Im up to episode 4. What the HELL MAN?! This makes no sence. I read this on wikipedia


Similar to a visual novel, the player makes choices when given the chance: they can choose one from a list of options, or do nothing at all. The game has a meter to show whether the main character is closer to Kotonoha or Sekai, which is recorded at the end of each chapter. The ending will depend on if the player has been going steady with one girl, or has been switching back and forth.

The ending crap you are talking about is from the game - you know multiple endings. And there's an anime. Within the past year or two hentai game to animes are becoming more and more common, this is no different.
