Conflict:

In present day Japan, illegal weapons are being dispatched to gangs and individuals all over the world, even to small-unknown islands. The AIU [Armed Investigation Unit] knows of the man who is boss of the black market, Agreian Doren. Agreian’s goal is to turn the world into a feudalistic society, and keep it under his control, using his crowd of followers called “The Feudal Lord Disciples” [FLD].

For two years they have tried to put him down under the law, but each time they have came back empty handed, leaving Agreian victorious and free to continue with his plains. Two mounths ago Agreian found away to take the DNA from humans, humandoids, and animals and alter them, making a more powerful type of humanoid called Reavalen that he can control. He sells these Reavalen to people all over the world making an intimidation amount of currency, so intimidating that the government wants to stop him. Once he finishes distributing them all over the world he will control activate them so they can attack all over the globe and put everyone under his power.

Possible Solution:

Kouji, a new officer in the New fleet from the military institute has to go through “Operation Barcode”, were a machine looks at your over all skills and gives you a barcode for you scan to get your assignment.
Will he get the Investigation of Agreian Doren, or some easy task? Already struggling with the tension of getting his first assignment, he also has to go to the “Meeting Room” to convene his partner.

This is a RPG for humanoids, humans, or any made up race so you can have a little fun with it.

When you go to the hospital for any reason it’s up to the Game masters to decide if your character should die, live, or if you come back with a new character at all. However, if you are a member of the AIU and you want to continue to do so, you can re-post a character in the Sign-up see what on of the Game masters say, because most AIU members have to have one partner.

Depending on how good you Rp will be how the Game masters decide to give you freedom during the Rpg.

You should think about whom you want your partner to be if you are an AIU officer, tell a game master or put it on your Character sheet. In the game your partner may change but friction is good in a story.

AIU Rankings:


New Fleet P1 (Also known as Pink Fleet): AIU agents that are usually part of the action. They go to AIU Academy to train physically and though Operation Barcode for assignments.
New Fleet P2 (Also known as Pink Fleet): AIU agents that get little action and do mostly research. They are sent to AIU Academy to pass knowledge and logic test and wait for partners.

White Fleet: These members have their partners and go on C rank (Lowest) missions.
Red Fleet: These members have their partners and both partners are equally skilled in combat, logic, and research for B rank (middle) missions.
Black Fleet: These members have a choice to have partners and have the most experience on the whole AIU force go on A rank (highest) missions.

Humanoid Abilities: Vampire Humanoids can walk around in sunlight; go years with out having blood, and can send telepathic messages to anyone, and have incredibly sensitive hearing.

Bio: Agreian was born in poverty like almost ever other humanoid. After his mother died he went to an orphanage where he met Erikai. Reading a lot of law and history books, he soon was able to live on his own and he took Erikai with him. Using his knowledge he broke almost every law to become rich and powerful, thus giving him the title “Lord of Okinawa.”

Personality: Agreian was a sweet boy until his mother died. He then turned cold and the only person he could soon trust was Erikai. He spends a lot of time in his lab working, reading, leading his followers, or playing strategy games in his library. He never losses his cool, but when he reaches his limit he can make the heavens burn to a crisp.

Bio: hidakay's body was not always like it is now. When she was 20 she became a victim in a heavey acident which cost her alot. the upperpart of her face was burned bady and she had a hole in the back of her head that the doctors could not fix. Also her arms and left leg were covert in heavey burns. A friend of hers whom was a genius on robot building offert her a way of survival. And after several weeks of pain hidakay had her cyborg body and was able to live reasonly normal again. Then the minions of doren killed her friend after he refused to give up plans that could help him get further control of the world. That made hidakay choose to join AIU and became a researcher for them.

Personality: friendly but a bit withdrawn mostly because not everyone accepst her the way she is. But she can be a good friend if she cares enough for someone.

Bio: He rarely talks about it but when he does reply its of a suprisingly normal life. He came from a middle class family and went to a normal school. Where it turns strange is that he ran away. He talks about his parents with respect so it is doubtful whether there was any abuse issues but something does appear off as will be explained more about in his mannerisms.

He appears to have atleast obtained some training in his weapon of choice- a modified Garand-style semi-automatic rifle with an attached bayont and a small knife that uses a chain blade and motor- though where he obtained this is unknown

Personality: The first thing one will notice about him is that he is very quick to talk about things with which he has experience. The second thing is that this appears to be just about everything. Though he never talks about his education it is obvious from the way he talks that he has a wealth of knowledge. But there is in his actions a sort of strangeness. He does odd things and can never be forced to say why rather he will merely say "Seemed right" or another phrase to a similar effect. He often wears a lopsided smirk when he says this... many people find it aggrevating as it (perhaps without his intent) conveys a sense of arrogance in his knowledge. And the possession of arrogance does seem to be one of defining traits as he is quick to point out the mistakes of others and to tell people not to bother if he feels he can do it better. But this arrogance does have a tempered edge to it... a rational streak as it were because he will only rarely attempt to do something which he is uncapable of doing. Rarely does he go anywhere without a book... in fact he will often carry on his conversations while reading or solving a rubix cube or another mental activity. His favorite of these activities is chess of which he appears to have great talent as his knowledge of its entricities is great. He will play a single game against himself for weeks.

In battle though apparently talented in both grace and strength(especially for a human) his main skill is, as might be suggested, tactics. He will often start moving before his opponent, having already predicted their move. However, being a human he is generally inferior to a humaniod in every way.

He also has a number of quirky habits. First, he never wears a shirt no matter ho cold it is. Second, he sometimes thinks out loud but when he does he talks backwards. Third, he never uses the word "it" rather he will talk about a glass as either a "he" or a "she".

Humanoid Abilities: As a Drake Humanoid he has a stronger resistant to heat, giving him extra stamina. He also has a higher jump ability, most times he can jump about 3 feet above normal human standers, but at times he needs it, he can jump nearly 14 feet above human standers. His only known physical change in his powers are that wings, leathery but look as normal human skin. The wings are usualy cover by clothing and sucked back into the body, unable to find them. Only when in need the wings come out to full length which is about a 10 foot wingspan. Only then can Kouji keep himself in the air for longer then a minute, other then that he mostly glides.

Bio: (ummm I gonna kinda talk a little about his life before he entered the military.)

Kouji was born in rather calm environment. He was with his family until a strange accident leaving him homeless and without a family. No one was alive to take him in and was put in a shelter where he met Agreian and Erikai. He had made a friendship with Erikai but was unable to with Agreian and would fight most times talking to eachother. When he found out that Agreian and Erikai left together, he fell into a depression. Only to come out of it and head into the military.

Personality: Kouji is the strong silent type. Always remembering his manners, he is a well brought up gentleman. Kouji day dreams a lot, is very easily distracted, and loves food (preferably sweets). In battle he turns into a different person, almost a killing machine.

Bio: Ollethia (Ollie for short) has no recollection of her past. She was found dumped in an alley with severe head injuries which the doctors assume are the cause of her amnesia. The only thing she remembered was her name, her intellect and her musical abbilities. Even though she does not understand her past, she sometimes seems to have a very keen sense on other peoples emotions. She is contantly trying to make friends with the people most every one else leaves alone (resulting in her having very few friends). About a year after she was found, she decided to join the AIU and do something with her life. She works as a researcher as that seems to be her best skill.

Personalitly: She is friendly and kind but has a flaring temper. Shes not affriad to speak her mind but knows when to keep her mouth shut. Most of the time, you can catch her singing or humming under her breath.

Bio: Hikaru grew up in a traditional japanese family, but rebelled against their values and joined the French Foreign Legion, serving a 6-year enlistment before returning to Japan and later joining the AIU and going on to become a White Fleet Agent. After a horrific operation that left him severely injured, he was a test subject for the Agency's Cyberization program. Having over 75% of his body replaced with cybernetic prosthetics, he was placed into the Black Fleet after proving to be one of the most successful Cyborgs in the program. He excels at all physical activities and tasks, but his researching ability is not as good due to poor study habits as a kid and the fact that his brain and vital organs were not replaced. Due to being one of the first cyborgs, he requires more regular maintenance than later cyberized agents with more advanced prosthetics.

Personality: Hikaru is both friendly yet coldly professional. Off duty he enjoys physical activities such as rock climbing, skydiving, and practicing Martial Arts. He holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Karate and is working towards his Black Belt in Jiujitsu. The typical "big guy with the big gun", his physical prowess allows him to handle weapons more powerful than the average human. He looks at tactical situations with an eye towards causing physical destruction and scaring the enemy into submission. But those who talk to him claim him to be a really nice person with a good sense of humor, if at times slightly cynical. When on a mission, he is incredibly focused and has a high success rate.

Bio: Fuuko grew up in one of the nicer districts of Osaka. As a young girl her parents had her in ballet and dance classes up until she turned 14, when she rebelled and began hanging out with street kids. Despite her company, she remained an excellent student and even went on to study History at Tokyo University for 2 years before she dropped out and went to work for the Tokyo Police Department. In the course of a few years she came to be a most excellent homicide detective before she was tapped for TPD's Sexual Crimes Unit. Despite having to work incredibly grotesque cases, she excelled and set an arrest record that has yet to be matched. It wasn't long before she was approached by AIU. In the Agency she was a shooting star, destined for success. Her determination and knowledge took her to the Black Fleet in a time span unmatched by any Agent former or later. 1 year ago she was partnered with Hikaru, then a beginning Black Fleet agent just out of Cyberization. After a few months they had a professional teamwork that several higher-ups have remarked that "They should be what every partnership hopes to achieve."

Personality: Fuuko is extremely cold and reserved, personally and professionally. Her mind is always working on her assignment, she has no personal life to speak of. The Yang to Hikaru's Yin, she complements their team by being extremely analytical and paying excessive attention to detail. The brains of the partnership, she reads constantly in her off time. Her latest focus has been classical works on war, such as Sun Tzu's Art Of War, as well as more modern texts. In operations, she has a talent for sneaking into and out of places undetected where her acrobatic abilities serve her well. Incredibly observant to clues and a keen reader of people's expressions and mannerisms. Most people see her as cold and condescending, but that's because she tends to focus purely on where her next mission will take her.

Appearance: The general impression of people when taking their first look at him is of a skinny or ordinary person; however, a close look will reveal that he is of a fair height and has solid shoulders and large, muscular and solid arms. His ordinary looks often deceive enemies and they don't expect his level of metahuman super strength. He spots the spiky brown hair. And wears a white shirt. He wear normal shoes and never takes off his glasses.
Bio: Although seemingly rude, impatient, and cocky, Ban is decidedly a mysterious person behind his less eloquent personality. As a "combat genius", Ban is very intelligent, having studied fighting techniques, science, history, and magic from a very young age as a result of being hunted in Europe by shamans during childhood, and surprises everyone with his knowledge more often than not. Meanwhile, Ban is often quite sentimental to even the people he's rude with.

Bio: When she was no more then an infant. She was taken from the hospital and her parents told that she had died. She had avain DNA put into her blood stream and she grew wings from her back that she could make disappear and reappear. Her vision was beyond human and she could see many many miles away. She could hear many many miles away as well. She was trained and feed very well to see the limits of her abilities. She could reach the height of 3000+ feet in the air and still breath like nothing was wrong. She could fly 240 mph. She could be 300+ feet in the air and hear a dime being dropped on the dround as well as see it. She is able to swinch her abilities on and off due to it takes too much out of her to keep them on 24/7. The longest she is able to keep her abilities on was 8 hours.

Personality: She isn't very talkative. When she talk it is only to give information or warning. She is stand offish and doesn't have anyone close due to th way she grew up. She wasn't allowed to have any outside contact till she began her missions. She seems cold hearted most of the time.

Bio: After becoming a hybrid at the age of seventeen, Asuki need guidance and comfort to deal with the change, so she ecaped the facility that made her a hybrid and went to SE Asia to find a Martial Arts trainer to teach her her unique skills and self discipline. She found one who took her to a clan of black panthers where they trained so that she could become tuned with the familiar sounds of panther and to become accustomed to the skills of a panther. It wasn’t long after that she figured out how to speak panther and began to call upon the for help and protection when she needed it. At the age of nineteen, she became a bounty hunter for the red fleet in the AIU, then became both a soldier and a bounty hunter for the Black Fleet. Soon she met another hybrid in the Black Fleet.

Bio: While in the Facility to create hybrids, she was accidentally injected with liguid fire which gave her the ability to use fire. She left, unknown to others and started fighting against the people who made her this way in the first place. Going through all of the fleets before her promotion to the Black Fleet, she learned to control her “powers”. Then she met with Asuki and Kiyumi and they became partners and friends for the fact that they were all trying to take down the same people who made them all freaks of nature. She also refuses to give out her last name to anyone other than the head hanchos of the Fleet.

Appearance: (Very elegant and has long hair)

Bio: Agreian was born in poverty like almost ever other humanoid. After his mother died he went to an orphanage where he met Erikai. Reading a lot of law and history books, he soon was able to live on his own and he took Erikai with him. Using his knowledge he broke almost every law to become rich and powerful, thus giving him the title “Lord of Okinawa.”

Personality: Agreian was a sweet boy until his mother died. He then turned cold and the only person he could soon trust was Erikai. He spends a lot of time in his lab working, reading, leading his followers, or playing strategy games in his library. He never losses his cool, but when he reaches his limit he can make the heavens burn to a crisp.

Bio: Miryaki grew up in a very poor enviorment for a young child. Her father was abusive and evil. Miryaki's mother never even bothered to try and stop him she was a listless woman who was tired of fighting. Then when Miryaki was ten an older cousin swooped in and took her out of her home. Mryaki's life was better at this cousin's house but little or no interaction with this cousin marked every day. When Miryaki got the chance to join the AIU she imediately dropped her other job and life and started there. Two years into her career she was paired with Hirizaki. They worked flawlessly together but have been known to needle or annoy each other for fun.
Personality: Miryaki has a stong sense of right and wrong. She doesn't believe in any in between zone, either you're evil or you're not. She also has a great sense of sarcastic humor and uses it to annoy Hirikazi.

Bio: Hirikazi grew up on the streets without a mother or father. The closest to a father figure her ever had was a man named Yao. This man taught Hirikazi everything he knows. However when Hirikazi turned 13, Yao was killed. Hirikazi was then foudn and dumped in an orphanage. He stayed there until he was old enough to be let go. Hirikazi then began to make a name for himself within the law enforcement circles. When the AIU offered him a job Hirikazi took it and sunk both hands in. After his third year of being partnerless Hirikazi was finally matched with Miryaki. Hirikazi had never been with a partner before so Miryaki was a differnet experience for him.
Personality: Hirizaki is a funloving guy who likes to push the limits and Miryaki's patience. His humor shows up everytime anyone talks with him. This humor is sort of like a defense, underneath it Hirizaki is a very serious and very withdrawn man, not many get to see this side though because their too busy trying to figure out why he never seems to calm down.

Yukari is correct, there is no "S.W.A.T." in this RPG and time control is unfair, meaning we would have to post a lot and it's slightly controling other characters.

She is five feet and six inches (semi-tall) and generally wears a lab coat, black tank top, black slacks and basic white tennis shoes. She has a black laptop that no one is allowed to touch.
Bio: Jessica was born in a high-middle class family and had a good life. Her father is a cop and her mother is a scientist, and she happily lives with a older sister and two younger brothers (twins). At first she wished to be a fictional writer but soon realized that it was fun to mix chemicals together and watch murder-mystery shows. Eventually after finishing college she got a doctorates degree in forensic science and cryptology.
Personality: She is rather calm and cool and will be rather stubborn when it comes to her certain projects. Unfortunately when she concentrates on her part she gets deep into it. Dr. Cooper is your classic nerd who in her free time you see her on the internet talking on political boards and other academic boards and she can be rather comforting to talk to when she isn't so busy just sticking her nose in her research.
