I cannot deny that Lilium is certainly appropriate for the series, considering the accompanying animation. very Latin and very cool
But all thing considered I think the the ending "Be Your Girl" is awesome. probably because its such a happy sounding song, and , considering how most of the episodes end that makes it kind of perverse. which is sync with the rest of the show.

No, there wont be a continuation from what i understand. The Anime was meant to keep the viewers guessing but to apply what they think would happen. The Manga goes into far more detail though spanning over 107 chapters.

I thought, in the beginning, that it was really odd to have an opera-like ballade for an anime's opening song. Maybe theres other animes that do that but this is the first one Ive seen with that. I like how "lilium" matched well with the opening animation sequence. Elfen Lied is seriously dark at times, so such a sorrowful song keeps you in the right mood. I like it enough to where I put it on my mp3 player with other songs that are completely opposite and upbeat then this one. Theres just something about "lilium" that works out just right with the series.

Lilium was a definite mood setter, not to mention a general brilliant song. I think it was amazing for the anime, soooo perfect. That's my opinion ^_^

Yep,the song does suit the anime well,very nice song,and nice anime too...they should get out it some foolish characters tho >.>
