Help! Where did this picture come from?

Heya! I'm looking for the origin of this picture:

If you can't see it, it's a picture of Renji, Ichigo and the gang as vampires, with bottles of what appears to be blood, and the words "All Peoples are Vampires".

I know this page appears as the September/October page of the 2008 Bleach Manga Calendar, but I heard that it was originally a manga title page. Anyone know specifically which issue and/or chapter this is from? Thanks!

What Xero said...It's a Color cover art picture. They have a zillion of them scattered through out the 304 chapters.
