Try http://anime6.org!

That's where I watched all of FMA! Only one episode is available only in dub not the subs, but other than that it's all good! =D

I know quite a few other sites so if that one doesn't work for you just let me know! =D

Good luck with your quest! =D

Why don't you just...uh...buy the DVD box set if it's that important to you. Though, somehow I doubt you are willing to spend actual MONEY to watch it, otherwise the answer should be obvious. No need to waste a whole thread on this.

If you're a real alchemist fanatic, I'd go with the DVD sets. You get uncut opening and ending themes as well as often unedited dialogue. You also get to see animation panels and all that special feature stuff most anime fans crave. So if you're wanting to watch the episodes just to watch, then I'd try Veoh.com since it has pretty nice quality. If you actually want the full FMA experience though, go for the DVD's.
