Hmm...a very good question. There are so many good villians in the anime/manga. It's kind of a tie between Deidara and Suigetsu.

Never understood the whole Deidara thing. After mistaking him for a woman in the manga a few times, I lost initial interest. Crazy..explosive art guy. Didn't like him that much.

My favorite between the Akatsuki is either Konan (awesome jutsu style/concept) or Kisame.
