been there for a few hours. The newspaper people were shued away long ago and the purpos of having the council there when caley woke up was so I could get their opinion on the situation. I will post tomorrow, because I have bio test I need to study for tonight. I'm sorry if I come of harsh, but I'm in a horrible mood and I am just letting it out here. Sorry.

Something was definately up. It had been 7 hours since the incident and the council members had gathered around Caley. This incident involved more then just Caley, it was a matter of great importance and to gather the whole council so immediately had to involve the whole school. Derek needed to think. Not only did he want to understand better what had just happened but he wanted to know what he would do next and what this unforseen event brought to the table. Of course he couldn't make any viable predictions considering his total lack of information concerning what had actually happened.
It was a lot darker and most students were either eating supper at this time or in their dorm. Derek was walking by the greenhouse again for the first time since he had been there 7 hours prior. The environment still resonated with his and Caley's magic. He couldn't feel any other source of power and it bothered Derek greatly. It was as if it had disapeared just as quickly as it had appeared and seemed to have only affected Caley. For now... Derek walked at a slow pace and had a cigarette stuck loosely between his lips. The night was quiet and nothing disturbed the quiet schoolgrounds.
Derek was lost in his thoughts and he payed little attention to his surroundings avoiding small rocks and potholes with the precision of a person taking a known path. He looked on ahead in the dead of the night at his destination. The greenhouse crawled behind him as he made his way past it. As he got closer and closer to his destination the loud sound of rushing water became louder and louder. A great waterfall dropped unknown litres of water every second. The ground shook as the powerful waterfall poured its content into the river bellow. The waterfall was quite large and even at this distant he could feel its moistening effect in the air.
He finally stood infront of the magestic feat of natural beauty. Derek loved this waterfall. Derek tended to love waterfalls in general. They were his best friends and in their proximity Derek was at his strongest. Nobody could defeat Derek next to a waterfall, it was his domain, it was his refuge when he needed to train alone or think. Derek had decided to mix both of these tonight and he threw his vest onto a nearby low branch. Warming up his arms he started concentrating on the water particles that were literally saturating the air all around him.
He manipulated them, he moved them around with his will into specific patterns and shapes. He lowered the general temperature many degrees and waited and concentrated on this masterpiece. It was one of his most impressive feat and one of great genius. It took quite an extensive amount of water in the air, an amount only present in such an environment and even then it wasn't enough. It took a tremendous amount of power and concentration. He couldn't do this often and hadn't even mastered it yet hence why he was practicing it. The shapes were completed, the temperature was about right. Everything was in place now and all that needed to be done was take the final step forward.
Derek clapped his hands together and the temperature dropped about 7 degrees instantly. The water under Derek's control started to freeze creating intricate shapes of ice in the air before him. First came a long serpent of ice composed of many small pieces. Then came floating claws also composed of smaller pieces. The impressive talons and floating jaw came next. A complexe thorax made of ribs connected the floating pieces and two long wings of ice completed the terrifyign sight that now stood before Derek. The dragon made entirely of ice was huge however, a quick overview of the specimen quickly told you that it was actually thousands of smaller pieces of ice all being manipulated simultaneously to give the effect of a moving dragon of ice.
The dragon roared loudly deafening even the waterfall next to it before flying off into the air at Derek's command. Then with the clenching of his fist the dragon exploded into millions of tiny pieces of ice that fell slowly towards the ground. Normally Derek made then shatter into usable pieces but this time he had completely shattered the ice to a fine dust that he could no longer control. It was beautiful as the glittering dust fell slowly towards the ground bellow like snow on a cold february morning.
Derek stared on coldly under this manmade snow. He looked at the waterfall, he looked at the loud rushing river. He looked at the ground at his feet slowly accumulating the glittering dust. He looked at the greenhosue far behind that had been covered in ice not too long ago. He stared long, he stared at these all too familiar features that he had grown to know. What is going on? I'm completely at lost. For the first time in my life I don't know what I will do next...

John returned to the nurses office i the strength dorm. His arm had started to bleed again and it did hurt.
"What are you doing back here. Didn't come here before.....Oh nevermind. I'm up to my neck with work. A concil member her and then we have the media. I was thinking of putting up a barriar." John only smiled and toke a seat not thinking about the current event but worried about his well being. It had been seven hours sense he and John had their fight. His are still hurt and bleed. Maybe it was a mind thing. Being attacked by someone that you thought to be a brother. Maybe it had gotten to him.
"Ok now tell me if this hurts?" The nurse poured some water with blue sparks onto his wound. It burned and sent a shocking pulse down and up John's body. He yelled in a deep painful roar. The nurse nodded and wrapped his arm. "This cut has chipped the bones in your left arm and your body is repairing it at a alarming rate. It will be painful but you must be strong and come be see me for three weeks. that is when you will be at full strength again. Ok?" John nodded and sat back. His arm still burned. He faded off to sleep. A hour of sleep wouldn't hurt.

Alice watched as the boy got up and left without noticing her, but then again, who ever did notice her?
With a sigh of depression and defeat, she headed back to her dorm, not caring about any further classes that went on that day.
She entered her room and plooped down on her bed. She let out a soft groan of annoyance and ignored the stuff bunny that asked of her day. Instead, she allowed herself to slowly dirft into sleep.

Kai had still not left the nurses' office in his dorm, but not because he had nothing better to do, much rather he figured that all of the Council Members were required to look after each other. Required may have been a strong word for it, and even though that wasn't technically true, it was just the way Kai did things.
He didn't say much words to anybody who was in the place, no matter how social he was. As another person from whichever dorm entered, he decided that it was the end of his standby. "Well, didn't think my strength dorm would become so popular of all a sudden," Kai said aloud, not necessarily toward any one person. "And now that the paparazzi is gone, the injured can finally rest." He walked into Caley's section of the hospital wing and leaned against the door.
He instantly recognized Ashanti. As she was also a part of the Strength Dorm he knew her quite well, but at the moment, Caley was the subject. Of course, that didn't keep him from giving Ashanti a small wave. "Now, Caley?" He leaned against the wall of the room, looking down at his crossed arms. "What exactly happened to you? I haven't gotten the 'scoop' yet." It was instantly after saying that that he realized he sounded like some of the newspaper students from earlier.
Questions about the vision would come later, as Kai was a person who seemed to focus on the "now" over the future.

Vincent was sitting at the top of the craft dorm. He was looking directly at the strength dorm. Their were people coming in and out of the dorm and the hospital. Then he saw John enter with his arm wrapped. He could smell the blood the painted the white wrappings red. Maybe he had used to much power. He had cut deep. Sooner or later someone would come and get him. Most likely to punish him.
"Why are you always standing up here alone. Vincent?" A small voice sque from behind him. Vincent didn't turn around for he knew who it was. "Because up here I am free and I don't have to listen to anyone or hear about their problems." Vincent turned around to face the one he spoke to..........................however no one was there. Vincent was talking to someone that he always did speak to. Himself. Was he crazy? Yes. Yes he was.

Bing Bing stood silently next to Kai. There wasn't much to say and Bing Bing knew better than to break tension. It seems that Caley had finally woken up.
Xiaozhi approached the bed though she did not get too close. She listened intently to what Caley was saying. She was filled with dread by the time the girl was half way through her speech. Kai seemed more concerned with what had happened to Caley rather than her vision. Bing Bing shook her head and folded her arms over her chest.
"What do you suppose we do?" she asked. If there was an army ready to attack a school they needed an army of some sort too didn't they? Although Bing Bing didn't doubt the council's strength, she didn't think that they should go at it alone. She was defiinately ready to fight to defend the school but how would they do so without alerting the students. She also wondered if she should suggest they intercept the army since a battle near the school could be fatal. Instead of asking, she waited for Caley to answer her first question and Kai's. Perhaps she should just catch Caley later to share her current ideas.

John stood from his bed and made his way around it. he noticed people talking and students trying to get into a part of the hospital. However guards were not allowing them to pass. It seemed only the higher up people where allowed. John would be allowed without using some of his power.
"Listen Kid you can't pass. No one can go beyond this point..............Not...Even....Yo......You." The guard froze in time. His mind wondered as the image of a boy came into his mind. The boy was John. Their was a glow in his eyes as the world began to spin. John was grinning and soon a wicked laugh entered his mind. The guard couyghed and stood in place. The word returned to its original form. The crowd was still trying to get in. Jonh however was already past him.
"What.......Wha. No like I said. NOW LEAVE." The guard continued to push them back. John however was close to the more heavily guard rooms. There seemed to be a situation. Maybe he wouldn't get caught. Hopefully he coulg learn about what was happening beofre some of the 'stronger' and 'Higher' up student found him.

"Oh...umm...I guess so."
She stood and tried to compose herself again, and tried to remember where she had seen the boy before, and what his name was.
'Damn, I know I know him from somewhere! Did I see him in...oh, what was that class again?'
She sighed to herself and knew that she couldnt place him. He may have been just someone she passed by often in the halls, and assumed thats what it was.
"Um, sorry...but I can seem to place where I know you from..."
She gave him an akward smile, hoping he would be insulted about her lack of knowledge about the boy.

Caley was furious. She wipped out her arm, even though the length of it was covered in bandages, and pointed at Adam's bear. In seconds an icy cocoun(sp) formed around Adam's bear up to the neck. "What are you doing. This is not just you put your plan out there, ignore my questions, and leave without even bothering to hear what the others have to say. We discuss this as a group, thats why there is a group. You cannot blow us off like what we do or say doesn't matter. We need to find out why they are attacking us. Should we attack them with magic or some other method? Because we don't know if they know we are a magic school? Maybe they just think we are some highprofile school, with like super famous parents who want some privacy. We have to be careful about making moves, because to give things away is basically giving the enemy an advantage. Now the most important thing is are we going to tell the students? We need to talk it out." Caley said bringing the bear towards her.
When it was floating right about her hands she unfroze it. The water curled in patterns as it floated out of the room through a now open window. As the water left and was absorbed into the atmosphere warm air came in. Caley had been careful not to have the ice actually touch the bear but it was still cold. At that moment Caley had a warmth about her as she warmed the new air a bit more. She had it swirl around the bear fluffing up its fur. Then when it was all done she tilted her head and smiled as the bear floated down to her hands.
Within a second though she was blushing deeply and placed Adam's bear on the end of the bed. "Well lets get started. So what do you think we should decide on while we wait for Abram to gather his information and deliver his report?" She said finally, looking around the room.

Will grinned before gracefully falling backwards to land in the cold grass.
"Don't worry i'm not too good with names either." He lent up and looked at Alice, "I'm Will, last year in this school and enemies with just about all of the younger kids in this place for one prank or another..."
He scratched the back of his head slowly,
"So any particular reason why you thought you'd decide to admire this tree so intently?"
Will noticed the grass had been pushed down around her, it looked like she'd been here for quite a while. He then noticed that she seemed to have different coloured eyes... It didn't bother him though, after the hectic start to the year he'd just had, sitting here was like a surreal dream...

GOLDEN BEAR
The bear allowed itself to be shifted, Adam didn’t want to be bothered, Caleys actions were of so little consequence. It was actually humorous, after a fashion, that she went to such trouble not to freeze the bear itself given that the bear was nothing more than a piece of fluff that Adam was manipulating as he felt was necessary. It was not like she could do harm to Adam by damaging his puppets. At most it would be a slight inconvenience to find something new to use in itstead if she managed to do irreparable harm to it. That was not to say that Caley was weak… it was just Adam was so far removed from the actions she was performing that it really was more symbolic actions of protest. Scrawling on his desk when he was away in his room.
Still, she seemed to need his vessel. He had actually thought that she would not require its presence given that Adam could maintain his awareness of and contribute to the conversation without actually having his vessels in the room. But then, the sensing of consciousness and souls was a seer type ability (and rather rare one-at least in terms of having a constant and useful manifestation) and thus Caley, being of the nature dorm would be unable to sense the part of him that had remain. The pen moved across the paper with unrushed calm, “Calm. This one was not leaving nor[stop] intending insult.” Now that the bear was staying here a message was routed to the skeleton to head to the class that the bear would be missing.
His mind turned briefly to Caley’s smile, it was one of those actions that Adam had seen often enough before, but was always fascinated by. It was an action performed by an individual which was at odds with conditions which surrounded it, an “unstimulated reaction” as he thought of them. They were fascinating because their genesis was based upon actions that coiled entirely within the individuals pathos rather than from an application of that pathos as it applied to an event. A direct representation of the pathos, he had always wanted to figure one out, that is to say, without actually diving into the consciousness of the person and finding out (which he had never done because his chance of surviving was not worth the information that could be gain. That and because he needed an unsolvable puzzle to occupy his mind)
But such were thoughts for other parts of Adam’s sentience, for now the majority of his conscious mentality was taken by this conversation and the various classes his puppets were in. “The way this one sees it[stop] 1) They have an inkling of what we do here [stop] “high profile schools” are not attacked[stop] by an ‘army’ 2)[stop] I could invade the sentience of one [stop] of their soldiers but [stop] if these people know what [stop] they are doing then the soldiers [stop] haven’t been told why [stop] they are attacking. 3) If we decide to fight [stop]” here the pen hesitated, as if unwilling to finish the thought “we can leave no survivors [stop] our advantage at the moment [stop] would be their ignorance. [stop]” He was somewhat disappointed, now that he had written that point, that he could not use that one boy. But unfortunately, Adam was bound by responsibility to respect that individual and his free will, just as he was bound by unspoken and unseen and unrealized (to his co-signers at any rate) to an array of feudal-esque contracts, “ 4) Don’t tell the students unless necessary[stop] this one is of the opinion that if the strike is fast and hard [stop] we can complete this task among only us [stop]. A simple pressure and a few traps set up by Brookes [stop] since she is the one best suited for creating them in the forest [stop] and victory can be easily attained. [stop]” Adam was rather thankful he wasn’t responsible for the soldiers.
“Lastly” again the pen hesitated, “this one would like to [stop] keep the blood on as few [stop] hands as possible so that when [stop] crimes and trials for murder come [stop] few people need suffer.”

'For one prank or anothere....hmmm...I wonder if Ive been pranked on and never noticed...'
She let her mind snap back to the question that was presented to her.
"Oh, right..."
She pondered as to what to say.
"Well, to be frank, I was kinda spying on someone."
She realized that she now appeared to be some sort of love sick girl stalking her crush.
"Not that I like this guy or anything, but he said some pretty mean things to me, and I kinda heard him talking to himself...and he just seemed weird, and I was curious..."
Her words began to trail off into a mumble. She twiddled with her fingers a bit before she realized that she never did introduce herself.

"Mmmm... A nasty guy eh? I've had my fair share of them for today." Will smiled as she introduced herself, although he already knew her... from somewhere.
He looked back at Alice's strange right eye and all sorts of questions burst into his head, but he didn't really know Alice too well so he started small,
"So what magic can you do? I haven't seen you around the strength dorm and you don't exactly look the most physical person i've ever met. So what can you do?"
Will couldn't even start to think what abilities Alice held, he'd never seen her in one of the special assemblys where the teachers made you show off a bit of your magic for the school. Will had only be made to do this once: he used his magic to quickly take a pencil out of his pocket and shove it up the Craft teachers nose. They'd never asked him to do one again...

John stood next to the wall closet to the meeting going on. He was able to hear something about three weeks but one of the guards noticed him. "Holy....." John turned and ducked behind a door. He stood their watching the guard, who must have been from the nature dorm because he smelled the air and entered the same room John was in. John felt the sweat from his forehead building. The guard still smelled the air but left once he couldn't find John.
"Man that was to close." John whispered to himself before sliding from behind the door. The wiped his forehead and let the sweat hit the ground. With that the guard turned around and pinned John to the wall holding him into the air with one large hand. John tried to free himself but was unable to. "And why are you here boy." John listened to him. John didn't say a word and looked him in the eyes. He growled and kicked the guard squarely in the chin, however it had no effect. John looked at the now enraged guard and tried to fight back.
"So you want to fight. I guess you forgot that your left arm is bleeding. That is your weakest point at this time." John looked at his arm and hadn't noticed it. He was at a disadvantage. However he had a few trum-cards. "I guess you didn't notice that your power gives away which Dorm you may have been in. The nature dorm. Your at the disadvantage." John let his body loose and closed his eyes. A purple light spread across the fingers of the guard and slowly one by his fingers were lifted. John grinned and with a quick thought the guard was pushed back. John landed on his feet and with a grin he laughed.
"Sorry but i've got to go." John walked out leaving the guard passed out on the floor. He left the hospital and made his way to his room. He had to get some rest.

Alice smiled to herself as she slowly floated off the ground, and used her powers to have Will float a little as well before gently putting him back down.
"Youve never seen me at the strength dorm 'cause Im from Yin-Yang."
She rubbed her right eye a bit and hummed a bit to herself, as if it helped her think.
"...I can do a few other small things, but I think levitation is my strong point...sometimes I wonder if I could be stronger if I could see with both eyes."
She let her mind wonder off for a second or two.
"What kinda stuff can you do? I dont really know what kinda nifty stuff people in other dorms can do."

Will noted the small line about her eyes, 'Best not to mention them' he thought, 'might be a sore spot.'
He looked at Alice as she asked about his magic, the old Will'ish glint shining back in his eyes. He looked around and noticed a couple walking down by the side of the school building holding hands. They hadn't noticed Will or Alice and the boy must have thought they were alone. He kissed the girl before clapping his hands and producing a rose.
Will shook his head, Craft dorm kids, charming gits the lot of 'em.
"Watch this," He said to Alice, "But don't blink or you might miss it."
He quickly stood up and allowed the magic to spread throughout his body, In just under a second he had the rose in his mouth and he had quickly placed the boys finger up the girls nose.
By the time the girl could comprehend (sp) what had happened Will was sat back down in the grass holding out to rose to Alice,
"Here a gift." he said smiling over the sound of a loud slap.

"Thats amazing! I think if I could do that I'd prank people too...espically that creep from earlier."

Wilhelm sighed as he walked out of the mind dorm for the second time that day. He had a cola in his hands and was taking sips from it, each being pregnant with philosophic thought as he walked down the hall out onto a nice open field. His mind was swirling with Kantian thoughts and his eyes hardly saw but that which his mind told him to see, diagrams and flow charts, how time and alteration interacted and all these thoughts of logic. He sighed as he sat down with his unseeing eyes. What a cold place this school was... he noticed nothing but not distant, if he had chosen to look, was Alice and Will but see he did not and remain wholly ignorant of their existence.

BIC: Will nodded, "Yeah no problem." But really he held back a giggle. Was she taking him to her room already? He smiled maybe offering the flower had given off the wrong impression. It was then that the little voice erupted back into his head. It was the same one that had been giving him the thoughts he'd been having all day.
He smiled again as he remembered carrying the injured girl to the nurses and the voice started its rant.
"When will you settle down!?! Try a bit harder in your studies? Be more helpful to the other students? Find a nice girl, you've already been near two already today."
Will shook his head at this, if this little voice was talking about the injured girl he was amazed at the stupidity of his own... well his own thoughts. That girl had been unconcious and he didn't even say a word to her.
His thoughts didn't seem to like this rejection to his plans and retreated back into the murky depths of Will's head.
Will shook his head again and realised he'd been stood still while Alice looked on waiting,
"Errr... Soz about that, a little crazy moment, I must be getting old. Anyway lead on." He said gesturing for Alice to show him the way, all the while a little voice in his head was chuckling...

OOC: This will be my post AND Kingdom Tom's post:
Alice just gave a warm smile and headed off to her dorm room. Once inside, she grabbed a cup and filled it with water [since she didn’t have a vase], placed the flower in it, and set it on her work table. She moved as fast as she could, as to avoid speaking with Usagi.
Once finished, she hurried out and gave Will a sheepish smile.
“All ready, lets go”
They headed over to the cafeteria, all the while Alice asked dozens of questions:
‘What are your hobbies, favorite movies, food, music’ and the like were just a few among dozens. She wondered to herself if perhaps she was being too forward with her newly acquired friend.
Will tried to get a sneaky look around Alices room but she had the flower in water and was shooing him back out the door before he had to change to notice much more than the colour of the walls.
As they slowly headed down to the cafeteria Alice started to ask all sorts of questions which he answered quickly not minding the little probe into his life. He answered them all truthfully enough and he had just told her about the various rock concerts he'd used his powers to sneak into when they entered the cafeteria.
As he walked towards the food he suddenly noticed he wasn't very hungry but he grabbed a sandwich and can of drink before sitting down next to Alice,
"So come on then, more about you. I want to know who you hang about with here, what year your in, and most of all whats the worst thing you've ever done at one of the school partys?" He gave Alice a small grin halfway through a bite of chicken and lettuce.
He had an inkling she hadn't been to many of the on site partys, he couldn't remember seeing her at any. He just wanted to see her reaction...
