yeah pretty much I thought making a pilot would make people put in more effort than any random character creation, but those unit names you used seriously ring's a bell........no wait I remember "CNWP-078 Long March mk III" was it name after the long march of Mao Zadong after he was exiled or am wrong?

Lol, Jiang Jie Shi/Jiang Kai-Tshek was the one exiled to Taiwan after being defeated, the Long March was a retreat movement (or you could also call it tactical maneuver which prevented them from being surrounded) of Mao's forces during the war against him (since his forces were awefully underequipped and their enemies got supported by both US and Nazi-Germany it would be obvious who'd win a direct confrontation). The Long March was... well... long and they went thru a lot of hardship together which is why its memorized in history despite being just a bunch of people walking from one place to another. The Rocket sent to Space by China was also called Long March, so why not use it for a unit?

Shen Jian simply means Divine Sword

Heaven's Scorcher was the Lance-ish Weapon of Lu Bu from the 3 Kingdoms Saga (which got butchered up a few times to make Dynasty Warriors, various games named "Sango" or "San Goku Shi" and " Kingdoms")

A Wu Xia is the typical protagonist in Chinese tales, usually referring to a vagabond fighter or reknown assassin, who travel Lands where governments are generally not functional, corrupted, are the cause of evil, or when there is some sort of ebilness that doesn't/can't get ridden off by anyone else so that they have to enforce any type rightous cause "by sword".
