When and where are yugioh tcg tournements held and waht specific stuff do you need?

You can goto the local tournament locator or you can goto regional locator. You only need entry fee (between $2 and $5 depending) and your deck which should contain a minimum of 40 cards. It's a great idea to bring pen & paper with a calculator.

They kind of do since you see the same exact deck ALL the time. It was the exact same prior to the first ban list, it's the exact same now.
