S.A (Special A) Anime / Manga

Does anybody know anything about the Special A anime that is being produced? I'm really excited for this because I love the Special A manga.

Has anybody else read the Special A manga? It's really good...the premise kinda reminds me of Kare Kano!

Synopsis: Have you ever known someone who was better than you at everything you did? Hanazono Hikari does. She's known Takishima Kei since they were both six years old and he's surpassed her in everything. Now they are the top two students in an extremely prestigious high school, with Kei holding firmly on to that number one position. Still, Hikari is determined to beat him at something, no matter what it takes. The issue? Kei just so happens to be in love with Hikari, and everyone in school knows except her!

This is a great manga. Read it if you have the chance. The interactions between the quirky, clueless Hikari-chan and the stoic, "mr. perfect" Kei-kun are hilarious.

Yeah, it's like Kare Kano mixed with Shinshi Doumei Cross with art that isn't as good. XD But when the anime comes out, I'll be watching it. :3

Yay! Somebody else has read S.A! I agree...the art could be better. But look at what you're comparing it to- Shinshi Doumei Cross has the most beautiful art ever!

BTW how do u like Shinshi Doumei Cross? I'm reading and loving it!

Yeah, I suppose it is unfair to compare it the work of the most talented shoujo manga artist out there. XD; Yes, I like Shinshi Doumei Cross. Not as much as Full Moon or Kaitou Jeanne but I like it because it's Arina Tanemura for pete's sake. XD I'm on chapter 40 because I buy the books raw. I got into it waaaay before Viz licensed it. I'd like an anime for that one too, you know?

Yes, there needs to be a Shinshi Doumei Cross anime! My guess as to why they haven't made one yet is because they want to see how things play out with Takanari, Haine, and Shizumasa ultimately. I'm excited to find out, too! <3

I really need to read the Full Moon and the Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne manga soon. I've seen and love both anime.

I've read that.. though I'm still disappointed on not only the dense character of the heroine and how poor that hero is trying to make her realize. The reason is.. I haven't read it it's latest yet. >_<

Zomg!! Now they have character designs AND a website for the S.A anime! It looks like it will be out by springtime. I'm excited!

I know. I saw it today.^^ It WILL be out by spring. I will definitely watch.
