This rpg is based off of a book, i didn't actually read this book but the plot summary on the back cover was very interesting.
History
Okay, so basically, there are several countries under the rule of shapeshifters. Each country is governed by a family, and there are always peace negotiations and wars happening. It is the job of the heir to the throne (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0373835205?ie=UTF8&tag=absoluteanime-20&link_code=em1&camp=212341&creative=380613&creativeASIN=0373835205&adid=476764a1-3a86-413c-9558-fb9300c80280) to prepare for their role as ruler. One of these ways is trying to form alliances and peace treaties with other nations.
The abilities of the shapeshifters varies, most people can only shape into a particular species, higher ranking generals often bigger stronger forms of the same species. while the royal family can shape into multiple species of the animal often at the same time. Ill start off with only 7 countries and add more if others more than 7 people join. Everyone is allowed to join so there is no need to ask me. I will start it once we have a few people.
the Avian heir- this would be birds of prey. a hawk, falcon, eagle, etc.
the Feline heir- large cats. leopard, lion, panther, etc.
the primate heir- chiompanzees, gorillas
the Lupian heir- wolf
the Serpent heir- a type of snake. pyton, boa, cobra, etc.
the Vulpinian heir- fox
the Arachnidian heir- spider

Country Bio: They occupy the mountian region which they have been fighting the invading serpents for. Other than that they are a peaceful nation and don't have a very large army but make up for it with the ability to fly which gives them huge tactical advantages. They are a self reliant nation that doesnt depend on trade to survive but it still can help them. They are allied with the felines.
Bio: the young heir, he is the last of the Suyumaya line, the strongest of the avians. he can shape shift into a Pheonix . he has seen the carnage of war and want's to save the four tribes through a long lasting peace, he also means well for the people of his land .of the four heirs he is the weakest in fighting skill and strangth but is an undefeated genius of a general. at the age of eight he could beat his father in any mind and strategy game. and at the age of 14 his command over the Avian army insured a swift and suprising victory over the protection of the mountainous lands from the attacking serpents.

Country Bio:They are known for their abilities as assasins and theifs, there only ally is whoever will pay them to fight. They are a nomadic tribe who often occupy the praires and steal from neighboring countries.
Bio:The new lord of the Vulpin tribe became the leader of this tribe by killing his own father for the throne. He want's the best for his country only because that will benefit himself, he cannot be trusted.

Country Bio: They occupy much of the forest and live in smalle scattered villages. Her people's great hunting skill means they are never short of food; however their lack of mines means they often have to trade for weapons and other metalic goods. Although they are extremly territorial attacking any unkown vistors, they are generaly peaceful. Lately a group of rebels has formed demanding for more war to broaden their borders and are questioning the power of the royal family.
Bio: She grew up around the battlefields and the injured, forcing herself to grow up quick in case she was ever needed. She hated seeing her people dying and wounded. She'll go through any lengths to secure the peace and safety of her homeland and friends.
