How much do you pay for starter decks in you're area? i found the ultimate cheap starter deck. i went to a locla shop i won't mention the name of said shop due to legal stuff, i found a elemental hero starter deck for 2 pounds 99 pence in english money, normally in my area they cost like 10 pounds

Each one depends. Older decks cost more since they're out of print.
