god i have been asking myself this for years but who the hell is in that picture annie keeps on her desk in episode 5, it looks like spike with grey hair when hes young or vicious i just dont know T_T

I found the image, I would say that it is a relative of spik - I would say his Uncle, on his side of the family. Annie does not act like his mother, and there is the resemblence that you mention, plush his hand on annie's shoulder, indecating that they were possibly married.
That or he is a closer relative, father, and Annie is his sister, which is also a distinct possibility

It gave me an excuse to watch it again - though screen shotting DVDs is a pain - intervideo play manages to screenshot the playing window - you can watch the dvd in paint as it plays on the player

Hmm well they never said his name but I believe he is referred to as one of the only people that can call Annie Anastasia, so it could very well be her husband or a close friend/ family member

hmmm it does look like spike doesnt it..


i just had a brainflash maybe its spikes uncle and its kinda known that spike was an orphan maybe his parents had died and he was adopted by his uncle and aunt...not that still doesn't make sense cause they wouldn't be smiling over the fact he was now a member of the red dragon clan.

god i just dont know, hmmm annie says to spike "wouldn't it hurt you to pay respect to your elders"....wait unless annies his mother no it couldn't be cause he calls her annie, well shes either an older sister or his aunt im guessing his aunt because of the elders things. hmmmm god so intriguing.

Haven't seen Bebop in a while, but I think that the other man is Annie's husband. I don't know (or think) that he's related to Spike in any way.
