Since the dragonball forum is totally dead I may as well start a thread stating something so irrelevent it's interesting.

Did you notice that all Saiyans have black eyes? But when they turn Super Saiyan it turns blue, well except for Trunks who's eyes are always blue.

I liked it the Cell Saga, was sort of neutral about the Buu series, and hated GT. Besides the point of the thread, but meh.

This is because they didn't really give eye colors to many of the characters in the series. The only reason that Trunks has blue eyes is because his mother (Bulma) has blue eyes. What about Gohan, you say? Goku and Chi Chi both have black eyes. So it's not just the Saiyans, but most of the characters in the show that have black eyes.

In DBZ everyone's eye's are black. Lol. And when the saiyans go super saiyan their eye's turn blue'ish green.
From what memory serves. I haven't watched any DBZ for a long long while. but. I don't remember seeing anyother eye colors besides black on anything that isnt super saiyan.

True. Different features change with the..upgradetransformation stuff. Seena, it seems you don't understand =/ It's how Akira Torimaya decided to do the charas. And Pink is not a girly color. It's just a damned color. And they're not gay. You don't know that, because from what I've seen, you know nothing positive of this Anime/Manga.

The thing with everyone having black eyes is because SOMEONE, it seems, was too lazy to keep drawing in dark brown irises. Still better than having no pupils, like some anime I could mention...
