Hentai, Ecchi or Normal Anime?

Ecchi! It's not as exlicit as Hentai and you need a little fanservice once in a while! It's cute to see ecchiness, and some characters in anime portray that notion really well...;)

Im not all into hentai since a lot of them involve rape but a few are really good such as Suika and Koihime with some ok plots but you gotta play the game to get the full story but mostly iI prefer normal over the other two

It basically depends on my mood. For general entertainment? Normal, of course. If I'm feeling like it though, ecchi and hentai are alright.

I agree with the comments about hentai. I dislike most of it because most of it centers around rape. That being said, I do like the more romance centered ones. I'm a romantic guy, why can't there be more romantic hentai's?

it goes mostly in normal ones, but I like comedy and ecchi animes usually have lots of humor, at least the ones I've seen, like for example Amaenaideyo ^^

Personally i'd like the following:

A good, yet simple romance story. No raping aliens / tentacles / magical "dick-girls" or saving the world.
A simple romance story between a guy and girl. Or guy/guy, girl/girl, whatever. Add some Drama, of course. A simple slice of life story.

A good transition to the sex scenes. Ergo no Oh my, there's some straw on the ground, let's do it.

No, or better dialogue while doing it like stop staring at me i'm so embarassed / oh it's so big / ahh i can't hold it in anymore you name it.

And for gods sake i'm so sick of XXXL-sized Breasts. Don't they have normal-sized breasts over there?

I think a "normal", more romantic hentai would actually get quite a bunch of viewers.

As for Hentai, there are only few that has good storyline, I won't mention any titles though, you might me an addict.

As for Ecchi, there are fun shows that falls here like the anime Shuffle!

Well, I guess I'm gonna go for normal anime, everything is there except for the "bad" parts.

Sometimes Ecchi, if I need or want a good laugh. But it also has to have a good plot to begin with.

i did a quick calculation, and i realized that the Normal anime only make up about 15% of my viewing habits. the rest is what you could only classify as ecchi since it either has brief flashes of nudity of suggestive comments or behavior.
then i had to sit down and figure out why i like that stuff. the only conclusion i can draw is that i find all of those brief flashes and suggestive comments enormously funny. more over, the fact that they are there in the first place. (Maybe i got dropped on my head to many times as a baby.)
though being a guy i doubt my interest is purely intellectual. by hey...what you gonna do?

Ecchi and normal--for the under aged. Girls Bravo turned out to be one of the most enjoyable of ecchi for me. and SHUFFLE!

tho, im still looking for the SHUFFLE! PC game. Hentai or not, i want it. and the following of the series, TICK!TACK! and REALLY?REALLY!
