I read on wikipedia about this. Is it available to buy? And is it translated? I obviously searched google, but nothing came up that was of any use. I'd love to get my hands on a copy of this. Any help would be great.

I bought it from a Japanese bookstore EONS ago...So it is available for purchase, but no, it's not translated. And I doubt it will be seeing as the all the anime and all the manga have been translated already and they didn't translate it while they were in work with the manga.

I think that they will translate it if the fans demand it. All the fans have to do is make them feel like they can make a profit so that they decide that translating it is worth the effort.

Well...that all depends on how far you got. There are 95 episodes of Rurouni Kenshin. And two OAV's that they didn't air on TV. "Remeberance" and the OAV 2 with Enishi's revenge (Tomoe's brother).
