Renji thinks too highly of himself and misjudges his enemies but other than that idk

Orrihime- She hates to hurt people

Indeed that he does, Twiggy. ._.' Never thinks before he acts. There are other weakness that imply as well. Such as Rukia being a soul reaper. Her relationship with Ichi might be a weakness. o_O'
