saiunkoku monogatari, anyone??

anyway.. anyone who knows this anime??
i think it's a new one.. it's about this young emperor named ryuuki and this political<?>-minded girl named shuurei..

when you first watch it, it look like it is a chinese anime.

Yeah, I'm watching the second season now. =) It's a great anime with gorgeous art. And yeah, the setting is something like Ancient China. I like how the plot keeps twisting. Shuurei is also such a great character. In fact, I can say that all the characters are so unique that I can't really hate any of them.

Saiunkoku monogatari it's a very nice anime,at first sight it seems that it's a chinese one because of the charcaters dressed in that kimonos and some interesting traditions there.I like it because it's a historical anime and it's talked about politics,it's so funny and I like very much each charcater and their clothes,I mean the kimonos^^.I have seen only 8 episodes from the first season and I'm "in love" with it and especially with the openning theme,it suits well the anime.
