Simple question: did Kira intentionally killed Stellar (because SHinn thinks he did)or did he just intend to take out the GAT X-1 destroy gundam without intending to kill the pilot?

As seen ever since he got Freedom, Kira refrains from aiming from the cockpit. Just blows off heads, legs, or arms. So I don't think he intended to do so.

He did kill Stellar because Stellar was killing innocent people crazily, but I don't think Kira killed her intentionally.:)

I think Kira didn't kill Stellar intentionally because he must have hit the cockpit accidentally and causing an explosion which killed Stellar. So I really think she died accidentally.:D

I don't think it was intentional. After about the midway point of SEED, he made a point of trying to avoid killing enemy pilots if at all possible, and this seems to have carried over into Destiny.

Well the answer is just like did he break the law.

First, how did Stellar died?
Because of the destruction of the Destroyer

Second, why the Destroyer is destroyed?
The Freedom was the one that cause it's destruction

Third, Is it done intentionally?
No, It was Self-defense and saving some kid's a**.

So did Kira killed Stellar?
Yes. BUT it was not done with intention. Still he is guilty of killing Stellar no matter what's the reason behind.

*Remember : Murder is when a person takes another person's life WITH Intention - which simply means 'I'd plotted his death' - That is Murder.

In War Times, Soldiers kills their enemies but are they guilty of Murder? No, cuz it was not plotted purposely. But did they kill them? Yes, but it is not a Murder (don't get Murder mixed up with others)

For me, he didn't mean to kill Stellar. I think he didn't know that Stellar was the pilot.

Kira dirint meen to kill Stella. He wanted her to stop her from firering her massive gun and when he did it, her syteme exploded. Kira juat wanted to stop her, not kill her.

He didn't intend to. The scene is pretty much Four's death from Zeta.

Not to forget that Shinn Asuka is Kou Uraki (both are in rivalry with a superior pilot and both get pissed off in similiar ways, they even have a cross drive with eachother with the condition that hyper is on for both... in other words pissed off) with the love life of Kamille ("my GF got killed as she was on a psychotrip rampaging in an oversized MS").

Well, like others said, Kira did kill Stellar, but no intentionally. He had always tried to prevent killing people>.<

hey it aint kira's fault those giant cannon were located right above the cock pit and it was the expolsion from those cannon that killed stellar and if kira intended to kill stellar we would of got a nice remake of nicols death scene which I still think is one of the best gundam seed death scene ecspecially since "my piano" was his last words LMAO.

I think Kira didn't do it on purpose, because he was trying to stop Stellar from killing innocent people, but in the end, it didn't work out that way.
