well i just finished installing the game and well know i don't know were to do this.
how do i play with the free 30 day subscription included. like were do i enter it

You have to create an account. I can't remember exactly how it went, I started playing EQ 7 years ago but you may have to give payment info as well even though the trial month is free. Just follow the directions, it should walk you through it.
