Current Info:
The current year is 2050. Earth has gone through dramatic changes throughout the following years. Starting in 2031, was announced World War III. The War officially ended December 5th, 2041. A ten year war that scarred the earth and left many countries poor or on the verge of government downfall, and possible anarchy of chaos. There are five super powers in the world. M.F.R (Moskov Fascism of Russia), the U.S.A, China, U.K, and Japan.

History of the world:
Since 2007, Military’s have been beefed up tremendously. New weapons have been created, new armor, new technology. All to help in times of need. (Weapons will be gone over later). In 2024 October 1st an outbreak of terrorism from India occurred in China. The U.N picked up the policy of Peace Makers, AND Peace keepers. The terrorists were quickly wiped out, but China’s leader who made them into a Totalitarism, was assassinated. Thus a new leader was elected. Guan Zhang, who is noted to be Liu Bei reincarnated for his generosity to the people. He also ordered an increase in research and development of new weapons. Japan did the same thing, keeping its same Government type, also staying isolated from the world, and increasing weapon development.
In 2020 Russia became Fascism under the rule of Vasily Moskov. In 2030 he was assassinated by a British man, who is accused of being a spy, causing tension between M.F.R and the U.K. On July 2nd 2031, A British ambassador was assassinated by a Russian soldier who was caught, leaked it was meant to be, and caused an outbreak between M.F.R and the U.K. On August 12th 2031, the M.F.R bombed part of London, causing a war to outbreak. Within January 22nd 3032, Germany came to M.F.R to ally up and plots to take over all of Europe; the M.F.R gladly agreed to this, thus WWIII was formed. The U.K, France and Spain allied up against this move. The U.S didn’t part take until 2034, but The M.F.R managed to infiltrate into the U.S by the Pacific Ocean and attacked it from the inside. The group responsible for this was called Zero-X. A Group of 10 super soldiers. Each with their own unique ability that no one else really possessed. This actually did a number on the U.S but quickly retaliated. 5 members were killed while the other 5 drew back. In 2036, The M.F.R betrayed Germany taking it over for their own land, thus wiping Germany from the Earth entirely along with other countries in between M.F.R and Germany. After a struggling war, on December 5th, 2041 M.F.R surrendered, by assassinating it’s own current dictator, relieving it of War Crimes. Over those progressing years, The M.F.R went into research of cloning DNA, so they could clone the remaining Zero-X soldiers. Sadly all their attempts have been futile. Now in 2050, China came with an offer, Ally with them to help take over all of Eurasia. In September 15th, 2050 Russia invaded France, almost taking it over, while China destroyed India. After this was announced, the U.S and the U.K allied up, also gong to Japan who openly agreed, prepared for any more moves from the “Axis Allies”. Yet news reached the allies ears that the M.F.R was on the verge of successfully cloning super soldiers, also working on some form of super weapon. Now both forces lie in wait to see who makes the first move into WWIV. The current date is December 1st, 2050.

Super Power Background and government type:

Russia (M.F.R - Moskov Fascism of Russia.) – Formally the Russian Federation, but became a Fascism. Current Dictator is Alexander Kurskov. It’s nation is the same as Russia, but Poland and Germany included into it’s reach.
U.S.A – Now more than a democracy, it is Imperialism. It’s borders now take over all of Canada, Mexico and Cuba. It made countless efforts to do so to the Middle East but, “Terrorism” got in the way as the Government says. It’s current President is John Kipler.
China – A Totalitarism. Ruled by Guan Zhang still, whom is a fair ruler, it’s his military advisors who are cold and mean. China over the past years has NOT increased it’s borders until it invaded India. It’s also expanding it’s Military technology.
The U.K – Still a socialism. Not much as increased within the U.K. Except it’s advancements in military technology like all others.
Japan – Isolates itself from everyone else. It has no real desire to be in the war but has no choice account of the threat China makes. Yet in the recent years the Government tried to make a slight comeback of the Samurai and failed, but in the process created a branch of military that are like ninjas. They are assassins/spies whom wear black tight outfits, carrying swords that can cut through almost anything, and come with goggles that include electro vision, thermal, and night. Also majority of soldiers carry swords.

Organization Zero-X:
An organization created during WWIII. Soldiers who were born with abnormal abilities that gave them an advantage were recruited, or some included soldiers who were experimented on. There were 10 who joined, but in the invasion of America 5 died. This organization or “Project” as some authorities call it was called Zero-X, or “The Fallen Angels”. All members had some unique ability while carrying the Title “Angle Of (Their word here)”. They were recognized by wearing a black trench coat, and their badge of a flaming skull with wings. The 5 members ARE playable but it’s first come first serve, and be sure to give them a “Angel Of ___” Title.


New Weapon developments:
Any new weapons can be described in Character descriptions or in the middle of the R.P.

1st world Nations – These are the super powers. These nations are the wealthiest, greatest to live in. The economy is better than 2nd or 3rd world. Better revenue. The 5 countries are M.F.R, U.S.A, China, U.K., and Japan.
2nd world nations – Probably not so good as 1st, but better than 3rd. The…lower middle class worlds. These include France, Spain. Sweden, etc.
3rd world nations – Horrible to live in, either hazardous because of bombing, waste lands, or just run down cities. Examples: Egypt, What remains in the Middle East, Australia.

Appearance: A tall lenient man. He is rather boney, and his skin is smooth and very pale. His eyes are a dark black, giving him a soulless look. He always wears a black tuxedo vest over a black dress shirt that has lighter shaded black vertical stripes on it, along with a crimson red tie. He wears black dress slacks, and a black fedora. He has no hair anywhere on his body, including head. And carrying with him always is an abnormal black cane.

Character info (Background/personality): His mother was Russian, father British. He was born in the U.K but moved to M.F.R. At age 9 he was alone in the world. What happened to him and his parents is only know to him. He keeps too much to himself most say, and when he talks he only talks about the current situation or current news, or his bizarre way of his outlook on life and philosophy. In Zero-X he is called Angel of Death for his unquenchable bloodlust and desire to kill along with his methods of killing. He seems to hold no mercy to any form of person. He would even kill him own allies. And in conversation his mood can quickly change from being mean to relatively cool and calm. He also speaks in a strong Russian accent

Other info: Adrenaline is always being pumped through his body, unlike a normal man. Giving him faster reflexes, greater strength and speed. He also has perfect Hand Eye coordination. He can also increase and lower his adrenaline pump at will. Also his cane be wields a sword that can cut through almost anything. And he carries a special pistol, that has a blade on it’s bottom edge (Think FF7 Advent Children, lol)

Character info (Background): A full on Brit. He is a good soldier, for he never asks question, always does his duty and if a soldier is behind he makes sure that they make it through even if he’s dead. Outside war he is a loving caring man, has a wife, two daughters. When he was young he had a horrible relationship with his mother, for she suffered from Paranoid Schizophrenia, she relentlessly tried to kill him a number of times, until she died by falling down the stairs and impaling herself with a knife. His father was a generous man, who really cared for Dan’s mother. He keeps his opinions to himself 90% of the time unless asked which is never. Yet in conversation he seems to guide his way through smoothly

Jake has short dark brown hair that he usually spikes using a lot of gel. His piercing brown eyes have given him many compliments concerning his eyes. Because of this he usually hides his eyes behind a pair of dark shades. Jake always has a silver necklace with a silver cross around his neck. It was a present from his foster dad and he never takes it off. Jake is quite short measuring at most 5"8 and even though he has a very impressive built considering he never trains he weighs only 140 pounds.

Jake usually wears camo-pants and either an old green military style shirt or a jeans vest with a dark T-shirt under. Jake doesn't really care about what he wears usually taking the top of each pile. Jake always has a watch around his wrist. He hates it when its not around his wrist because he seems lost without it. Jake is not ugly nor is he extremely beautiful but some girls have found him quite handsome. However, his sinical and far-away nature have always kept him away from romantic interaction.

Character info (Background):

After the attack against the united states many of his partners died. He was sure he would have been dead as well but fate decided things would end up differently for him. Out of the 10 only 4 died, the 5th one was Jake but he survived miraculously. He had been shot countless times and fallen from a cliff in the cold pacific water and everyone assumed it was the end of him.

This happened 16 years ago (he had been in the zero-X at the age of 13). Jake remembers nothign of this life. His memory is blank until the day he woke up in a comfortable bed covered in bandages. He had been taken in by a canadien family that had lived in British Columbia. Being 13 they had decided to help him and make him one of their own. They gave him the name Jake after their son who had died in the war. The Tyrell family cared very much for him.

No one knows his past so he has lived since then a happy life helping his foster father with his shop. They moved from british columbia about 5 years later. They now lived in a small city in the southern region of Quebec. The news of tension around the war had always preoccupied Jake. His parents were very uncaring of international affairs and preferred to go on with their daily lives but Jake couldn't help but think what would happen if their tranquility was ever challenged.

Other info: Jake doesn't remember anything before he was taken in by the Tyrell family. That includes original name/family, etc. The Zero-X jacket was lost in the fight/time in the water. Jake is often haunted by dreams of war and destruction but he associates them with his preocupation for world affairs and his parents often say its not sane to watch the news as much as him. Being 26 Jake moved out of his parents house to live in a little apartment on his own but he still works with his dad at the shop and visits his foster parents very often.

Jake is a very non-sociable person. Usually keeping to himself and his family. No one but his parents have ever stepped into his apartment and he tends on keeping it that way. It's not that he's shy because he works in a shop but its mostly that he doesn't want to make friends. He usually has a more negative view of things then the majority but he is not suicidal or anything. Jake owns no real weapons and is not particularly careful even though he doesn't trust people. For example he never locks his doors but he'll often say people shouldn't trust their neighbours. However, on the wall over his bed Jake hangs an old broadsword. He likes how it looks and has it as decoration, not for fighting.

It has happened once or twice in his life that Jake got so angry that without realizing it he tapped into his Zero-X powers. He decided to call them halucinations and not question it further. But when Jake uses his powers his eyes ability to process light and information is multiplied by 1000. The result is the ability to percieve movements like a slow-motion camera. This combined with his trainign when he was in the Zero-X and adrenaline-type chemicals injected in his body when he was a kid makes him capable to react to this incredibly high paced perception. Therefore when his power activates everythign around him goes in slow motion besides him. However this increased strain on the brain and optic nerve gives him incredibly powerful migrains if he keeps it for too long. Eventually irreversable brain damage or blindness could be the result of his power activated for too long.

Examples:

Jake passed his hands over his face before hitting the alarm clock a bit too hard. He heard the familiar crash that said the alarm clock had once again fallen on the floor. Jake sat up in his bed looking around the dark room. He finally leaned over the side of his bed to pick up the poor alarm clock and placed it back on the desk next to his bed. The digital clock showe 5:47. 2 minutes had passed since the clock had stript him out of a horrible dream. Jake was still sweaty and couldn't help thinking about his dream again. He was sitting, his back to a large tree. Everything seemed peaceful then 9 men, it was always 9. All dressed the same, in black trenchcoats. They were always too far for Jake to make out any detail and everytime a huge explosion came from behind them and destroyed everything.

Jake pushed the blankets away and put his feet on the cold floor surface. His face cradled in his hands and his arms resting on his knees he stayed in that position for a few minutes before looking up at the time. 5:51. He had to get going he was opening the shop today and he couldn't be late. Jake rushed over to the bathroom avoiding Cookies his little 2 year old cat that always had fun playing in his legs when he woke up. Following him in the bathroom Cookies started weowing for her breakfast. Like every morning Jake opened the door that faced him and filled up Cookies food bowl and got undressed.

Jake hated showers and therefore always took a bath. He jumped into the warm bath that had been prepared at 5:45 just as he had waken up due to automatic timers. As he soaked in the warm water cookies jumped on the side of the bed and lied there looking at him. Jake loved Cookies. She was the only person besides his foster parents that he loved and truly cared for. Jake could feel that the feeling mutual and it always put a smile on his face every morning.

Jake looked at his face in the mirror. He was wearing a clean white shirt with a little badge about where his heart was. The Badge was a big T with space for a name. On the nametag was written Jake Tyrell: Assistant Manager. His necklace was pulled out over the shirt and his shades hung by the collar. He wore a pair of clean black pants that he wore when he went to work and in his pocket lied his wallet and in his other pocket, his DVP5 player. Jake grabbed the small bottle of gel that was on the counter infront of him and spiked his hair before brushing his teeths and running out of the house grabbing a dark jacket on the way out.

Jake never ate breakfast. He had never and figured if he was as hungry at noon whether he ate or not that it was a waste of time. Jake looked at his watch as he walked down the familiar streets to his work. The watch showed 6:17. It was early december and a small coat of snow had actually covered the streets the day before. It was becoming rarer and rarer to have snow by christmas and it was always somethign he looked forward to. It wasn't the snow per say but the cold that excited Jake. Cold meant hockey and hockey meant fun with his dad and random people at the skating rink.

The only time Jake is ever social with anyone is when he plays hockey. It seems to relieve him of all stress and all he can think of is palying the game and having fun. Jake can play days on end of hockey and he has become pretty goodwith the years. There are still many people way better then him but he doesn't care. It was already quite chilly and Jake could feel that the ice would be made soon. Jake arrived at the Tyrell Emporium. A small shop opened by his father when they had arrived here. It held objects of all sorts especially electronics and computer related stuff.

Jake took out a small magnetic card form the inside pocket of his coat and passed it infront of the sensor next to the door. The door made a little clicking sound and the red light turned to green and the door slid to the side to let Jake in. Jake passed the magnetic card over the black oval to the right of the entrance door and all the lights in the shop opened one by one. Jake was instantly blinded because in early december the streets were still very dark. It took a few seconds before Jake could even see anything. Jake stretched and let out a low groan: "Another day at work..." he said to no one in particular.

Name: Mannequin ( Real name unknown )
Sex: Tipped into the male side, though is neither.
Age: Also unknown, it's not possible to describe him in human age.
Occupation: Zero-X Soldier.
Nation: Original Origin Unknown, but is under the eyes of the MFR.

Appearance: A long almost lanky tall form wrapped in black cloths and silks from top to bottom. His head as well is seemingly wrapped fully, his face always behind a porcelain-white mask. One half of the mask is in a smile shape, the other a frown. There as intricate black markings lightly scathing the jawline of the mask, as a sign of battle wear. There are two feathers reaching out from the right top side of the mask, both black as the raven.
The eye wholes seem so slim yet gleam with red at certain times.

Character info (Background): Mannequin, or otherwise known as the Angel of Manipulation, was one of the original Zero-X soldiers to invade the US in the past. Much isn't known about how he came to be or what experiments were done to him. In the end he seems more like a puppet then a man, his body contorting and swiftly reacting to any movement or vibrations around him. Because of his body he hides blades made of the sharpest forged metals all about himself. These blades are usually connected to metal silk threads, and hence comes his title, the Angel of Manipulation.

He was thought to be the right hand man of Aleister Morzkof, because of how he'd follow him around. But in truth he was one of the only others Mannequin would ever socially fully react to. Some say he only talks to him and him alone, but those are but rumors. Truth be told he's just like a puppet, but with what will and state of existence he was, he agreed with Aleister about many things. To what extent that agreement wasn't puppeted, is also unknown.

Zero X abilities:
Enhanced movement senses: His body feels the movement of the air, the vibrations and sounds that it makes. But it is thought that he is near blind, yet this ability more then makes up for that deficiency.

Bodily Agility Increase: The ability to react to his senses, and move fast enough to make an action faster then any normal human reaction.

Puppet-like body: Because of how he was made or how he was experimented on, his body can move an function in the most foreign ways.

Character info (Background):
He was the son of a French spy and a Russian Neutralist, who after their works were done in Russia moved out to Great Britain to live their lives together. Although, the spy was found by Aleister and his cronies, the spy being his father he was killed. This was two years prior.

<Story>
It was a calm evening in the winter, his father Jaque had burst in from the British cold with a weary face. He looked to his wife Svana and signed her to be quiet. Jai'in could feel the tension and the danger approaching. the nine year old saw his mothers chest as he was embraced tightly. It would be the last time he saw his mother.. Alive. There was a banging on the door, the sound of rounds being fired rang out at the wooden door was tured into wooden swiss cheese. His mother quickly slid him under the bed in her room and locked the door. His father stood outside the bedroom awaiting the invaders.

Words were exchanged, and the deep and anger filled voice of Aleister could be heard over his fathers calm and stern one. A few rounds were fired, a couple bodies fell to the floor. The sound of hand to hand combat ensued, the crashing and crushing of house-ly objects filled the rooms. And then it fell silent.

After several minutes the bedroom door was torn down by Aleister's mighty hand and a few soldiers filled the room around Svana. One inquired as to rape her before they killed her, and the words "Impudent Rookies..." signaled the fall of another soldier. In the end a blade was impaled through Svana and down into the bed where Jai'in was looking up, cold and silent in fear. The blood still warm of his birth mother dripped onto his forehead through the mattress onto his forehead, and then the house fell silent and dark...."

Other info: Two years since his parents death, he used what little knowledge his father taught him about infiltration to become the servant boy of the one who killed his parents. He vowed for revenge, willing to sacrifice his innocence and his life to achieve this goal.

Character info (Background): His background is plain. He grew up as the only child of a middle class family and was successful in school. He reached for high end schools and managed to get into the University of Chicago. However the schoolship he got wouldn't cover enough of the costs so he became part of the army in order to make up for the rest of the expenses. He never expected to actually half to fight. However war broke out and he has been stationed to fight.

No skills. No abilities. No superpowers. Just your average run of the mill soldier... if that... hes not exactly the "soldier-type" but the army was willing to cut corners and he managed to barely make the grade.

Other info: While his background is normal as a person he is strange. He has horrid social skills and typically remains aloof from others perferring to read books of religous and philosophical subjects. He's immature in many ways and desperately clings to these small fragments of his immaturity which have since developed into a sexual disorder in which he is afraid of sexual contact and actively distances himself from women. This, at the same time, comes into conflict with his natural loneliness and desire for companionship causing a constant tension within his own mind.

He has a low sense of self esteem at times which is juxtaposed heavily with a certain amount of arrogance that he possess towards the things at which he is good. Specifically Math, Biology, Philosophy, Religion, Chemistry, Physics, History, and few other academic subjects. He fully realizes that he is the last person who should be on a battle field and has already come to terms with the fact that this war he will die a maggots death.

Hes actually has a rapier wit and is rather intelligent but only in situations where he is comfortable, necessitating that he be alone, thus making these positive attributes to him moot.

Has constantly gotten the worst marks on every military exam he has ever taken and only an absolute desperation for soldiers has kept him from being discharged... and in fact they won't even let him leave of his own volition.

Has a habit of not giving people his real name.

EDIT: He tends to use arcane terminology and complex sentence structure, often using his words as a smoke screen to keep people on the back foot and prevent them from taking a liking to him. To the same extent he also invents words. As he would describe it, "Its nothing more than a Quetzalcoatlian ruse attempting to avoid social interaction due his antisocial psychosis"

In the same he responds to orders "As you will, so shall be" which people tend to think is sarcastic though it is normally meant earnestly.

Was born in Berlin and later migrated to America, before it became part of the MFR. Has great passions in nano-technology, machinery and science engineering. Her goal in life is to become one of the greatest scientists of all time. After meeting Proffessor Allan Zaldabier on one fateful day at the age of 16. She is taken under his wing as his apprentice, after he recognise her deep passion of technology and science and her potential to be one of the greatest scientists of all time. Mia has been working under numerous of projects for the miliarty and the government with Proffessor Zaldabier. From making nuclear war weapons to inventing efficient high-tech lock case programmes to prevent terrorists from hacking into government files.

In the labs, Mia is the one who always keep the Proffessor in place and restrains him from creating experiments that would blow up the lab to smitherens. Disciplined, straight forward and diligent woman. Mia can never ever take a chill pill and always take in what others say quite literally. In her circumstances of her occupation, she's a workaholic, working 24/7 hours everyday and hardly ever goes back home to her apartment. Her great passion for nano-technology and machinery keeps her from living in a mundane life of an immigrant American in 2050.

EDIT: Mia possess great knowledge in technology from hacking into top secret government files to creating a nuclear bomb.

Unknown to Mia's knowledge (because she never drinks)... Whenever she consumes alcohol, she becomes flirtacious, ready to get out and get some 'action'. This strange and provocative attitude of the drunken Mia would make people wonder if Mia was possessed by a ghost of a prostitute. Whenever Mia sobers uo, she recalls none of the events that occurred after the time she drank.

Mia also has a little robot called ATLAS (Advanced Technology Liability Aid Service), which has many multiple functions. Such as: detecting danger from 100km, gold, illegal drugs (esp. narcotics), play the radio or any radio signals, tell the time, temperature and the weather forecast, has a flash light, program timer, voice and video recorder, can be linked with a computer/laptop, store infinite amounts of information, has an input calculator, does accounting finances etc

Created by Mia, ATLAS is her virtual pet as well as her partner in the science lab. He is programmed to do whatever Mia orders it to do and only responds to Mia's voice- by it's voice activation action program. It is one of Mia's most treasured creation.

Allan enjoys every moment of his life by annoying, teasing and pulling pranks on poor Mia, while on the job. His immature behaviour in the labs would make many wonder if he really is a scientist or just some crazy loon who escaped from the mental institute. Acts like a 5 year old boy most of the time, this crazy mad scientist loves to get his hands on anything that is metal. Allan also has a high potency to make things explode, whenever Mia is not around.

Despite his immaturity, Allan is quite intelligent and too smart for his own good. He knows when to cut out the 5 year old boy act and gets down to business. Hence the many reasons why he is employed by the US government.

Full of gluttony, Allan eats nothing but junk food everyday and never gains any weight. Like a 5 year old boy, Allan is quite cheeky and mischievious in the labs as he manages to smuggle in stashes of cigarettes and booze behind Mia's back. He is also mysterious as well as he is unpredictable in persona and hardly ever talks about his personal life.

But the experiment on Issac was successful and now Issac is the very first to have light titanium bones giving him strength beyond normal and speeds that are off the charts. The radiation that was injected could modify your genetic code and give you unhuman strength and speed but the titanium bones only increase your resistance and your ability to sink in water. Character Info(Backround): Elle's parents were scientist for the M.F.R. They worked specifically on the Zero X-solider project. Her parents wer disgusted opun seeing the destruction their lives work caused. When World War 3 ended they fled the M.F.R. capital with their new baby girl.
They raised her in the worst of the Berlin slums so as not to be caught by the M.F.R. government. As Elle grew up in Berlin she made friends with many in the underground. From them she learned the secrets of being an excellent thief and hacker. No matter were her family roamed one thing was always constant her love of the weather and gymnastics. She grew up on gymnastics, never missing a practice. Sometimes her parents found it odd how amazingly gifted she was. They brushed the thoughts away over and over again.
On Elle's fourteenth birthday the M.F.R. government found her fugative family and took her parents away to be forced to work on the Zero X-solider project once again. The M.F.R. government also took Elle as well to be trained in all types of weaponry and hand to hand combat. They once even thought to use her in the Zero X-solider project, but decided against it.
Now two years later she was turned out on the world to do her duty by her country.
Other Info: Elle never goes anywhere without her "pet" falcon. To anyone who looks upon them it might seem as though they converse and uderstand each other. Elle insits on roughing it in the slums of where ever she goes, she says it makes her feel at home. Her favorite things to do are sleep under the stars and dance in the rain. Even though she is only sixteen she is extremely mature. Elle had to grow up fast, so she always sishes that she could spend time being the kid she never really got to be. Anyways, I'm pretty much on my own in the RP at the moment.Just putting down some riot of some sorts >_>.

The RP is proceeding at a pretty slow pace, but then again, there isn't that many people participating.

Oh my... well that just might make having a haitus useless then. Isn't there anyway to solve this without kicking someone out. :( I doubt thats going to help anyone, especially since Incognito's character is how everyone's characters are coming together.
