Title: Harry Potter and the Relic of Deorc

History--

The basics: Players are a student enrolled in HOGWARTS SCHOOL of WITCHCRAFT and WIZARDRY. They can choose their school house (Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin) and their year (1,2,3,4,5,6, or 7). Also, Quidditch will be in season soon, so they'll be able to have a position on the team (Keeper, Chaser, Beater, or Seeker).

I want to create a new Harry Potter rpg, but I want to set it apart from the Harry Potter storyline. So, I'm setting it in present times, 2007, which actually takes place 10 years after book 7. This way, we can have our own stories and such. I'm more of a fan of Hogwarts and such rather than Harry Potter himself, so that's why I'm doing this. So, I don't want you creating characters with direct relations with Harry or anything like that. Keep your characters original. If you've already read the seventh book like me, you know what has become of Harry and company, so there's no need intertwine with them. So, even though the title says "Harry Potter," there will be no Harry Potter in this RPG.

The main storyline: The year is 2007, eleven years after the death of Albus Dumbledore. Hogwarts is stablized and repaired from the war with Voldemort. Times are relatively safe, although a sharp lookout is always constant for dark wizards. The school grounds are once again considered the safest place in the wizarding community.

A new school term is approaching and returning students, as well as new enrollments, are preparing for their classes. Players will start in Diagon Alley.

The darker elements of the RPG will unfold throughout the school year. The main anatagonist is an ancient wizard, Nero Deorc, and a history about him will be given in length near the start of the RPG. His re-awakening will be the cause of odd and evil occurences at Hogwarts, which you can choose to fight against or fight for throughout the RPG. Though the cause of his re-awakening is also a mystery at first, it will be revealed as the RPG goes on.

The Relic of Deorc is a powerful magical item that makes the magic of the owning wizard much more potent. It has been kept safe in Hogwarts for centuries, but the new school year brings a the key element into Hogwarts that enacts and reacts with the relic.

Name: Nathaniel Hucel

Appearance: He's of average height for an eleven-year-old boy, but thinner than most boys his age. He has messy brown hair that he keeps short enough to require little maintence. His left eye is blue, but right eye is brown which is said to be because his mom had blue eyes and his dad had brown eyes.

Personality: He's mature for his age and very smart. However, he doesn't want to be an outcast and does try to engage in good relations with other people. He's learned to be respectfully silent from his grandfather, but is also more than willing to voice his opinion if he feels he should give it.

Bio/background: Nathan is the bastard child of Sophia Banes and John Hucel. Sophia, however, died during the battle of Hogwarts when Nathan was just a baby and he was left to be raised by his grandfather, Articus Banes. Articus was strict but fair and raised Nathan well. While Nathan never thought of Articus as a loveable figure, he greatly respects his grandfather, who happens to be a retired Auror. Because of his grandfather's vast knowledge and skill in charms, potions, and defense against the dark arts, Nathan has become some sort of a prodigy in those branches of magic but doesn't like to show it off.

Nathan has often inquired about the fate of his mother, but Articus simply answers, "She died doing her job." He, Articus, has never went into further detail than that but does show remorse for the loss of his daughter and nothing but contempt for John Hucel for running away on his wife and child in a time of critical need.

Nathan and Articus run Banes' Apothecary, a family-run business on Diagon Alley, and live in a small apartment right above the store. Nate genius for potioneering came from being raised in this shop and it's his strongest subject.

Upon Nate's 11th birthday, he received a letter addressed in green ink. First thing's first, they'd need to go to Diagon Alley and buy supplies...

Appearance: Messy, unkempt, short, dark brown hair. She's slightly thinner than she should be, but sas a cute, clean face with hazel eyes.

Personality: She's extremely proud and has no problem bragging about her "natural talents" and "excelling attributes." She isn't always intolerable, but sometimes can be considered annoying due to her rambles. She isn't a leader or a bully, but has no problem displaying her disdain for certain people. She tries to impress people into a friendship with her.

Bio/background: She comes from a pure-blood family and was raised with enormous wealth, but doesn't think of herself as a total brat or "daddy's girl." Her father was a Ministry worker even in the dark reign of Voldemort. It was noted that he stayed very unsympathetic to Muggle-borns when they were being oppressed. It was automatically assumed that he supported the Dark Lord and was against Harry Potter. He has, only since after the Dark Lord's fall, claimed that he never supported Voldemort and only pretended to dislike Muggle-borns. The Berzing family has since lost a lot of respect.

Brianna, also known as Bri or sometimes BB, has grown up wondering why she didn't have any friends. She was given anything she wanted upon a request to her father, but no friends. Not until she was eight years old and met Nathan, who treated her as if she had something contagious, but he was always willing to accept her company. She did notice though that between them, she was mostly the only one that talked. However, she was just glad to have someone to talk to. Brianna started to come by the Banes' Apothecary four or five times a week with no particular business but talking to Nate while he was working.


Plot advancements: Well, I'm gonna enforce a time system. A week in real life will equal a month in the RPG. Players will play in "chapters" of the story. The time system will push the plot forward and every month I'll add a strange, damaging, or dangerous event. The first month will be steady and easy-going, but as the RPG advances, I could add trolls or dark magic or dragons. Something that is unexplained, but will be explained later on in the RPG. And as the months progress, the stranger and more dangerous will be the events.

Appearance: dark brown hair that he has died bright-red,(to show his difference from slytherin.) it is short everywhere apart from a sort of overhanging fringe on his left side. has dark green eyes, flecked with grey. a rouge handsome face, he constantly wears a small red and white feather ear-ring in his right ear. He is of normal build and height, and being half-blood he has a good sense of muggle clothes. While at hogwarts he is forced to wear green-hogwarts robes.
On his right hand he has his little finger and index finger missing from a duel in an earlier year. (he can still use his wand perfectly)

Personality: A loud friendly joker, he is friends with many people in all houses. He hates the forces of dark and wishes for nothing than to become an auror and wipe out the small remaining faction of deaths eaters still at large. He is gifted but modest, no body really knows why he was placed in slytherin. He personally believes that now that dark-lord is dead slytherin in now almost like a different house. He is cunning, smart and determined and a very deep thinker. His only major weakness is girls...

Bio/background: Tom is the son of a gifted pure blood witch and magiclly gifted half-blood father, they were covert members of the order of the phoenix who died when he was only eight at the great battle of hogwarts. He was taken into care by an outcast family called the Malfoys. They treated him very well due to the fact that they were trying to repent for their misdeeds.
He showed a powerful magical flare from a young age and mastered controlling it at 6. He got the letter for hogwarts in 2002 and is now starting his 5th year. He is still powerful rivals with a slytherin called Zacke Arca, who is the person who cursed off his fingers.
Thoughtout school he has had many friends and even set up a dueling club with the teacher, professor Longbottom, who he is close to. He has a small group of slytherins that are in the same mind as him who stick close together, they are trying to make slytherin a prouder, more aligned with good house.
He is very gifted at all subjects but both transfiguration and defence against the dark arts are his best. He chose care for magical creatures and acient runes as his 3rd year choices. He likes quidditch but isn't really adept on a broom and therefore asked permissionlast year as to whether he could commentate this year, McGonagall said maybe...
His wand is holly with dragon heart-string 10in.

She grew up in a sricted house hold and instead of go out and play she would study till her head hurt then move to a different subject to study. She had a very dull uneventful childhood till it came to Hogwarts. There she began to make friends who helped her come out of her shell.

Bio/background: Grey was born to a magic father and magic mother. Their power runs in his vains. one night when they were at a family get away a dark wizard followed by dark ceaurees came. They were defeated by Grey's parents. His parent were excuted for using magic in the human world. Grey was sent to a family in London were he grew up. His family was of magic and they trained him whenever they could. he was then sent to horwarts and trained their also. He loves to stay at school and never allows anyone to get in to deep in his past.

Bio/background: Mia was born to a pureblood mother and muggle father. Her mother was always interested in muggle customs and traditions so it was no surprise when she married one. Her life was okay. Mia always knew that she was a witch. Her mother and father encouraged her to go Hogwarts when the letter came. Mia was truly excited. Her first year her mother bought her a golden owl named Kail. Her first year most of the Slytherins made fun of her. She was angry at being called things like "mudblood" and other derogatory names. Mia really only had two great talents. Quidditch and Transfiguration. Although she worked admirably and everything else she fell short of the mark again and again. Eventually she realized that if she worked as hard as she could in everything else then no one could hold anything against her.

Appearance: With short dark hair and well kept side burns to boot, an average height and a strong build, Finn's appearance gives him the proper gentleman and scholar look. However, his kind brown eyes and gentle features make him easily approachable.
He can always be seen wearing his freshly pressed and tidy Ravenclaw wear.

Personality: Finn's gentle and approachable appearance also reflect his personality. His respect for education and hard work, make him an ideal student to have in any class. While his sense of humor and kindness make him an ideal friend as well. He had often been compared to the late Cedric Diggory, as his qualities mirrored that of the former student's.
Although now, due to his level of wit, intelligence and strides in his studies, he has created quite a reputation.

Bio/background: A half-blood wizard, His mother a talented former Hogwarts student and now a Gringotts worker and His father a muggle. Finn has taken every opportunity to make his well accomplished pure-blood side proud.

However, Finn's greatest drive comes from his admiration for his pure-blood grandparents. His grandfather Shamus Fianna was a former Auror who helped contain many dark wizards during his employment. His grandmother, a former Ministry official is his greatest inspiration.
After his grandfather's passing due to illness, Finn decided to live at his grandmother's large estate to keep her company.

His grandmother believes in him more than anyone and never once cared about him not being a pure blood. Providing him with anything he ever needed, though with him insisting he earn it, Finn's greatest wish is to repay her by being the best he can be.

Finn excels in herbology and defense against the dark arts, much like his grandmother. He has also become rather adept in Ancient Runes, thanks impart to his studying under his grandmother outside of the school year.

His wand is one of twisted blackthorn infused with a lock of Dryad hair, around 11in in length. It was formerly his grandfathers.

Personality: Elanea is a bit of a bookworm, this shows as she always has her personal book of spells with her and normally always has a book checked out of the library. She's very intellegent, but unlike most intellegent people she's very outgoing instead of being shy. She likes to talk to people, and keep contact with friends, but is fine with being alone in a quite room. She doesn't care what people think of her especailly when it's someone she doesn't like.She likes to help her friends and has a feminine side which is normally showing all the time. People are normally natrually drawn to liking her as a friend.

Bio/background: Elanea is a mugle, having her mother be a witch and her father not a wizard, but she is just the average girl. She was born in the average family with an older brother and an older sister. Her whole family, except for her father, has attended Howgwarts and she is no different. Once she turned eleven off to school she went, and she's been going ever since.

Personality: withdrawn, frightend

Bio/background: Amy or sissy as her friends called her since she was a parseltongue was a execelent student at some point but during her 5the year a incident happend. none is sure what exactly happend but rumors go that she was tortured by someone from the ministery whom mistook her for a dark witch or the follower of a dark witch.wizard. when they found out she wasent the damaged was done. every since sissy had extreme trust problems and failed her year because of it. also she started to have ocasional anger fits which only the herbology teacher seemed to be able to calm she is also known to dissapear for several days and then return often sick. about her parents is nothing known now with a new year the teachers hope the new students can help her get over her fears.

Appearance: He is quite the different person, He dyed his hair green and he always keeps it spiked off to a side, or something similar. He wears his Ravenclaw robes of course, but he has a somewhat thick chain around his neck with a pendant of a dragon attached to it, a crystal embedded at it's center. He also usually wears brown leather gloves, each with a flat gem upon them at the center of the hands, opposite to palm sides. His eyes are blue, a chilling yet serious blue. His wand is unusual, it's a crimson like wood that's slightly curved, runes going down the front end. It's about a nine inches in length.

Personality: Alty has quite the queer personality, not as in homosexual but as in a more opened view on things. He can seem so focused, or even so spaced out that things don't effect him like the flip of a coin. He can smile at things other people find weird, and he likes to be flowing with his emotions, swaying around the school sucking in everything he can. Some call him 'The Ghost' Because he knows everything there is to know. Or at least it seems that way. He seems like he's high on drugs when he's not focused, but to the contrary, he's only high on life. No one has seen him while he's otherwise angry, or flustered, or even ready to fight because all who bother him don't get anywhere fast.

Bio/background: Ever since Alty entered the school, there have been many a mysterious happening. People would start dressing more oddly, with wilder hair colors and odd styles. People started exploring the uses of Magic in different ways, making psychedelical changes to spells they use. (Red sparks became multicolored, and so on.)

Even though he is more of a peaceful soul, there are very few who have seen him fight with his magic. He spends a lot of his spare time either sitting somewhere odd reading in the library or just listening through the hallways. People would find him laying on a book shelf, and he was once called "Dykyo" but ever since he read a Manga called "Ruroni Kenshin" He took the 'suke' from the character Sanosuke into the name, and it stuck with him. He got his name "The Ghost" Because he seems to be everywhere, and he knows the most about rumors then any one in the school as well as secrets and dirt on other students. It's unknown whether he takes real advantage of it all on his own.

Born in England, his parents had met after their Magical schooling. One, his mother, from the French Academy and his father from Dumstrang. They got married after a while and lived out in the English Country, teaching their child to think free. Magic was far more open them what the ministry thought, at least to their family. The whole idea of free expression through Magic taught him to think in levels far more complicated then the normal child.

Name: Shaenikur(Shane) Moonkrypt Nightshade...Around the school he is known as Tigris by the students, and a simple Mr.Nightshade by the teachers...

Appearance: Shane stands at roughly 6' 2", and is of medium build. He is not large, but the muscle he does have is finely honed. He weighs about 180 lbs. His long, flowing hair falls to his waist and shines electric black(black with a bluish tint) and that is all the visible hair on him. He wears a bit of a more...modified version of the school robes: instead of 'sleeved robes', he wears a heavy, White Tiger fur cloak(origins unknown, real fur) with a large hood that, if worn, covers the eyes but does not obscure vision. He hardly ever removes it, some making the resemblance between him and a hermit crab. The defiance to remove the cloak has been a source of some annoyance for the Staff, but he and McGonagall have negotiated the subject and he has been allowed to wear it. His skin is a soft, misty white. Not many have seen him without his cloak on, so what he looks like underneath his cloak is a mystery. Symbols that signify origins of Asian and Late-Century Gothic Alchemy surround his eyes, face, forehead, top(underneath the hair), and neck, and Shaman runes are inked onto his flesh as well. It is rumored that his whole body is covered with them, yet only McGonagall and his Second Cousin know the answer to that question. Shane's eyes glow with a Deep Ocean hue, but it always seems his eyes are in as much constant thought as he himself is. He has his toungue and mid-lower lip pierced, the lip piercing being a tooth of some kind. His toungue piercing has a faint sapphire aura, but that is all that is hardly seen when he rarely speaks...

Personality: Mix Luna, Harry, Lupin, Severus, Voldemort, and your average Goth to get a rough idea. Hmm...He is quiet, yet he will speak when most least expect it. He does not seek to converse with others, nor is he usually sought. He never talks during classes except when spoken to, and even then in short, exact words. While many lay amongst the Common Room, even without homework, he stays in his dorm. It is not known what he does in there, as he habitually casts a Shroud Charm to hide himslef and a the four poster he (presumably) lies down on...

Bio/background: I do have one. Really. But I wish to only put a little.

Shane's past is considered by many to be the reason he is un-hinged. He was born into a Pure-Blood family that was notorious for quite literally worshiping Deorc and many other dark wizards. When Shane was 10, his family hit a storke of 'bad karma'. With no known details, members of Shane's family started to die. One by one, the family he grew up with dropped like flies and diminished to three last relatives...One is 13 years old and is currently at Hogwarts. This relative either denies that he/she is related or does not know. (PM me if you wish to be that relative) The second is an Aunt who, although lives, was driven to insanity. She resided in St. Mungo's for a year, then broke out and was never seen again. The third was a Second Cousin, named (fill in if desired) Kyyra, age 24. Shane has always seen her as a sister, and is one person she treats equally. She raised what was left of him until he started Hogwarts, in which they only see each other, usually, during the Summer Term. She serves as his Guardian. There was quite the spectacle made of the 'Nightshade' family in the paper for a duration of three months, in which some reporters were reported attacked during the scandal. Afterwards, Shane's rep made Luna Lovegood look popular...There are many ghost stories, rumors, and myths about Shane, but hardly any are confirmed. It is true that he is extremely intelligent and there have been eye-witnesses that he is a considerable duelist, yet it is a mystery as to whether he...A.Inherited his talents...B.Was taught powerful Dark Magic as a child...or C. He has some motive to learn it all on his own...

Hollow Ichigo - god moding risk and the bio needs work. Wizards aren't killed for using magic in the muggle world. These are times of peace.
Aura of the Twilight - We can't just make entirely new races, sorry. And it's rare that Hogwarts accepts students other than humans. Also, I don't like the character's name, because well, we're not in Japan. It's London. Can't you aim for something a little more original?

Edit* To the denied characters, you aren't ban from the RPG, but you'll have to edit your characters. I'd feel more comfortable even if you just trashed them and started with a fresh new character idea.

Appearance: Elysabeth has a lithe figure with a height of 5'6", with an almost angelic facade. She has long sober-black hair and twilight blue eyes. Her attire, apart from her Hogwart's school-robe usually consists of dark straight-legged jeans and a hooded sweater.

Personality: Elysabeth is an audacious student with a high sense of intelligence and a sharp tongue. And as far as her intellect goes, she prefers to show it only when she desires. Her laid-back attitude towards education has earned her a "bad" reputation amongst the professors and a rebellious display to the other students. Though often misunderstood as what she portrays, Elysabeth is a sincere and kind-hearted girl.

Bio/background: Elysabeth comes from a long and prestigious lineage of "pure-bloods." Her diligent father being a multi-millionaire business shark is often too preoccupied with his work to even speak with his only daughter.

Mr. Starrling is the founder and owner of the famous " Night-star" broomstick company. Elysabeth's mother passed away when she at an early age, thus leaving the girl lonesome with little memories of a mother's love and affection. With Elysabeth's assiduous father, she has taken it upon herself to ease-up on her education in hope's of captivating her father's attention and see's little point in exceling in so many categories.

Although her front is to not do well at school, she is however, talented in the Defense Agaisnt the Dark Arts and an elite member of the Wizard Dueling Society. Her sole reason for wanting to surpass in excellence in this subject is due to her mother. For the bereaved Mrs.Starrling was a former Auror.

Appearance: Micheal is 5'9 and 180 pounds. His hair is black and spikey. When first looking at him most think he is weak. Only when you looker closer will you see that he is quite muscular from training with his family when not at school. His shoulder are firm and his legs are strong. He takes acrobatics to train himself. His eyes are natural Red and his skin is darker then most. All together Micheal is a good-looking young man.

Personality: Micheal is a quiet young man. He really stays to himself and never talks to people other then answering questions in class. He is a fan to all seekers and hopes to be one. He had never had the courge to try out. He is handy with medical supplies and hates to see people fighing. He loves magic and spends most of his time in the libray reading and practicing spells. He is close to the top in all his class and the ideal wizard.

Bio/background: Micheal was born to a magic mother and father. He loved them both intel the day he was sent to his grand parents house in London. Once their he was sent to hogwarts. Micheal hated living with his grandparents. They hated magic and told him that this school was a form of dark magic. They told him that he was going to a school for dark wizards. Micheal knew that Hogwarts was a good place and left his families house. He returned to his partners home only to find it in ruin. His partners graves were beside the destroyed house. Micheal returned to his grandparents and never spoke to anyone again.

Appearance: Soft inquisitive turquoise eyes, with light blonde hair that is often described as having a “fluffy” quality. Her bangs often fall over her eyes, needing to be pushed back frequently. Felina stands 5’4 with a slight figure and a quiet, medium-paced gait. Her skin is light and she has an odd habbit of twitching her nose when stimulated.

Animagus appearance: White fluffy cat, with turquoise eyes.

Personality: An independent girl, she likes to observe things more then partake in whats going on. Felina has a soft spot for animals (especially cats) and prefers their company over people. Though she can be reserved, she is a genuinely nice person with a strong moral code to which she stubbornly holds above all else. She is patient, honest, and can hold her head in any situation. Her favorite things are animals, cuddling, eating, taking naps, and receiving attractively wrapped gifts. Though it takes a little work to get to know her, once a true friendship is made she is extremely devoted and loyal. Though overall she has a sweet disposition, she can scratch when she wants to and has no trouble getting revenge when the time calls for it.

Bio/background: Never knowing her father, Felina is a half-blood. Her mother, (Avis White) began teaching her to become an Animagus at a very young age, and finally achieved her cat form during her 4th year at Hogwarts. She is still unregistered, and prefers to keep it a secret.
Felina has lived a fairly normal life, and wants to one day become a professor of Mythical Beasts, or Transfiguration.


Though Felina has never given much thought to Dark Wizards, her mother has begun acting more concerned about the dark arts as she gets ready to go into her 5th year. Felina has agreed to be more cautious, but can’t help but wonder about her mothers sudden change.
Felina’s summer is drawing to an end, and she eagerly awaits her trip to Diagon Alley to prepare for the upcoming year.

Appearance: Light brown hair, he has grey eyes and a hard to read face. About five feet and eleven inches tall, he isn’t deathly thin but he doesn’t look healthy. He often slicks his hair back, but lets it hang normally as well. A sharp dresser he loves muggle clothing, and often wears them around the castle when he doesn’t have classes.

Personality: A very strange customer, he’s not very social and has no real longing for companionship. He’s fascinated with the muggle world, reading dozens of books on history and politics. He also finds machinery and weaponry to be incredibly interesting. He’s very arrogant and ambitious, his desire is to work for the ministry of magic, or actually enter into the muggle government. While a very mediocre wizard in most regards, he is a brilliant duelist and tactician. Dueling is his favorite hobby, and one at which he has never known a reversal.

Bio: After both of his parents were sent to Azkaban for crimes against the ministry he was sent to live with his muggle grandfather. His grandfather was the one the instilled the interest in the muggle world. Vincent was captivated by his grandfathers stories about “the war” and drew an interest ever since. He is from the united states originally, but was sent England to live with his grandfather at the age of 7. He never much cared for England and after his training is over will promptly move back to the states. As a boy he never had many friends, it was is own fault he always distance himself from people. Even he couldn’t tell you why, most likely because he didn’t want be hurt the same way after his parents left him. Whatever the reason, Vincent often stayed inside.

Appearance: Virginia has long wavy black hair that falls to the middle of her back, cunning and intelligent blue-grey eyes. She has flawless pale skin, though it’s not too pale; more like the pale that happens during the winter time when there’s little sun. Virginia is 5’4” tall.

Personality: Virginia is perhaps the second oddest student at Hogwarts, after her twin sister October, of course. In many ways, their personalities are very alike, though Virginia tends to be more serious than her sister.
At times Virginia can be quite caring and kind, but if someone makes her lose her temper she can be mean. When meeting people for the first time, she can seem cold and uncaring but if someone takes the time to get to know her, she can be a fairly good friend. At Hogwarts she was glad when she was put into the same house as her twin; she’s close to her sister and considers her one of her best friends. Though she’s never told anyone, she believes the sorting hat put her with her twin for some unknown reason.

Bio/background: Virginia had a fairly normal childhood, up until she was 9, almost 10, years old, even if she hadn't had many friends during that time. It wasn't that she didn't want friends, not that she cared about having them or not, it was that most kids her age just left her alone. While that hurt a little, she didn't mind, prefering to spend time with her sister or by herself. She had never really thought that she was that different or weird, even if others seemed to think that. Then, one day she was in the backyard of her family's home, reading, when a neighbor's puppy ventured into the yard. Being a playful creature, the puppy wandered over to Virginia and immediately grabbed her book in it's teeth, pulling it out of her hands and then proceding to chew it up horribly. She yelled at the puppy, scaring the thing away, and picked up her book, almost crying about the fact that it had been destroyed; it had been one of her favorites. She set the book down on the patio table and headed inside-it was a warm day and she was thirsty-while wishing that her book was fixed, as good as new. When Virginia returned, the book was still sitting there but it wasn't chewed to pieces anymore.

Virginia had never told anyone, not even her twin, about that. It had scared her a bit that day. Then one day during the summer, she was 11 years old by then, an owl showed up with two letters from Hogwarts; one for her and one for her twin. She had been just as shocked as her muggle mother when the letters arrived, but she was happy that she finally had some sort of an explanation for all of the weird things that had been happening to her since the book incident the year and a half before. Virginia and October's father hadn't been estatic about the letters arriving, he had hoped that his daughters wouldn't become witches like he was a wizard, it left him explaining things to all three of them-his wife and two daughters-that he had never told them before, but on the day the twins left for the Hogwarts on the Express, he had been as happy for them as any of the parents.

The previous five years at Hogwarts has only made the twins closer than ever. It was a surprise that they had both landed in Slytherin house but they were happy that they were together.

Appearance: October, has long, wavy black hair, that extends to her lower back. Her skin is pale, but mostly because she burns so easily in the sun. Her eyes are a dull blue, almost gray. She's short, around 5'3". she has an interesting style, and doesn't enjoy being like everyone else.

Personality: Her personality is extremely different form day to day. Some could call it mood swings, some could call it, well October. But, when meeting new people she is extremely shy. though, she can get incredibly hyper, and that's when issues appear. Though all in all, she's very caring and kind, which is strange being sorted into Slytherin, but she just really wanted to be with her twin sister, and the sorting hat must have known that.

Bio/background:
October always had a hard time making friends, most children that she spent her time with found her to be different, and some shunned her. Even though she always had her sister, she wanted more. One big thing- find out what was so called "wrong" with her.

And then one day, something that would be thought of a freak accident, or possibly just a mistake, changed a
few things. For this one time, when October had just turned 10, she was at a shopping mall with her mother. And they were in an elevator,, just being together. October got mad about one thing and some wire snapped, sending them falling two stories. Neither were hurt, but deep inside, October knew it was her fault. She knew she had, unintentionally caused it. And though her mother didn't know, she sure did. So what did she do...? She went to her sister.

Born to a Mother being a muggle, and a father being a wizard, October and her awesomely wonderful twin Virginia, got the letter to Hogwarts at the normal age, for they are normal, at least in wizarding standards. Their father had kept the magical part of his life secret, and hadn't even told his wife. He secretly prayed that their daughters would not be witches. So naturally, their mother was surprised to see her two daughters receiving a letter like that, and even more surprised her husband hadn't told
her a big part of his life.

But, no matter, their mother was happy about it, and let them go, of course. And so the first 5 years at Hogwarts just made the two girls closer and closer.

There's absolutely no 12 or 13 year olds. You don't need to change it if you don't want to, but it might make it easier to RP. I might just allow secondary characters, but I'm not sure yet.

Personality: mean and shallow. he is smart but hates to show it, a clever duelist, he hates any soft people. if people can't stick up for themselves he doesn't like them.
Bio/background: Not much to say here. He is a typical dark wizards son. He was brought up to hate muggles and taught to fight. His parents were death eaters and faked there way out of azkaban by pretending to be under the imperius curse. he was the one who had the famous fight with Tom Drake in his second year and hates him with a passion. This year he is thinking of a plan to finish Tom and win their ongoing battle...

Appearance: Raizen Hallard has short onyx black hair and deep-set blue optics. Apart from his Slytherin robes , his other clothing is normally black and baggy with an array of piercings and chains.

Personality: Raizard Hallard is normally a cranky smart mouth prone to excessive violence and dislikes nearly everything about the world. He is often heard muttering things like " I hate my life, I hate my wand or I hate that spell. " He also expressed his emotions freely and cares little about others and their values with the exception of very few people and objects.


Bio/background: Raizen Hallard was traumatized when he was at an early age. His parents were never the "supportive" type of family and the only thing that they did encourage was corporal punishment. Which resulted in many beatings. This frequent and often consecutive form of discipline instantaneously developped Harry's loathing of the world and tainted his perception toward others. Especially "family" and "love. " He's a fairly decent student but not strive to be good in any particular subject.


The Hallard family was once a pure and prosperous blooded clan, until many of the later generation migled amongst the mudbloods and muggles. Which thus sentenced the majority of them to exile, completely and utterly cut off from the rest of Hallard's pure-breed kin.

Raizen Hallard's utter hatred toward his family has left him little concern for his well-being and any future aspirations. He's been mainly focusing on the "now" and what's "in" and what's "not." He has very little friends and is an only child. Even though Raizen doesn't have any main goals in life, he does want to graduate from Hogwarts and then travel the world.

Personality: Kaede tends to quiet and keep to herself. She does fairly weel in school and has a few friends, but none of which are close. She tends to feel a bit left out and unaccepted since she is a 'mud blood', so she struggles to keep good grades and a proper appearence to prove others wrong.

Bio/background: Although magic is in her background, both her parents are muggles. Kaede believes that her ability to use magic comes from her grandmother, who was a very power witch in her time. Her grandmothers wedding to a muggle was frowned upon, since she was breaking a pure bloodline, but she didnt care, leaving her granddaughter to suffer that decision.

Personality: Katilucia is quite a loud girl, always enjoying attention from her peers. She is quite a tomboy and not at all a girly girl like most of the females she has come across. She is more interested in the latest football (soccer) scores than having a boyfriend. She is quite laid-back and doesn't care much for hard work, but she can get into heated arguments if she disagrees with a point, and makes sure her voice is heard. She likes the play the role of the class clown, and her favourite lesson is Defence Against the Dark Arts, as she loves all practicals. She holds a great passion for Quidditch and would love to play chaser for Gryffindor one day.

Bio/background: Katilucia grew up in Newcastle, located in the North East of England, with a normal muggle family. They lived on a fairly average council estate where Kati was able to stay out late with her friends from a young age and quickly learned the way of the streets. It was around the time she recieved her letter of acceptance to Hogwarts that she began to go off the rails; ignoring her parents wishes and staying out late with her 'influencial' friends, and was introduced to alcohol, though she instisted she never touched the stuff, her parents were convinced she was going down the wrong path. It seemed as though her letter from Hogwarts was the God-send they had been praying for.

Kati quickly realised there was more to life than what she was doing and becoming, although she found the fact that she was a witch very hard to believe at first. There had been insidents with shop lifting and graffiting where she had narrowly escaped being caught, but had always put it down to luck when the shop owners would mysteriously change direction or the police car would simply disappear.

Her parents, having no magical background themselves, would normally be sceptical of such an invitation, and also to the actual existance of magic, but they had reached such a level of worry about their troublesome daughter that they were willing to accept any way of saving her.

After joining Hogwarts, Kati found the work load hard and far from the relaxed and care-free life she had been leading, but having always been an extremely hard-headed and determined girl, she managed to up her game and achieve an avergae B grade for her first year.

Having always been one of the boys, Kati easily made friends and being quite easy-going worked in her favour. Though she still had the odd disagreement with a teacher over her work ethic.

Now her rebelious days are long behind, though she still has trouble with slowing down her speach so others can understand, Kat loves her life at Hogwarts and wouldn't trade it for all the magic in the world.

Excellent! Another poster. Welcome aboard, Akina. There's something I've noticed, though. If your character received an acceptance letter from Hogwarts, it would've arrived when she was 11 years old. Was she really introduced to a bad crowd at that young age? Also, I've noticed that most the players are picking higher ages. I think it'd be really cool if we could get more players to role play as first years or second years. It's make sense if you played a younger age, as I read from your character's bio. Or you edit your bio to fit your higher age.

Your character is accepted, but please think about what I've said. You can edit her if you want to. Lastly, I hope you're a regular poster because we need more loyal players to keep this RPG alive.
