RPG: Dawn of the Dragon

ALRIGHT! Before we get this started, let's go over all the rules and what not.

1. All AF rules apply. (No spamming, swearing, flaming, etc.)
2. No arguing between RPers, if there is a problem, let me handle it.

15 years ago, in a realm parallel to what we know as Earth called Corinia, a battle between Koshiro Sumeragi, leader of the DragoMancers, a race that is able to summon dragons and command them in battle, and Shinori Katamaaru, leader of the Craters, the opposing race of the DragoMancers that is able to call upon the power of various demons and guide them in battle, raged on.......

The ground around them had been torn down. Explosions of flame from underground continuously were emitted out of craters in the ground. On one side of the battlefield was a large red dragon named Shiraku, and mounted on him was Koshiro Sumeragi. On the opposing side, was Shinori Katamura, mounted on an immensely large tiger-like demon named Omaru.

"SHINORI! BEHOLD THE DAMAGE AROUND US! ARE YOUR EYES SO BLINDED WITH HATE THAT YOU CANNOT SEE WE ARE DESTROYING THE WORLD THAT WE HOLD NEAR?!" Koshiro yelled.

Shinori raised his head to look into the eyes of his enemy. "This fight means more to me than this world Koshiro, you just do not know." Omaru dashed at Shiraku, leaping into the air. Shiraku had been worn down from the battle, and was simply pounced on by his enemy.

Koshiro let out a yell of immense pain as he was tumbled over and slammed into the ground from high into the sky. He slowly came to his feet, looking at the structure in front of him. Shinori and Omaru were ready to end the fight for good.

"What now, Koshiro? You've found your way out of tougher fixes, havent you?" Shinori raised his hand up, commanding Omaru to open fire on his helpless opponent. Just as the end was near for Koshiro, Omaru was knocked down to the ground by a great force. A group of Salvagers, those DragoMancers or Craters who believed in unity between the races, had come to the rescue.

"Stop!" yelled the leader of the group. "You fools! Do you not see the destruction you've caused?!"

Shinori leaped upon the massive structure that was the fallen Omaru, and yelled in fury toward the group, "Stay away! This fight is through! I wont allow you to get in the way of my victory!"

Koshiro slowly stood up and began to walk past the entire group. They watched as he limped his way to the middle of the field, were an immense crater was made. He slipped down the edge of the crater, rolling down its side.

Shinori did not stop to think of his actions as he was headstrong. He launched his blade into the crater and it struck straight on its target. It became stuck in the body of Koshiro, who was still moving foward, regardless of the pain.

Koshiro reached the center of the crater as flame spewed from it in a vertical blast. He sighed, knowing what he had to do. "OH MIGHTY GODS OF DESTRUCTION, HEAR MY PLEE! I give you my life as a tribute, please heal this tainted world!" A million thoughts ran through his head as he acted. "Manaka.....its up to you now....my son." With he leaned over and fell into the abyss. The others stood in shock at the events. Moments after Koshiro's sacrifice, a rainbow colored beam of light flew high into the sky. It spread outward at its peak, and rained down on the surrounding world. As the droplets hit the surface, the world was being restored. Craters formed in the ground curled up, making the surface solid again. The fires were put out, and the grass began to flourish across the land. DragoMancers and Craters alike looked upon the miracle, and all were speechless.

Shinori took the events as a victory for him. He raised his fist in victory. His voice seemed as if it was heard around the world. "VICTORY IS MINE!" At hearing this, Craters across the world cheered, some not knowing the reason of there hapiness. The war......had ended.

For the next 15 years, the world of Corinia was led by Shinori Katamura and the Craters. Though a mellow time, the rule of Shinori had been cruel to those who were not of the Crater race. The Salvagers still existed, but the Craters had grown in power far more than them, and any rebel was squashed, and the people killed.

In these bad times, though, there was still a glimmer of hope. The son of Koshiro Sumeragi, Manaka, had reached the age of 18. He took the throne as the ruler of the DragoMancers, and has called for a reconstruction of the DragoMancer race. Upon hearing of this, Shinori Katamura has called for the same of the Craters. Now, people of their respective races have packed up and headed toward the DragoMancer and Crater Kingdoms. The New Age has begun.

But danger lurks over the horizon.....rumors of the destruction of Corinia itself have spread......this will be a war, like no other.


DAWN OF THE DRAGON

(Manaka Sumeragi-Shinori Katamura)

DragoMancer:

Morning. It was morning, and the sun had just began to rise. In the Leader room, the outlining of a figure was seen under the covers. The covers came off, and the figure sat up in bed. His hair was the color of brown, and he wore a bell attached to a red band around his neck. Manaka Sumeragi was his name.

He got out of bed, freshened up and got dressed in his usual clothing.(see pic in sign-up topic)He opened the door to his room. Manaka looked upon the halls, filled with different people attending to different activities. He walked down the halls and scanned every nook and cranny. The kingdom had been decorated beautifully for the festivities that would be occuring later tonight. The boy continued to walk down the corridor, until he reached the Officials room, where his day would be planned out. The door creaked open, and at a desk was a middle-aged man. "So, what do ya got for me today uncle?"
(Rion, Manaka's uncle)

"Manaka, good to see you interested in your duties as leader."

"Never. Just figured, working like this is a lot better than getting taken over by a group of Craters, so...yeah."

Rion sighed and handed a sheet of paper to his nefue. "Well then, here's your schedule. Tonight is the night Manaka, I hope you've prepared a speech....."

Manaka smiled and nodded his head."You bet, it'll knock'em dead." Manaka walked out of the Officials Room and continued down the hall.

Crater:

Shinori Katamura. A man standing at 6"4, with a dark, eerie feeling always surrounding him. He had been ruling the world of Corinia for the past 15 years, and did not plan on giving this position up. As he returned to the Crater Kingdom from an outside job, he looked upon the people surrounding him. They removed his long cloak from his back and followed him down the halls of the immense kingdom. People had much to do to prepare for the welcoming of the new recruits of the Crater race. He looked upon the throne room, as his assistant was waiting from him.

"Sir,we need to look on the future of all of this. I know you are looking foward to the celebration tonight, but....."

"Calm down now. We've been ruling for long enough to know that we can handle what comes our way, right?" Shinori was in a better mood than anybody had ever seen him in. He sat down on the throne seat and sighed."You may leave now, I wish to be alone for right now."

"Yes sir." The man left out of the room.

As Shinori looked upon the picture of his kingdom hanging from a frame above the door."Tonight is the night."

GOOD LORD! That took freaking almost 1 1/2 hours! Well, we've begun, sorry for taking so long. It's time to get this started.

[Mitarisorceress12]

A tall tan-skinned was sitting at a large, brown coffe table. Her name was Valkyrie Todou and she was the 1st Rank Captain in the DracoMacer Clan. Valkyrie casually sipped at her mint tea, her pinkie finger extended a sophisicated way. "Ahh that's refreshing" she said " Nothing like a good cup of tea to sooth your nerves." Currently Valkyrie was in the kingdom's main cafe.
Valkyie put her cup down and ran her forefinger across the rim.

[Efrieda Arwaltz]

Efrieda ducked under the outstretched blade of her opponent. She saw her adversary's foot strike out at her. Knowing there was no way to properly avoid the attack, she instead let her arms take the brunt of the blow and roll with it. She quickly returned to a proper fighting stance, grabbing the hilt of her own sword along the way. With a swish of an arm and a twirl of brown hair Efrieda's long steels sword was stained red. Her purple eyes looked at the dying form on the floor without remorse. This was the way craters like her fought. There was no avoiding death on the battlefield. It was a matter of, not if, but when.

That would've been all well and good if the captain had been on the battlefield. The form on the floor was not an enemy soldier, it was a woman of nineteen in a maid's uniform, a sword clutched in her right hand. Yes, Efrieda had forced her youngest servant to hold a sword, which she knew she was trained in, and fight her to the death.

"Doctor! Come here, quickly! Someone's been injured!" Ordinarily the woman would've left the pitiful figure on the ground to die, but she had reached her quota of friendly fire for the month. Also, she was getting shorthanded.

The doctor had done what he could, he even managed to sew up the wound on the woman's side. But in order to keep her alive long enough, she needed to pay a price. A certain green wind demon had accepted maid's eye as payment for her life.

(Renji Abarai-Ryou Abarai-Zabimaru)

Renji,who was standing on the roof of the giant castle,looked out and smirked before jumping into the air and falling down the side of the castle tower. He felt the wind rush past his face as he yelled his dragon's name. "Zabimaru!!!!!!!" The roar of the dragon echoed throughtout the kingdom as Renji fell into the dragon sandle and felt the speed of the dragon as he stood on its back. He looked over the kingdom as his hair and clothes swayed in the wind.

Renji nodded once he felt the kindgom was safe and sat down on his dragon as they both fell into a freefall toward the ground.

"Your happier then before Renji What brought this on?" The mighty dragon said as it flashed by a farm heading in no direction but not caring,just happy to be with his rider.

"I dont Know Zabi its just a nice day,a great day for a fight and a cold drink." He laughed and pulled Zabimaru toward the ground and quickly turned into a spinning motion. Renji pulled up and sent himself and his dragon into the air in the same motion. He laughed and headed back toward the kingdom.

Renji used Zabimaru's sense of smell to pin point the king. He then jumpped onto Zabinaru's nose and was sent flying throught the air toward a window where he used his strong pair of legs to jump from the wall onto the ground. As the king turned the corner Renji was waiting with a smirk on his face. He holded his arms and placed his left leg on the wall behind him. He stood cool and clam acting like he was their the whole time.

Meanwhile at the Crather Kingdom..........

Ryou Walk past guard after guard intel he was before the room where his King was. he slowly pushed the door open and walked inside,showing no fear and not caring about what anyone said other then the king. he bowwed and dropped to one knee as he spoke his name to the King." I am Ryou Abarai,I am the second strongest crater here other then you my great and powerful lord, i was apointed as your general but was never given a chance to speak to you directly my lord." He continued to bow intel he would be told to stand. He waited and felt the sweat drop from his skin as his fear slowly rose.

Ike Nivin looked down at the dead body of the dracomacer and wiped the blood of his hands. Heading back to the capital of the Creators. He soon found himself in a small cafe he knew of in the capital city. He ordered a drink to go and left before anyone saw who he was. After becoming a spy for the Crators he couldnt be seen. Taking a few extra places to step around large crowds. He headed to the main building to send his report his info and get a new assiment.

(Sakuya, Yuri, Myura)

BIC:

As the light shone in a room a figure lay as a sillouhette in bed. The figure moved to reveal an extremly pale girl with long pinkish hair and dep blue eyes. Sakuya got up and did her morining primping before leaving her room. When she left she started walking down the halls and then, literally, bumped into Manaka.
"Oh, Manaka! I'm sorry I should pay more attention to where I'm going! Are you alright?" She said.

Yuri had been awake for about an hour now and was right now just wandering around near the Creater capital trying to decide what to do.

Myura had been awake for only a short while. She had just finished brushing her long white hair when she heard that Shinori was back. She instantly left her room and walked with some of the servant girls to see him. They stopped by a hallway and watched him pass as he entered the throne room. When the door closed they all sighed deeply.
"He seems to be in a good mood today. Oh he's so unpredictable, it's dreamy." Myura said as some of the servant girls started to talk about Shinori.

OOC: Yep Myura's a fangirl of Shinori lol.

As morning rose in the oceanblue sky, the shadow of a figure shined on the waves of grass on top of a mountain, high above the kingdom. As the figure grew closer to the tip of the mountain, the shadow grew smaller. Then on the windy top of the mountain stood a girl with long black hair and grey eyes, staring towards the kingdom below. "What are you doing?", questioned a shadowy demon in his mind to the girl. The girl, then, turned towards the shadowy demon and replied,"I am looking towards the castle and the cloudy sky above." Then, the shadowy demon, looked up at the girl with curiousity and asked, "Why, do you stare so intensily into the sky, Myra?". "I find it comforting and relaxing", Myra said answering the demon's question with an emotionless face. Then, she sat down with the shadowy demon and stared off into space.

[Opinionated]

A mournful lyric* sat upon a high place, above most of the other Salvagers. He let his black hair be blown around by the unpredictable winds, his mind was on deeper things.

As if to reassure himself, the small cage formed by the twisting of wood fibers that topped his gnarled staff filled with a thick, almost liquid mist that was lit sickly green from the inside. The mist floated out to be torn apart by the winds. "Like we if we fail." Dirge thought.

Some of the mist survived the wind and fell onto the back and neck of Gireteno, the great undead dragon. Not that the dragon could feel it, the mist fell with a butterfly's grace. The dragon only moved when his master began to climb down from the high place. Gireteno helped where he could.

They would strike at the heat of the conflict, he decided. Like a fire putting out a fire, they would cripple their foes to put an end to this war. Until then, he had some duties yet. There was talk of a major black-tie affair in the city tonight. Black ties meant important people, and important people meant secrets, and secrets meant future weapons.

*A mournful lyric is a rough translation of a dirge. A play on my character's name.

[Rageling]

Terron sat in the shade of three rocks which through odd geology or battle damage had come to form a small knook in which he was positioned. He had chosen to keep some distance from him and other people for a while in order to permit himself some time to think. He seemed somewhat sad in his isolation but at the same time dreaded returning to others.

"You have been alone with your thoughts to long boy", said an icy voice from nowhere.

"Everyone needs some time to think", he replied.

At that moment Kagero slowly faded in beside him wrapped around the rock like an oversized snake. "You take to much of it, if you sit alone with only the company of your own thoughts then soon they will become the only company that you can keep. I serve you and even I am growing tired of this constant self exile you like to impose on yourself" He paused a moment fading away temporarily and then reapearing on his other side. "For your own sake take leave of your thoughts temporarily and share someone elses, I'm losing the ability to distinguish you from these stones. These stones have become your closest friends boy"

Terron smiled and just sat there for a moment before shooting back, "Atleast the stones are quiet" He then closed his eyes slipping into silent meditation.

"I have to keep talking to you or else you may forget how", the demon remarked. Moments passed without a word being spoken. Kagero eventually broke the silence with a sigh. "You really are a very poor conversationalist boy", he said fading once again out of vision before reapearing at the top of the stone resting his head against it and began to doze.

OOC:I've gotten a new color for Shinori, "Royal Blue." lol. And good opening posts everyone!

Crater:

Shinori looked down at Ryou and sighed. "2nd strongest? That's very bold of you, you must be quite confident in your abilities. I truly do hate confidence, I really do. Sometimes.... it just grinds my nails." He removed the metallic claw from his arm, and slowly scraped it across the floor of the room. He dropped it, and looked straight at Ryou. "Stand boy. Because lucky for you, I'm in a suprisingly good mood today. Listen, this is something I dont say usually, but it is good to meet you, Ryou. Other than what you've stated, is there a true reason for you visit?"

DragoMancer:

Manaka continued to walk down the hall, looking at his set up list of jobs for today. "Alright now, Number 1, work on celebration speech....I can do that, no problem. Number 2, check decorations of all parts of kingdom....not bad, I can live. Number 3, report to tailor for close for tonight. Nah, I dress myself. They tell me how to do everything, their not telling me what to wear." He walked by a man at the edge of the corridor, looking as mellow as can be. Manaka froze, as he saw the man was not attending to any duties that may have been given to him at the time. As he was about to mutter something, a bump was felt from his side, and a female voice was heard. "Hey, watch where ya....." He turned to see that it was Sakuya Lastra. "Oh...Sayuka, dont worry 'bout it, I'm fine. Probably my fault, standing in the middle of this narrow corridor like that. I must be getting too full of myself, huh?" He said jokingly, while smiling at Sakuya. "Sooo........" He muttered, attempting conversation. "Have you already prepared for the celebration tonight, Sakuya?

OOC:Oh, and it probably would have been good for me to mention this earlier, but all personnel of the two kingdoms must be at the kingdom right now, INCLUDING THE INFULTRATERS. You will not go on missions until later in the RPG. When? You'll have to wait for that.

Renji just looked a the king and grinned. He walked past the King and listened as Zabumaru roared into the castle. He nodded at Sakuya and continued down the hallway toward his room where he could plan out his day before getting his orders.

Ryou stood up and looked at his Lord," Yes my lord their is anothe reason im here,you see my lord my brother is one of the dragomancers and has surpassed me many of times,but i wont stand for it any longer."
Ryoubowed to the King once again and waited for the Kings order's or advise. His sweated hadnt stopped sense he came in.

[Aura of the Twilight]

Sakuya looked at Manaka and smiled. Then she replied, "I picked out my outfit last night, but I've still got to help with some of the preparations for tonight. That's what I was on my way to do when we ran into eachother."

Sakuya then thought for a moment and then said,"Well I should be going I volunteered to help with the East Sector. I should be on my way. Bye bye, see you later tonight Manaka." Sakuya said while waving at him and then walking away.

Myura was talking with the servant girls when they started talking about the Black Tie Event to be held later that night. "Oh, that's right I should go pick out an outfit for tonight." she said to herself. Then she walked back to her room and started to search through her closet.

"Normally I wouldn't be seen in an event like tonight, ... but it's a chance to attempt to talk to Shinori so I'll go." Myura thought as she tried on another outfit.

"No," she said to herself then she started to look through her closet again.

Yuri walked into the city or Creaters casually, since she could summon a demon and not a dragon she wasn't prevented from entering. She then smiled to herself as she heard some local girls talk about a Black Tie Event.

"I hope these robes won't be too casual for that event." Yuri said to herself while laughing slightly and looking at her attire. "i just hope there won't be any fights." she thought to herself as she smiled and kept walking around.

[Reniti]

((Sorry, a little late for the opening. And sorry for the shortness.))

"Come on..." a rushed Yuriko Hamashinda made a slight jog through the halls of the DragoMancer Kingdom. She was late. Her snow white hair seemed to rest on her shoulders. "Pardon..." she mumbled to a few people in her way. Gosh, couldn't they just move and stop staring at her? Later, the young lady rolled her eyes.

'Forget it.'

The next few mintues of Yuriko's "journey" were spent wandering the kingdom, trying to find the correct path. It was strange; no matter how long she's been an Infultrater, there would always be a wrong turn. That'd be a huge flaw for the job she had attained. Oh well, she got the job. That was really all that mattered.

Finally, she found the meeting. Then she burst into the room.

"Sorry," her voice was hushed.

[Kyuubi Naruto]

OOC: Dont worry about it Ichigo.

DragoMancer:

Manaka looked to Sakuya as she was walking away and said aloud, "Well, I cant wait to see you tonight! I'm sure you'll look great, but then again, its hard for you not to, isnt it?"he said with a devilish smile. He watched her as she walked away, and as she went out of sight, he turned back to the direction he was headed. "Alright now, let's see, working on my speech......Four score and seven years ago......nah, to typical." He said as continued to walk down the corridor.

Crater:

Shinori looked confused at what he said and sighed. "There are a lot of people with the same problem as you. But what they do, is stand up to their relatives. God obviously had different ideas for different lives for the two of you, and there's nothing either of you can do to change that, is there? Just consider yourself as the underdog.....coming in from behind...."He stood up. "To win it all. Kind of....like me." He walked to Ryou. "Now, shouldn't you be preparing for the arrival celebration later tonight?"

[Chuck the Ninja]

Ryou had to laugh outloud,he smirked and looked his Lord." MAster i turly dont care about the arrival of this new recriuts,for they will most likely get in my way of destroying my brother and his dragon." Ryou looked at his hand and made two fist with them. He cleanched them tight and thought about his brother,his dragon,the war and his family. He growled as Kyoshiro's hand slowly rose from the ground behind him.

[Rageling]

Finally Terron got up from the stones. Kagero had disapeared and wasn't reapearing this time, he had finally gotten tired of waiting for Terron to finish thinking. Terron began to walk along a path heading toward the city of the Craters. "I hate these cities", he said walking into it and looking around. His antisocial tendencies came through strong when he was in a city. Too many people made him feel uneasy but he knew that Kagero was right, he had become to used to being alone.

He sat down against a wall and started observing the different people walking around. He clenched his fist as memories of people he once knew doing the same thing. He felt a little jealous of these people but at the same time felt sorry for them. He felt the presence of war creeping over the horizon and knew that the same fate that he had suffered could soon befall them.

[Efrieda Arwaltz]

Efrieda had watched as her maid was treated, knowing how uncomfortable it probably made her. To her credit, she wasn't bad with a sword. The girl was her personaly attendant. She followed the captain everywhere except for the battlefield.

"Come Maya." Efrieda had said, preparing to leave for the capitol. There was going to be a celebration for the arrival of the new recruits and the captain would not want to miss the opportunity to gain more underlings. Her maid had lost the use of her right eye forever, unless, of course, she learned how to steal from a demon among thieves.

The capitol wasn't far away and even if the recruits weren't arriving, Efrieda felt making her presence known a required event anyway. She walked through the castle toward where Lord Shinori was. The captain stopped in front of the door to the throne room before a guard.

"Tell Lord Shinori that captain Vermillion is reporting." she ordered one of the guards. Efrieda had little doubt that the order would be followed through, but she was still unaware of what rank you needed to be to stand at a door.

The tailor rushed across the room carry bundles of cloth in his hands. In the middle of the room stood Valkyrie atop on a stool. "I want something gorgeous but not too revealing." she said thinking about how her dress would look tonight. It was the night everybody in the Drago Kingdom would come together, even Mr.Manaka had a speech he would present before the whole kingdom. "Yes," said the tailor, a middle aged man wore tiny round glasses. "Hold still so I can measure you." he took a long rope with measuring points on it and took it around Valkyrie's waist. "Uhg this is going to be a long day." she said sighing.

OOC:Everybody seems to be doing a good job. But I want everyone to make sure that before the celebration begins, all of the characters are at their kingdoms, and that everybody has had a chance to make their opening posts.

Crater:

Shinori's attitude took a quick shift as Ryou stated that he did not care of the arrival of the new recruits. "Do not care?" he said. Shinori clenched his fists together hard enough that the veins on his hands seemed as if they were going to pop. "You dont understand how important this day is to me. To think that I would let my enemy get ahead of me....these new recruits are the ones who will help with the continued rule of our race. Do you not understand?" He said, taking in a large breath. "If it werent for every last one of the people who I had in my army 15 years ago.....god forbid I may had lost that fight. That is, if Koshiro hadnt been such a sentimental fool."

A guard outside of the door to the throne room had encountered Efrieda. He had not seen her before, yet, she had asked for entrance into the throne room. "And, you are?" He asked Efrieda.

DragoMancer:

As Manaka trailed down the halls after thinking of a good enough speech for the festivities of the evening, he stopped by the tailor, as directed on his list. "Not that I'm really going to wear it, but I should at least check out what the tailor fixed up for me. Proud to say he's never let anybody else down....." When Manaka walked into the tailor room, he saw Valkyrie being measured by the high-class tailor that had been hired by Manaka's uncle. "Well, well, well, looks like everybody is getting in a pretty big fuss over everything that's happening here, arent they?" He said with a smirk. Manaka leaned against the door pane and turned to Valkyrie. "Now, I didnt come in at a bad time, did I?" he asked with a chuckle and smile forming across his face.

[Chuck the Ninja]

Ryou looked at Kyoshiro as his shoulder was now rising formt he ground." No Kyoshiro not now okay you cna come out later." He looked back at his Lord and turned to walk away. He had to get ready to see the new warriors that were coming to join them in the war that Ryou himself felt was coming.COLOR]

Renji quickly walked past everyone in the cworded hallways making his way toward the main lobby where the festival would be feld. He posted himself on the wall and watched everything closly. He remembered his family and the people that trained him after his father was killing trying to save a large group of Dragomancers. "Why must my family be the one that have split apart and are now weaker then ever?" He thought about his younger brother who he thought was dead and his hate for the Craters grew. "They were the one that caused his family to break apart,they had to always try and destroy everything in their way, If it wasnt for them my family could still be together and happy." Renji exhaled deepely has Zabimaru spoke to him. "Renji tell me what's bothering you,and dont lie cause if i want i can listen to your thought's" Zabimaru was about 50 miles away form the castle but he could hear Renji's thoughts and the pain in his heart. He understood where Renji was coming from because his father was the dragon Renji's father rode and he to was killed trying to save others. Zabimaru slowly float in the air high above the castle and listened to Renji speak,he listened closly and help Renji try to come to trems with his inner pain like he had done many many years ago.

[Efrieda Arwaltz]

Efrieda was hardly surprised that the guard did not know of her. It was rare that she ventured out to the capitol and even rarer that she made her presence known to anyone outside of her estate.

"I am captain Efrieda Vermillion." she declared. "I understand that there will be a celebration for the introduction of new recruits and I wish to inform Lord Shinori that my division is currently short-staffed. I would not ordinarily jest of such a thing, but if things continue the way they are I will be sending my own servants onto the battlefield. I felt it be polite for Lord Shinori to hear this request from me than through an indirect source. You understand, of course." Efrieda hated talking to people who were responsible for less than her. She was a captain in charge of a small legion of troops that would lay down their lives at her command. She was one who could be sent into the field of battle with no concern. Yet she was answering to a person who made rounds and guarded a door, one of the easiest things in the world to guard seeing as how it was not in a door's nature to move.

Efrieda tried valiantly to keep the irritation out of her voice to a level where perhaps someone who knew her well could detect, but not a person who had never heard of her.

"Alright then." the guard said. "Right this way." He opened the door to the throne room. "Your honor! Captain Efrieda Vermillion is reporting in, she requests a word with you."

Shinori looked down to Ryou, then up to the guard who spoke. "Alright then, bring her in." His eyes wandered back to Ryou. "Well Ryou, I'd be lying if I said I didnt enjoy this little chat of ours. You may excuse yourself now, maybe take heed of what I said about this arrival celebration. Get fixed up, who knows, you might just meet a lovely lady there, hmm?" Shinori stated jokingly, leaving Ryou to exit the room while he speaks with Efrieda.

Julian yawned as he wandered down the streets of the Crater Kingdom. There wasn't much for him to do, it was boring to the point where he thought he'd doze off while walking. "Shouldn't you get ready for this new recruit arrival celebration you've been hearing about? You are a new recruit to the Crater kingdom." The voice of his demon sounded in his mind as Julian yawned again.

"Get ready? You mean like, dress up for this celebration? What do you have in mind, Kira?" He asked his demon who simply answered "Wear something formal." Julian laughed to himself as he looked at himself in a window, seeing the reflection of a young man wearing black pants and a black leather vest with black leather gloves, a katana at his right side.

"What? This not formal enough?" Julian asked with a slight grin. "Ah forget it, knowing you, you'll hear what I say but won't do it. Just don't start any fights, it's a celebration, not an arena." Julian resumed walking again, taking Kira's words into consideration. 'Hmm, an arena, eh?' He thought to himself. "I heard that. If you even punch someone, I'll eat you up, know matter how bad you might taste." Julian shrugged. "Fine, fine...I'll behave....I just hope it'll be more fun than this city." He said aloud.

"Ohh Mr.Manaka I-I didn't see you come in. What are you doing in here." she said as she noticed her body was only clad in a long white slip. The tan-skinned girl covered her arms over her. Why didn't see she just say Manaka, but always adding Mr. to the beginning of his name. Maybe she was being too overly formal. The tailor smiled at her stuttering and continued to measure her. Valkyrie turned her head away from him and stared out the window "S so Mr.Manaka how is your speech going." she asked with interest.

Manaka shook his head. "Nah, dont call me Mr. Manaka, it its way to formal, and it makes me sound like an old me, when I'm probably no older than you are, right?" He said. "Dont get me started on this speech thing, I was told to work on it for half the day for it can be ready for the celebration tonight, but what fun would that be? So, I decided to skip that on my list of things to do to prepare for tonight. I figure this: I'll come up with something when the time comes, right?" He walked over to the tailor's assistant, seeing that the head tailor was already occupied. "So, what'd you have for me today?"

The tailor's assistant scurried to the back and pulled out a hanger with a large black-tied tux connected to it, and covered in a plastic wrap to keep from damaging. "This is what was ordered to be made by your uncle sir."

"It's nice and all, but not my style. BUT, I'm pretty sure I can make it my own, I'll work on this, thank you." Manaka takes the clothes from the tailors assistant and nods. "Well then, next on list, checking decorations......I think that can wait for a while, dont you?" he began his way on out the door, but lit up as he remembered something. "Oh, Valkyrie?" he asked.

She stepped off the stool after the tailor had taken her measurements and slipped on her blue combat boots and tan tunic. He put the tape back into his pocket and went behind a red curtain. So he was going to wait to the last minute to come up with his speech that's so like him. Valkyrie turned her head to Manaka. "Yes Mr." she shook her head. Must be overly formal "Yes Manaka. What is it." she cocked her head to the side.

"Oh, well, I was going to tell you to have some modesty and maybe close the door while your getting measured, but it seems thats not a problem anymore, is it?" Manaka smiled and laughed at his joke. "Just kidding. I just wanted remind you that the celebration is tonight, and the war begins for Corinia tomrrow.. I wanted to make sure that your brigade is ready to fight, but I'm sure it is, right?" He asked."Well, see ya later tonight at the celebration, hope your looking foward to my speech, its going to knock the crowd dead." He raised his hand in a waving motion without looking back and walked out of the room with the tux hanging across his shoulder.

As he walked down the corridor, a maid of the kingdom past by, and he dropped off his tux to her to take it to his bedroom. He walked into the hallowed halls of his throne room and sat in the throne. Above the door to the throne room was a picture of his father, Koshiro Sumeragi. "Father.....tomorrow, this war will begin. I sware to you.......I'll make you proud......I'll be the leader that you expected me to be. I'll avenge your death, letting you know it wasnt a waste." His fists clenched into the arm rest of the throne as he looked out a large stained glass window. He gazed upon the land of Corinia, who's fate would soon be decided.

Yuriko sighed. She was mistaken. All that there was was an empty room. There wasn't a meeting. "Uh-huh..."

It was strange. Nowaddays, she would be forgetting everything. Perhaps she was aging. Yeah, right. Doing a classic eye-roll, the Infultrater left the small room undisturbed, and wandered the endless corridors. Meeting? How could Yuriko think there was a meeting? Oh, that's right, it was the celebration. She'd better get ready, now. However, she felt gloomy.

OOC: I'm planning on starting the celebration once when all the members have made opening posts to introduce themselves, but some of the members have yet to make posts. I'll be PMing those who havent, and if no reply is recieved, then I'll go ahead with starting the celebration and getting the actual story of the RPG started.

Manaka dozed off into a light sleep as he sat on his throne. He dreamt of what would happen if he were to fail his job of being leader, letting all of his friends and allies down. In his sleep, he asked himself, why was it him who had to bear this burden, and if he would truly be strong enough to defeat Shinori. Shinori. That name rang in his head continuously, a name of great power over fear. As Manaka continued to dream, he heard a voice calling to him. As he awoke, it was his uncle Rion.

"Manaka! I thought you were in here preparing for your speech, although I never should have expect that much from you, should I? The celebration will begin in less than 3 hours, the recruits from all around Corinia, they've already begun to arrive!"

Manaka took a long pause before replying to his anxious uncle. "Uncle, why are you so caught up with this celebration anyway?" Manaka stood and sighed. "I'm going to see how much people really have heeded my call for new DragoMancers. I've prepared my speech already, I just want to go see exactly how much recruits we're talking about here." Mananka nonchalantly walked out of the throne room, heading toward the outside of the kingdom.

OOC:Time has passed since earlier in the RPG as you can tell from my post.Now any people who are outside of their kingdoms can intertwine their story with the arrival of the large groups of new recruits while they make their way back to the castle. I plan on starting the celebration, which is a key part in the RPG, soon, and all of the residents of the two kingdoms need to be there.

Renji never haerd a word his partner said to him. He just looked out at the world and toward the Crater's base where the man that made his famiies life nothing. His sights slowly turned toward the people that where coming in and the new recriuts that floked the castle. He laughed and placed one foot ontop of the ledge. Renji pushed forward and shot out into the air. He quickly soared down the side of the castle like he had down many times before. He called Zabimaru and was soon on the back of his dragon. He flew directly toward the new recriuts. He and Zabimaru pulled up at the last minute making some of the soilders jaump back or fall to the ground.

Renji smiled and jumpped from Zabumaru's back. He looked back at his closest friend and watched him fly behind the towers and disappeared.Renji then looked at the new recruits and with a large smirk yelled BOOO!!!! before laughing at the way they yelled.

Ryou had just returned to his room when he opened his closet door and looked at his thrid best suit other then his battle wear and his armor. He toke the formal suit and placed it on his bed. Ryou stood in the shower and let the water clear out his mind and clean his body. His orange hair laid on his face covering the half mask he wore all the time. He slowly toke off the mask and rubbed the large scars that covered the left side of his face. He closed his eyes and held the mask in his hand as his hand sropped back down to the side of his muscler chest and powerful arms.

Ryou thought about his childhood the the dragomancer that had killed his father who was a crather and was trying to save his borhter and his family. Ryou shook his head and shook away the tears,he tryed to stay strong but the tears slowly mixed in with the water form his shower. Ryou never made a sound as the tears fell from his face. The tears of sorrow slowly turned to hate as he thought about all the dragomancer that could attack and take away other's fmily member like they his. He cleanched his fist together and walked out of the shower. He dryed himself and slowly wrapped the towel around his waist. He looked at his mask and the clothes he would be wearing today. He shook his head and was about to start getting dressed when a knock at the door stopped him.

Ryou slowly opened the door with the towel still around his waist. He had all ready replaced the mask on his face. He looked at the maid that was infornt of his door. She was cute,and blushed as she saw Ryou with no clothes on. She turned he head away from him and handed him a piece of paper. He toke the paper and thanked the maid before watching her away form his door blushing and gigling. Ryou shook his head and slowly let the door close itself. He opened the paper and read it slowly. A wide grin spread form his face as he balled the paper up and burned it. He slowly put his clothes on peice by piece. He was now wearing a gold and black armor chest plate,his shoulder had the scales of a dragon on them,his sword shealth was wrapped in gold dragon scales,his mask was now covered with black dragons scales,his pants were black with gold scales on them,and a new piece in his hair called a kenseikan (symbolizing his noble rank as the general of the Crater's) it was covered in black and gold pieces of jewel were place in it all over.

Ryou stood up form his bed with his full inform on. " The King told me to dress up and i think i did,i hope i dont out dress the Kinng himself." He cracked a smile and toke a step out of his door and turned making his way toward the celerbration.

P.S: Sorry for being extremely late… I am very busy since two days ago because I have to finish my jobs… Thank goodness, many helped me and it is now finished!

Unlike the others who are busy with tonight’s celebration, Hitsui wanders to a strange place where there are many old graveyards. Those graveyard certainly out of people’s attention because these graveyard are only signed by three rocks on it. A proof that these people dies during the war 15 years ago, and someone… buried them in improper way. He keep on walking forward, passing those graveyards and stops at a hill. There are two graveyards lying there.

As Hitsui puts down some flowers on those two graveyards, tears fall apart from his crimson eyes. His dragon, Sin, suddenly groan in the red sky, taking back Hitsui to his senses. Sin landed near Hitsui and groan once again.“Sin… is it right…for me to keep on living?” Sin kept on silence. Hitsui sighed as he sees the graveyard again. “Thing that happens in past… future… and present… can it really be … changed by human’s hands?”

“Humans does not had all the answers of their questions, and so do I. No one can give you a proper answer for your questions unless you look for it.”

“… I know. It’s just that…things that happened and things that are going to happen… most likely will only affect me not.”

“Your words are not in right order, Hitsui.”

“Argh, I know, I know. As you know it yourself, I am the type of the person who hard to explain what’s in my head!” Hitsui looks depressed because of Sin’s word. “Sin, let’s go back to the kingdom.”

“Fine with me.” Hitsui tries to climb Sin’s back, but because he didn’t pay too much attention on what he is doing, he almost fell down. “Hey, Hitsui. Have you decided on what you will wear on tonight’s celebration?” Sin spread its black wings and flies up to the sky. “No, not really. But I will think about it when we arrive. Actually, if I can just show up for a minute and disappear in the next minute, I can be happier. As you know, I hate being in place where there are so many people.”

“Perhaps you should reconsider on your silly hope. Or maybe if you want to ask it to Lord Manaka… maybe you could…” Before Sin finished its words, Hitsui cut it. “Yeah, you’re right. I’ll ask him if I can just disappear during the celebration.” After a long strange-going-on chat between Sin and Hitsui, they finally arrive. And there it goes, Hitsui’s personal mission to find Lord Manaka in order to be able to not going into the celebration!

Manaka reached the door to the Grand Courtyard and liked what he saw. It was amazing how many people had actually wanted to risk their lives for all of Corinia. Hundreds must be here now, thousands still coming in from the city. He shielded his eyes with his hands from the setting sun and sighed. "Man, if I knew I'd be speaking this much people I might have worked on my speech earlier." Manaka begins to walk around the courtyard, greeting the new recruits.

Shinori walked deep into his throne room as he had gotten note of the arrival of some of the recruits. Unlike Manaka had, he decided to have a royal approach to his recruits. He headed to the highest point in his castle, which would be the balcony of his room which was located over the throne room. He reached the balcony, and as he looked over, thousands of recruits had already arrived, dressed for the occasion. "Hmm...tonight is bound to go with a few suprises coupled with it." He thought.

Ike headed into a room to deliver his report about his last mission. 'Nothing much. Just tighter security around the area. I couldn't get much info out of it. But there might be a attack this evening. But I couldn't find anything of when or how.' He thought turning in the papers. The clerk looked up to Ike and said, "Come tomorrow for your next mission. You can settle in and relax for tonight." The old man said.

Ike gave a chuckle and left saying, "Thanks old man." He opened the door and headed to the city. He noticed thousands of recruits waiting in attention for the king. "Well this is a surprise," Ike said looking at the sea of recruits.

[Aura of the Twilight]

Sakuya had been helping out with the decorations for what seemed like a good while when she was told that she could leave and prepare herself for the ever approaching festivities. Sakuya walked back to her room and started to get ready. She bathed and wore her hair up in an eloquent bun with excess hair trailing her back and did her makeup. Then she changed into a beautiful black dress and left for the Grand Courtyard.

Sakuya reached the Grand Courtyard and watched as manaka started to greet some of the new recruits.

Muyra took a while but finally picked out an outfit and got ready for the ceremony. She then walked out into where the new recruits were and waited patiently by a tree for the big speech and a chance to see Shinori again.

Yuri walked to where she was told she could see the new recruits and stood by making herself blend in with the locals.

Aitsym glanced around her. Her red dress seemed to fit the occasion. "It'll have to do" Aitsym had no more time seh had to get there and not be late. Her mother would have her head if she was late. THat is if her mother was alive.
"You look fine" Filtora said stretching one pair of her Harpie-like wings.
"I don't have time" Aitsym growled. Then moved to courtyard below the balcony. SHe stood farther back distancing herself from the new recruits. Filtora had disappeared already. But it would help to have her demon here. She brushed a strand of red hair back from her face to see Shinori better.Aitsym had long ago mastered the art of keeping people back with simply body language. It was easy. Aitsym did not like to socialize. She was here for her mother's memory and that was it. She didn'tlike any of the people and her only friend was Filtora if you could even call it a friendship. The crowd was already beginning to chafe her. One woman looked hopeful enough until Aitsym gave her a cold shoulder which fended off many others nicely. She smiled to herself. Maybe...just maybe she could get through this.

Manaka walked around the courtyard, as he was spotted and recognized by the recruits, some bowed, waved, and greeted him in various ways. "Wow, everyone is all dressed up, but I've yet to get ready. I should go back right quick and get dressed, the celebration will begin in less than 2 hours...." He thought. He had decided that it was time for him to get a move on back into the kingdom and prepare for the night, but as he was walking back, he noticed Sakuya. He walked passed Sakuya, turning his head the opposite direction of her, but staring her down from the corner of his eye. Manaka said to himself, "Wooh, its getting hot in here." He fanned himself and chuckled at his comment. He wanted to stop and talk with Sakuya, but he knew that he would get caught up in some kind of conversation.

He walked into the kingdom and made his way to his room. He picked up the suit that he had laid on his bed and spread it out, arms and everything. Staring it down wasnt going to do anything to it, he thought. The suit looked as if it had costed more than the throne of the DragoMancers. It had been studded down the inside, collar, waist, and wrist with various jewels that Manaka couldnt even begin to name.

He looked over to his suit of armor that he rarely used, even in fights. "Nah.....wearing armor to a celebration such as this.........that's just tacky. I'll tell you what isnt, though. I'm not gonna over do it today, save the best for our victory party." He flipped the top of the suit inside out and removed from inside the suit. He reversed the shirt back right and placed each of the jewels in a certain pattern on the left chest of the shirt that, when finished, resembled a dragon. The setting sun reflected off the jewel dragon, blinding Manaka. "Let's hope they done have any bright lights there........a blind warrior wont do much good in this fight."

Manaka got dressed and looked at himself in the mirror. "Damn, I blow my own mind some times." He stated, egotistically. He grabbed a pendant with the sign of the DragoMancers on it that had been given to him by his father when he was young. He removed the red band with the bell that he had around his neck previously(see character pic) and replaced it with a platnium chain. He attached the pendant to his necklace, and hung it low. "Now, I have at least 2 hours before the actually beginning of the celebration....." Manaka grabbed the list of things to do from his uncle. "And looks like I'm in the clear. I know exactly what I'll do to pass the time." He said with a smirk as he walked out of the room.

Crater:

Shinori entered his room from the balcony and looked at his choice of things to wear that he had picked earlier this morning. He picked a suit from his bed and held infront of himself in the mirror for only a split second, and chose that it was the one.

The suit had been studded with slightly more jewels in slightly more places than any other suit he had worn for other occasion. The main highlight of the suit was the crown-like figure set above the Crater emblem. "This will let them all know.....we rule now. And I dont plan on giving up that title anytime soon." He thought as he cuffed the wrists of his suit. "This will let them all know which creature will reign supreme over Shiraku."

He looked at himself in the mirror. He knew that a few things were missing from his look. He straightened the hair than usually hung over part of his face and saw one thing that set off his look: his eyepatch. He grabbed it off his eyes and tossed onto his bed, revealing his other eye. It was just another eye like any other, identical to his other. "And this is to show that even though I am human, like the rest of them........" he said as he reached for a black hat with jewels around the rim.

He tilted the hat to cover up his eye again. ".....I have my own secrets. Perfect. Little over an hour left before the celebration will start. I'll just waste it away." He walked out of his room, passing his suit of armor and shook his head. "Armor.....not for an occasion as important as this. I should show my formal side, not my brute side." He then exited his room.

OOC:That's long. Anyway, I've decided that the celebration will start tomorrow as more people are active on weekdays instead of weekends, and not everybody has made there preparations for the celebration.

Julian yawned, he was lying down to the top of his demon's head on his back. His demon was also lying down like a dog in a pit of darkness. The only light seemed to come from Kira and Julian. Julian often had his demon bring him to this place, it was where Kira always was when he wasn't out in the world with Julian. But Julian found it peaceful, more peaceful than the city anyway. Kira growled, waking the human that laid on the top of his head.

"What?" Julian asked.

"It's time to go back to the world, the celebration is about to start." Kira said to him, picking Julian off of his head and setting him down. Kira slashed at the darkness, ripping open a hole that showed the city and a few of the new recruitments gathering.

Julian looked up at his demon, waving to him before leaving through the hole. He immediately appeared in a crowd of people, seemingly appearing out of nowhere, though no one noticed, but a little girl around the age of 5. Julian smiled at her and pressed his index finger to his lips "Ssshhh, our little secret, okay?" He whispered to her, receiving a slow nod before walking through the crowd.

Valkyrie had gotten her dress from the tailor just a few moments after Manaka left. She hurried up a flight of stairs to her room, where she jetted into the shower. Wrapping a towel around her body, Valkyrie did her makeup. Then took the seqiueen green china dress from the wax paper and pull it over her head. Zipping it up in the back. She brushed her long, blond hair and then examined herself in the mirror. "I look pretty if I do say so myself." she said smiling. "The dress is not too louse of too tight. It's just perfect. Well here I go" she took off out of her room and down a flight of stairs. Apon entering the grand courtyard she beamed at the new recuits.

Myra, then jumped off the edge of a cliff, where she was sitting. "Myra, where are we headed now?", questioned her demon. " We are headed back to the castle, Shadow thats all", she answered quietly. When Myra reached the botton of the mountain, she went into the city avoiding contact of socialization, until she was able to reached the castle. She then, jumped up gracefully to a window, where her room was.

Dirge meandered through the city in an adaptation of his usual garb, made slightly more dressy. The weather-worn and sun-baked dark cloths and deep-browned leather armor were replaced by a more formal and fresher fit, and the leather was replaced by a light ornamentation.

His favored scimitar was replaced by a cheap, but good looking gladius that hung from his waist. However, he'd take no substitute for his gnarled staff, and so went without even a walking stick. All in all, he looked good. Gireteno waited far outside the city, with the patience of the dead. He would only arrive if Dirge sent him a signal, and that was only for what his necromagics and fighting skill couldn't handle. With all due luck, he wouldn't have to signal.

He found his way to where he understood the speech to be made, acting like a good citizen here to see his leader speak. "Only for so long," He thought, "just only for so long."

In a single, silent movement, Yuriko had entered her room that was stuck in the middle of the corridors. She slipped in, and decided that there had to be appropriate attire for the celebration. That would be hard; the woman just wasn't that kind of girly-girl. "Ah..." she slid open a wooden door to a closet filled with elegant kimono-like dresses, much like the sky blue one she was wearing, decorated with asian swirls. To her, they were beautiful. However, it wouldn't be for the party.

"Might as well," with that, a pale hand reached to the very back, pulling out a barely lavender strapped dress, decorated with an intricate design wrapping the bottom. "Mmmph," her voice was quite irritated with herself, "this is just perfect."

Ike had started to pace around his room waiting for his custom armor to arrive. He had not wanted to go to the celebration unarmed so he asked for his custom armor and claw for his right hand. He had taken his shower and got his black tux all ready. He heard a knock at the door and quickly rushed over to get the armor. Thanking and tipping the deliver man he opened the box carefully. The armor was the same as his usual one but it was a dark maroon color with a black dragon design that went all the way down to the palm of the claw. Attaching it to his tux he looked over to his sword. "Guess I wont need it with my claw." Ike said flexing his claw hand. Sighing, he left the house and headed to the celebration.

The Grand Courtyard had been decorated in the hours since Manaka had left to get dressed. The decorations were all special for this occasion and this occasion only. Manaka stood in front of the door leading into the Grand Courtyard. He was surrounded by a group of armed guards, and nodded his head. They opened the door as 4 of the guards covered the 4 sides of Manaka. There was a strange silence as the door opened, and the recruits looked upon Manaka. "Hey, why dont you guys take a break? Eat, drink, foods over there." Manaka said, pointing the royal platter that had previously been set up. "I think I'll pull this one alone, thanks." The guards walked away, chatting as they made their way through the crowd.

Space was made for Manaka to walk through as some parts of the courtyard were slightly crowded, regardless of how huge the courtyard was. Rion noticed Manaka and rushed through the crowd to meet his nefue at the door.

"Well Manaka, at least you look half decent tonight."

"Shutup uncle." He said flatly as he began to walk through the crowd. The crowd made way for him until he reached the main fountain of the courtyard. This fountain was a statue of Shiraku that spewed water like a normal fountain. Manaka sat down on the fountain and sighed. As they saw that his entrance was finished the groups soon began to talk again. Manaka looked around, seeing some familiar faces around the crowd, such as Valkyrie and Sakuya. "Wow, the girls surely do know how to dress up for occasions like this, I've already been outdone. "He thought.

Rion had followed alongside Manaka and asked in interest, "Manaka, what do you think your doing? You have to make your speech now, no time to sit around doing nothing!"

"Ya know what? Your right uncle, I dont have time to sit around. I'm gonna go....mingle. Later. " He left his uncle and walked over to his friends.

Rion sighed in disappointment. "This is how he plans to lead the DragoMancers? Well then, I know that I'm doing the right thing." He said mysteriously.

Crater

Shinori reached the Grand Courtyard and looked upon all of the people in his kingdom. "A new age is about to begin." He thought. People stared and quickly moved out of his way as he came through. Some people had been ruled by him with fear, but those who came to know him found that there was hardly a reason to fear his personality. These new recruits, unfortunately, did not know this.

His assistant came up to Shinori in an urgent manner. "Sir, shall we begin the ceremony with your speech? People have been waiting for this all day...."

Shinori shook his head. "Then they'll just have to wait a little bit longer, wont they? I should get to know my recruits better, old and new." He said. "Begone, I'm going to enjoy myself before I attend any offical Crater business. Tonight is my last night free, so I might as well make something of it." His assistant scurried away as Shinori continued to make his way through the crowd.

[Aura of the Twilight]

Sakuya was just standing by her usual tree lost in thought when the room got quiet. She noticed this and was dragged out of her thought. She looked to see Manaka entering. She watched him for a few moments and then went back into thought for a short while.

After a few minutes she decided to associate with some of the people and walked over to the ever moving Manaka. "Well I don't believe I see you in a suit very often. I wish I had something to draw on so I could sketch you as a souvineer." Sakuya said jokingly to him, then she laughed slightly and smiled.

Yuri's off somewhere in the crowd eavsdropping on random people's conversations.

Myura just stood back and watched the people in the Grand Courtyard mingle. She wasn't exactly anti-social but mainly just didn't know most of the people and didn't want to be there for any other reason than to see Shinori.

"This is almost a complete waste of time, but since I'll get to see Shinori in the end it will be worth it," she thought to herself. Then she sighed and leaned back against a tree behind her.

Aitsym glanced around. Shinori happened to be making his rounds. Aitsym let her gaze wander for a while. She wasn't a woman to go up and start a conversation. Someone had to try to start it with her. It was quite a feat...unless you were Shinori. Aitsym didn't mind conversing with him. "Excuse me?"
Aitsym glared. This man was an annoying fly. "Yes?"
"Never mind"
Aitsym smiled again to herself. At least he finally got it.

His hands in his pockets, Manaka had stopped to take a long around the place when he heard the voice of Sakuya talking to him. He turned around and listened and she cracked a joke about his atire for the night. "Yeah, dont count on it to many more times, better take a pic, cause I know you'll never get enough of it." He chuckled with a devilish smile. "But, look at you." He said,as his eyes trailed her from top to bottom. "You look, amazing. See? Didnt I tell you earlier you'd look great tonight? Looks like Manaka's never wrong, is he?" he said, arching a brow.

Shinori walked across the Grand Courtyard, seeing everyone around seemingly enjoying there time. But as his eyes scanned the crowd, he saw Aitsym aside from the rest of the crowd, just watching. "Now, we can have this." He thought. He began to walk over to Aitsym, and when he reached her, he tipped his hat to her. "Hello. I'm sure you know me so there's no reason in introducing my self, and I remember your name from the time I recruited you a while ago. Aitsym, right? Why arent you enjoying yourself like the others?" He asked inquiringly.

Valkyrie was in the midst of the crowd, she waved and introduced herself to some of the new recruits. 'My My what a exciting celebration this is.' she thought to herself as she pulled a shrimp puff off of one of the nearby food platters 'And noisy too' . She spotted Manaka talking with a girl, wasn't her name Sakuya. The tann skinned girl walked over silenty, her bright green shoes clicking on the ground as she walked. "Why hello there Manaka, Sakuya." she said clasping her hands behind her back. " This is rare chance I get to see you in a suit Manaka."

Ike yawned as he walked through the party. It wasn't that exciting since he wasnt that into many social things and it seemed that people were scared of his claw. 'Meh, I didn't want to talk with a bunch of people anyway.' He thought as he continued to walk around silent.

Looking around he saw the Lord talking with a girl near the edge of a party. 'Figures he always liked to talk with the shy ones.' Ike gave a small chuckle before walking on in the party.

"So what, is everybody I know going to dog down on me just because I'm wearing a suit for the first time? Keep this up and next time we have a celebration like this I'll come in just a t-shirt and blue jeans." He joked and laughed. "Well, I thought I looked good, but I'm getting 2nd thoughts from all this criticism from the two of you. But you Valkyrie, have you gotten any criticism tonight? Well, if you havent, let me be the first: You look amazing." Manaka shakes his head. "I've been outdone again." He said as he smiled.

"Oh, before I forgot, which I know I will if I dont mention it now, I want to meet with you all, including the other captains/generals/infultraters and what not. So, if you dont mind passing the word around if you meet up with any of them, it'd help.

Looking at the clock, Yuriko's eyes widened. "Wow..." she was about to be late. Quickly, she placed her gown on the crimson sheets of her bed and began to change. Putting her hair up would be a different problem. As soon as she'd completed unwrinkling the bottom, she put down her hair from those dumpling-like pony tails. Her snow white hair just reached her waist. Yuriko then rolled it up as a bun to her head, and held it all together with a clip. Then she primped in the mirror.

'Stunning, and beautiful.'

With this simple, yet classy and elegant look set for the celebration, the woman grabbed a small bag and rushed to the celebration. Slightly, she paused at the doors. Finally, she was here. "Phew!"

Renji walked around the festival in his normal clothes. He waved and grinned and continued to talk with some of the new Recriuts. He nodded at the maids and guards that made their daily rounds. He continued to talk while he made his way toward the King.

ryou had already had enough of the lauhging girls. Loud Warriors and they smell of beer that covered his nosetrils. He slowly walked beside the Knig and stopped once he was able to tap him on the shoulder. He bowed to the King and looked him in the eyes. " How do i look you told me to dress up?" He smiled as he waited on the King to speak.

Terron had managed to blend into a crowd to hear the speech, he paid no more attention then he needed to. He had gotten his opinion set on Shinori a long time ago and no longer needed anymore information, atleast not character wise. He sighed as he felt Kagero's voice in the back of his mind.

"Playing the role of the captive audience boy? I'm so proud you're finally out in a crowd and all it takes is the virge of a potentially apocalyptic war, will wonders never cease?"

Terron paid no attention to the voice and merely tried to blend in and go unnoticed.

Hitsui keep on walking during the celebration and most people who sees him will realize that he is like a ghost because the moment you saw him. the next moment he disappear. Hitsui watch over Renji from afar and realize that Renji wishes to speak with Manaka. Hitsui take a very accurate and easiest way to reach Renji. Hitsui touch Renji's hand and said "Sir Renji, can I speak to you for a moment?" asked him with a very begging tone. Renji, as if he doesn't really want to answer Hitsui's words, thinks in silent. "Perhaps he is thinking on accepting my request or not." said Hitsui to its own self.

Aitsym turned her attention to Shinori. She nodded trying to come with a response for why she was not "enjoying herself". "Well, I'm not very social" She said at last. It was the truth. But not all of it. She was annoyed with most of the people here already. But Shinori seemed to offer intelligent conversation. Aitsym didn't smile with her words. Her expression was one of indifference. There were some that thought she thought that she was better than them but they were wrong she just didn't like to talk in pointless conversations about nothing whatsoever it annoyed her to no end. If she were going to talk it most likely going to be meaningful small talk never had a place in her house growing up. It also didn't have a place in her life right now. Just about everyone knew that.
Filtora would probably disapprove of where Aitsym's thoughts were currently leading her. But the again her demon always disapproved of what Aitsym did. Filtora was the one of the only reasons Aitsym was currenly standing here at the celebration instead of not ever having met Shinori or anyone else. The other had to do with her dead mother but that was somewhere Aitsym didn't feel the need to dig to deeply right now.

"Well, I wont say that I'm necessarily trying to change that tonight, doubt I could if I wanted to. But you look in the need of an intelligent conversation, and there's something I've asked a couple of people up in the ranks lately. I do not know many of you very well, so I'd like to know: What is the purpose you fight?" As he finished his question to Aitsym, he was approached by Ryou. "Oh well, people in this kingdom should know I dont judge men." He said with a slight chuckle. He straightened his hat on his head and sighed. "Well, I'm glad to see that you decided to listen to what I had to say earlier." He turned his attention back to Aitsym and shook his head between the two of them. "Have you both met before?"

Ryou bowed to the young lady and spoke calmly and sweetly. "My name is Ryou Abarai....i am the general of the crathers,and a loyal follower of the king. Ryou smiled and nodded to the king last statement.

Aitsym looked at Ryou. "I'm Aitsym Kurvarri the Third Captian and no I don't believe we've met" She pondered why she was fighting. Her mother's memory? No, it may have started out as that...but now it was something more. Loyalty? Not exactly altough she was certianly on the king's side...strange she didn't exactly know the reasons that kept her fighting. If she was to answer she be best off saying a combination of loyalty and her mother's memory. Aitsym found this conversation to be better than most others she could've been in at the moment. At least it made her think. Aitsym liked to use her brain after her mother often said: "Use it or lose it" Then went on about how her daughter should join the Craters. Aitsym looked at Shinori "In answer to your question my motives are often tangled though the two predominant would be loyalty and and mother's memory" Aitsym fell silent waiting for another question that would provoke her mind into actually functioning. Aitsym found the quality to ask intelligent questions to be missing from most everyone although Shinori at the moment did not fit in the majority. He most often wouldn't.

Renji was close to Manaka when a hand touched his own. Renji slowly turn around and noticed the boy behind him. Renji had had a feeling like someone was watching him but he never felt the boy behind him. Renji narrowed his eyes and looked the boy over while he talked to him. Renji accepted and toke the boy to the edge of the fastival where the nosie level was at its lowest." Yes you asked to speak with me." Renji looked at the sky and noticed Zabimaru flying overhead.

Ryou turned from the King and made his way toward the food. Ryou was hungray and needed to eat something before he started to eat himself alive. Ryou toke a drink from the table and drunk the warm drink slowly. He curshed the cup and watched it burn within his hand. Ryou turned toward the food and began to slowly eat the foo little by little. After finishing about six plate fulls Ryou left the celebration and returned to his room where he sat on his balony and watched over everyone from high above.

The women were out in their finest, parading before rivals and prospects, but that wasn't what drew Dirge's eyes. No, Shinori was walking about and talking. Ye gods, what an oppritunity! A quick handshake, a wrenching of energies, and Shinori would be little more than a meatsack piled on the ground. Oh, how easy it would be to become a terrorist!

Dirge sunk a little further back away and kept his eyes on Shinori. He had not met the king before, but would not bet against the king not knowing his face. Spies were industrious and many, that he had no doubt. And the last thing he needed to happen now was to battle off a host of guards and demons, without his Focus(his staff).

Ike looked over to see the King still talking with the same woman. 'By that rate he wont have time to do anything. Best to greet him. Don't want to be rude.' Ike thought before walking off to greet the king. Upon reaching the two he said bowing, "Sorry for not greeting you King." Ike said before coming up again. "I am Ike Nivin, Infultrator." He said sticking out his claw hand to shake wile his other hand was in his pocket. A slight grin on his face.

Valkyrie was hanging out by a dessert table. She was known for her sweet tooth worldwide. Put a chocolate cake infront of her and it'll be gone in under one hour. "Hmm now which one should I choose." she said clasping her hands together infront of the assortment of cakes and pasteries. Valkyrie picked up a vanilla eclair and slowed chewed on the end. "YUMMY." she said her mouth full. 'Oh but I must not eat too much. Don't want to get fat.' thought the tan-skinned girl.

"Uh, thanks..." Hitsui's red eyes looked like they were glowing... creepy, actually, but it seems that Renji didn't give its full attention to Hitsui. "Sir Renji, can I ask you a favor, please....?" Hitsui stopped for a moment, as if he wanted Renji to answer it, but he then continued it... "You see, I have a verrry important things to do. Well, uh, my problem is, these important things must be done at once and I can't leave it, even for now." Hitsui sighed once, and he continued again. "What I need from you is your single help to ... give Lord Manaka my regards... That is all I need from you. If you help me, I will give you a... uh... a... what about a good place for dragons to rest?" Hitsui suddenly felt the chill in the air. "Oh man, that person is here already." Such thoughts flew over his mind. "Please, I beg of you, can you help me...? Please...?" Hitsui looked forward for an answer.

Aitsym grew annoyed. She glanced at the man's claw indifferently. "Hello" She said politely hoping to get him to leave. SHe didn't change her stance for it clearly said at the moment "Leave me alone I don't like talking" It usuallly worked. "I'm Aitsym Kurvarri Captain of the Third Brigade" Aitsym didn't actually care who he was talking too she just wanted him gone. Maybe Shinori with him. The King was smart but Aitsym was not used to such a great crowd. Aitsym glanced at the high collar of her red dress to show that she was beginning to get bored. She wasn't the nicest of women in her good days and when she was feeling annoyed she was even ruder altough still subtle. Aitsym was nothing if not subtle. It often helped her in battle. Right now Aitsym wanted nothing more than to head back upstairs, change then lie on her bed and conduct a conversation with Filtora. At least the demon could read what Aitsym said, without saying it. She glanced at the plain invitation for someone to shake his hand. She did not take the invitation. She never did.

Renji smiled and nodded his head. Something about this boy made him think,something he never really had to do to understand someone. Renji grabbed the boy's shoulder and looked him in the eyes. He then spoke to the boy with his full attention on him."Yes.....You may go,but ill give you two days to get back or else he will come after you". Zabimaru flew down and ladded beside Renji,it long tail wrapped around Renji's chest and his fangs gleamed with power. Renji rubbed Zabimaru's head and looked back up at the boy."Now then tell me what is it that you have to do,that is so important?" Renji looked at the boy and his blue eyes,flashed before Zabimaru's eyes flashed.Renji had just did something.

Shinori began to read Aitsym like a book. Even ignoring her jesture, he knew that she did not want to have anything to do with any of this. He also didnt necessarily enjoy the company of people with this attitude, so he decided to grant her her wish. "Aitsym? I wouldnt want to be a bother and excuse you from the party, but I've just gotten a message from my assistant, he requests aid in a checkup of your brigade, so, I didnt think you'd mind." He said, raising an eyebrow indicating that this was her chance to excuse herself from the festivities.

He then turned to Ike. "Do not worry about it, it's no problem." He extended his hand to him and shook Ike's, ignoring the claw. "Can I help you with something?"

Ike gave a smile before saying, "No I just wanted to greet you before the night ended/" The boy continued, "I don't want to show disloyalty to the king as a Infultrator." Ike said before putting his claw back to his side. Looking over to the women in front of him with a stare he knew as he was not welcome, he thought, 'I wasn't even talking to you. However, if I was making you uncomfertable then just say so.' Ike thought before saying, "I am hungry. Haven't had food since breakfest, I think I'll go get some." Ike said before bowing to the king and excusing himself.

Ryou shook his head at the many recrutis below him. He throught to himself."It would be so easy to destroy them all with all of them being in one spot." Ryou laughed and spoke to one of the informets that had been feeding him information."What are they doing,and......what is he doing?"
The spy looked up at Ryou and spoke in a calm and to the piont tone. "He is at this moment talking to one of his recruits,we dont know why but we will know soon enough." Ryou expressions changed. "Very well then inform my captains and all of my soilders,soon we will have more soilders and we will continue to be the domain attack force of this gret army!!" Ryou grinned as the spy slowly faded into the shadows and disappeared with a gust of wind. "Soon all Dragomancers will be destryed and my families desth wont be for nothing,and he will pay.........i swear it!!!!!!" Ryou turned and walked out of his room,his door slamed with a loud thump as he vanished down the hallway toward his,his companies planning room.

It was with more haste than grace that Aitsym excused herself. She grabbed the opening that Shinori provided with both claws and didn't let go (so to speak). "Well, then I'll go help him. It was very nice talking to you, sire" Then Aitsym abruptly turned on her heel and managed to keep her pace a brisk walk. She wondered if it were absolutely necessary for her to help with the inspection of the Third Brigade. If not she was going to do what she'd been wanting to for the whole celebration. SHe'd best arrive look the part then leave. She changed into what her brigade had taken to calling her "I'm all bussiness no small-talk". It was an apt name and probably could be applied to everything else in her life. She looked at the assistant. "Well?"

Valkyrie took a piece of chocolate cake from the stand and wandered over to Manaka again. 'This place sure is crowded. People from all over Corinia came. So many..' thought the tan-skinned girl. She tapped on his shoulder " Want some. I just love sweets." she said flipping her hair over her shoulder and holding out her hand with the plate. It was true . She loved any kind of candy, pastrie, or cake .

"Huh?" Manaka turned to see that Valkyrie was offering him a plate of sweets. "For me? Isn't that s........" Manaka paused in the middle of hi sentence, knowing that he was about to say something UNBELIEVEABLE corny. "Uh, thank you. I was beginning to think that you might have ate them all before I even was able to get to them. You...." Manaka was interrupted by one of his servants. "What do you want?" he whispered.

"Sir, your uncle requests that you get on stage and make your speech to the new recruits now."

"Not now, cant you see I'm talking with a lady? What kind of manners would that be, not only would she probably not forgive me for walking out on her like that, I dont think I would forgive me! Tell my uncle it'll have to wait."

"Yes sir!" The servant scurried away to tell Rion Manaka's response.

Manaka then casually turns back to Valkyrie. "Like I was saying, I didnt think I'd be able to get to any of the sweets before you took them all up. You have a pretty heavy sweet tooth, huh? Makes me wonder how your able to keep such a great figure, but that's none of my business." He said, rolling his eyes at his own, slightly impolite, joke about Valkyrie's obsession. He took the plate and ate a morsel from it. Although it was very good, he did not want to express it in anyway around all the people.

"So, I told you earlier, right? About my speech that I'm gonna make to the crowd. For a first time in a while, feel just....maybe a little uneasy about this whole thing. Too busy fooling around today to even bring that thing into consideration, guess I'll just have to make it up as I go, like I do with everything else." He said, shrugging.

OOC: Anybody who would like to socialize with the leaders, do it quickly. I'd like to get the speeches started soon.

"Uh... to be honest with you... I can't really tell you what my bussiness is... but... just say that I have to do some private errands for what I have done years ago... beside..." Hitsui sighed, "there's someone I must run away from today..." Renji was confused of Hitsui said, but it can't be helped. Hitsui has its own problems. "I'll be back tomorrow, so don't worry. Well, maybe during the midnight... Oh, and... the place where the dragons can rest is... somewhere north from here. A beautiful place where flower blooms... You can find it from the sky easily. And, my dragon, Sin supposed to stay there while I'm off..."

Aitsym smiled. She knew exactly why he was confused. Well she wasn't mad. "Never mind I suppose it doesn't matter" She said. Then moved back up to her room. Silently she wondered if she would be able to hear Shinori's speech from her room.
Filtora was waiting in Aitsym's room. "I thought you were at the party?"
"Shinori himself gave me an excuse to leave. I'll figure out if I can listen to his speech later. But that crowd is huge"
"I noticed"
Aitsym flopped down on her bed with a slight smile "Inspection...yeah right"
"I don't quite follow" Filtora commented.
"Oh just my excuse to leave the party" Aitsym said.
"Okay" Filtora fell silent for a minute "Why do you want to hear his speech?"
"Because" Aitsym said as if it were public knowledge "It only seems polite to at least know what he talked about"
Filtora said nothing.

"Zabimaru.......is he lieing?.............. can you sense his thoughts and his body movements?" Zabimaru looked at Hitsui and his eyes flashed before he roared and spoke to Renji."The boy doesnt lie to us Renji,you can trust him."Renji lossened up and jumpped onto Zabimaru's back. Renji held his hand out toward Hitsui and pulled him up onto the dragon back."Let's take a ride" Renji and Zabimaru toke off into the sky where Renji looked at the tower where his room was located. "If your not back by the time the moon passes by my room in three days Zabimaru and i will track you down,find you and teach you not to break a promise." Renji let Hitsui back down were they were in the first place,and toke off on Zabimaru's back. He tursted the boy and knew he would come back in the extra day Renji gave him.

After Myra, got back, she lied down on her bed with the window open. "It's....nice...today", she said feeling the windy breeze. " Yes, but I wonder when well go on another mission", Myra's demon, Shadow said curiously. "Maybe....soon.....hopefully......a peacfull......one", she said detailing the mission. "Well, lets enjoy our day, untill, we are called", Shadow said putting his head down beside myra's head.

After a few minutes walking in the crowd, Hitsui finally able to get out of the place. As he walk along the road outside the place, Sin came and accompany him. "Hitsui... are you sure this is the best?"
"About what? If it's about her... I really have to, because if I don't... I'll lose everything..."
"No, about you... running away from people during the day tomorrow..."
"It can't be helped. If I don't stay there tomorrow, everything will be more troublesome..."
Hitsui sighed and grab onto Sin, and flew to the sky...

Yuriko crossed her arms. There was nothing here. It was just straight up boring. "Ah... quite honestly, I could've just been walking through the kingdom for boredom like this." But of course, it was quite easy for her to get unentertained. It was boring, though. The "young lady" walked into the giant group of people, flashing false smiles, then rolling her eyes after. Quite easily, Yuriko blended into the crowd, half-attempting to make her way to the door.

Ryou sat in his leader chair and looked around the large table surronded by his captains,and spys."Listen up!!!!!!! We dont know how many new recruits the Dragonmancers thye have now but we do know that most of their Generals,and Manaka himself are extremly strong,We do now that more then 95% of the people in this room alone couldnt defeat their generals or even hope to stand against Manaka,so Im sending three of my best spies into to gain information on the Dragomancers,and two to find out what the Savagers are up to." Ryou stood up and began to walk out of the meeting room. His squad would easliy defeat most of the new recurits they had,and he would defeat...........at all costs.

Hikari stood alone in the crowd. Her eyes gazed around and finally able to see Lord Manaka. "There he is..." She walked toward him, and finally met eye-to-eye with him. "Uhm...Sorry... Lord Manaka... You see... uh... my name is Hikari... I'm er... uh... I'm..." She was nervous and she knew that she can't say anything else in front of Lord Manaka. "Oh God, " said herself in her thoughts "what should I do? I don't know what to say to him..."

And by the way, I apologise in advance but I am thoroughly new (and also off-touch) to this rpg, and I'm still trying to suss out what exactly has been going on and who is who (most importantly who is who. Too many characters ><).

So if my first post is a little rubbish I really apologise. I don't know what's going on either, so I'm just going to 'tag' with Hikari until I can figure it out and decide on what I'm supposed to be doing.

Btw I'm not sure if I'm supposed to 'know' Hikari but I'm pretty sure as the Salvagers are one group then the characters must know one another. o_O

"Oh ... uh... excuse me... uh..."

Her voice was quiet, and timid. Possibly even shy. Too short for most to see her, she had to ask and apologise her way through the masses of crowds, in the hope that nobody would give her much more of a second thought.

For a while now she had been wandering. Maybe two, three hours. She had almost gotten lost. But she knew whereabouts she was going now, and being amongst other people that were similar to her helped her keep her nerves down as much as she could-

"Excuse me... sorry..."

-Up ahead, she managed to pull herself out into a slight run in a sparsing of the crowd before stopping. She had seen who she was after, but also saw who she was with. She stared for a moment, wondering what was going on, before waving a hand and almost exclaiming in order to be heard-

"Hikari! Hikari!"

-she didn't realise what the other girl was doing, but really she had just been tagging. She managed to make her way up to Hikaru, who appeared to be nervous or flustered, then realised who she was trying to speak to and almost copied in flushing-

Oh man... I really walked into it this time... That's... That's Lord Manaka...

"Um... s... sorry... H.. Hikari..."

-she was incredibly embarrassed about interrupting, and was as speechless as the other girl was. She hadn't intended to do it, but she knew there was no turning back. Very quickly, she attempted to apologise by bowing to the Lord. Maybe, without realising it, she was attempting to help Hikari calm her nerves in order to speak to the great man herself-

Manaka sighed at the events tonight, and thought to himself, "You think that my uncle would be able to put on an act or something to entertain the guest, I myself am getting a little bored of this......" He was the approached by Hikari, who seemed to studder as she tried to talk to him. He took in a deep breath and replied, "Good to meet ya Hikari. But seriously, there's nothing to be shy of, I'm just like anybody else here, not really that diff...." As the other girl came up and attempted to talk with each other, he asked, "What? Oh, the two of you know each other? Well...."Annoyingly, Manaka was once again approached by the assistant of his. "Ugh....what is it now?"

"Sir, your uncle orders to make the speech now before the crowd becomes restless!"

"I had jack squat to do with how he set up this party, not like this is my fault its a snore. The only thing keeping me here is the conversation, and knowing I owe them all something for coming here. But fine, I'll get up, maybe it can rouse something, who knows?" He then turned to Hikari. "Listen, I really am sorry right now, but I got some business to attend to right now, I'll have to talk to you later!" He said as he was being pulled away from the crowd of people, back into the kingdom where he would be led to the main balcony to make his speech.

OOC:Next post, I'll make Shinori decide to make his speech and then the speech will happen, potentially ending the celebration. The next morning will be the first battle of the war, so bear with me that long.

Renji and Zabimaru flew over the Celebration ground once more." Zabimaru lets give them a show really quick ok." Renji grinned as Zabimaru dived stragith down toward the ground and the celebration. Renji slowly stood up on Zabimaru's back and with a grin jumped from its back. Renji spinned in the air,as Zabimaru fired bits of lighitng at him. The lighitng surged into Renji's body and released itself creating a beatiful display in the air. Renji's feet conected with the wall closet to him,and with great agility he jumpped into the air only to be picked up by Zabimaru. Zabimaru ran across on of the wall and then up the castle wall. Renji leaned back and fell head first,followed by Zabimaru.

Renji laughed and he and Zabimaru spinned in the air,be fore connecting with one anohter in a triple spin that turned into a dragon flip mid-air. Renji and Zabimaru pulled up at the last second and dropped Renji to the gorund where he landed with a pose on both feet. Zabimaru roared and toke to the skies again. He disappeared once he past by the grand tower.

Aitsym opened her window. She didn't have a balcony but her window was close enough to the party that the chatter drifted through to her. "Well I guess I will be able to hear Shinori's speech"
"Wonderful" Filtora commented obviously bored.
"Oh come now, Filtora, at least show a little more enthusiasm we are talking about King Shinori after all" Aitsym told her.
"How's this?" Filtora said jumping off her place on the chair. "Oh wonderful I can't wait!"
"It's not polite to be sarcastic"
"I know but come on...speeches are boring" Filtora smiled wickedly "I don't see why you are showing so much enthusiasm oh you who did not want to attend this party in the first place"
Aitsym shook her head. "Filtora, you could try to at least be nicer to me"
Her demon snorted and took her chair back. "Sure, Aity" She said knowign she was using the nickname that Aitsym despised.
"You know It hate that name" Aitsym said automatically. She kept her window open and flopped back down on the bed waiting for Shinori to speak.

Hitsui almost fall from Sin as they flew at the sky. Hitsui is half-asleep at that the time. "Hitsui..." said Sin, awakening Hitsui. "You must take some proper rest. It's not good to have the cold air for a weak body such as yours."

"What? Oh... yeah, I'm fine... keep going, Sin... to that place... Uhmm... sleepy..." said Hitsui as he groaned. He really is sleepy. Suddenly, Sin, who is actually felt a little bit tired, hit a branch. "SIIIIIN!!" yelled Hitsui as he fully awaken and heading right to the ground. Hitsui fall from Sin's back!

"Oh, it's you, Kiyo... thanks for helping me out there. I'm kind of nervous..." Hikari grab her hand and take her to a place where the crowd's voice can't reach them. "Hey, what do you think of today's main event? Isn't it too exaggerating a bit? I mean, about this crowd..." Hikari sighed once said, "Though it's quite good for Lord Dirge, who went to Lord Shinori's. If only I bring my sword around... It's easy to become an assassin at a place like this... well, at least that's the last thing we need for the Salvagers... Uh, anyway, have you heard anything from Lord Dirge?" She silenced, waiting for a reply...

(ooc - Great. Guess what? My webmaster emailed me saying he got a response back from the server I was running. Not that I care now. I'm taking this rp as priority over running my old forum. =))

"Um.."

-That was all the shy girl managed to say to Manaka, before he was (obviously annoyed) taken away by someone else. She assumed that it must have been important. Maybe for the 'speech' that was being planned.

When the Lord had gone her complexion seemed to soften as she was able to relax. She turned herself away from Manaka's last direction, and spoke to Hikari again, although this time her voice was a little clearer and less tense-

"It... It's okay. don't worry about it.."

-she finished by making an uneasy smile. It seemed to cover up the accident. Hikari then wanted to take her away from the noise the crowds made and made no effort to stop her. As Hikari walked, leading her in effect, she looked around again at all of the people and the bright lights and sounds, getting a little bewildered by it all.-

"Today's... event?"

-The questionative comment sounded as if she was clueless. For a second or two, she was. By that time, her head cleared and she shook it a little to get some sense into her-

"Oh... y.. yeah.. it does seem like there's... you know... something up."

-she turned a little, to look back at where Hikari had been leading her from, at all the lights-

"Lord Dirge?" -she turned back to Hikari- "Uhm... n... no... he hasn't really said anything to me since he left... I think maybe we're supposed to be waiting around where Lord Manaka's supposed to be making his speech."

-she wasn't too sure. It was evident in her voice.-

"I thought... I thought he'd said what you ... we were supposed to be doing?"

-she fell silent herself, as she had expected Hikari to be sure of what she was doing.-

After his meetings with his captains,Ryou headed back to his room. Ryou opened his balony window and walked out into the clod night air. He grinned and looked down at the celebration. He then notcied that Shinori was about to make his speech to the recruit's. Ryou shook his head and satdown in one of his chairs listening to every word he said.

Valkyrie stopped chewing her cake and gulped it down, dabbing a napkin over her mouth. She watched as Manaka made his way onto the balcony, where his speech would be taking place. Her eyes watching every movement. 'Alright Manaka you've had all day to think up this speech. Now let's see how you do.' she thought crossing her arms over her chest.

After Hitsui landed at the ground with both his feet first, he walked toward Sin. "Sin, are you okay...?" Hitsui carefully helped Sin out of the wood pile that broke and landed on its body. Sin groaned once and answered Hitsui's question. "I am fine... what about you legs?"

"A little scratch, maybe, but I'm fine." Hitsui sighed as he finally moved the last wood pile. "Sin, do you have any idea where we are now?"

"About 400 meters from the place we're looking for." Hitsui examined Sin's wings. "It seems that I must walk there. You might still be able to fly, but giving more weight for your wings might be dangerous. Follow me from the sky, Sin."

"Understand..." And so, once again, their journey started.

"Kiyo, are you okay?" asked Hikari to tham kid as she realized that there was something wrong with her. "Did something... happened to you?"

But Kiyo kept silenced. Hikari was troubled why, but she knew that it wasn't nice to forced someone on doing something. "He didn't tell me anything, not even the slightest idea why we must be here."

Hikari gazed at the sky and finally, gazed at Manaka. "Apparently, the speech is going to start soon. Why don't we go a little bit closer to there and perhaps, listening to every words he said?"

EMERGENCY OOC: I'd like to thank you all for joining this RPG, but unfortunately, I'm gonna have to put it at a stand still for the moment. As my grades in school arent all that good(My family says it because I'm lazy) and exams are coming up, I've had to study for a while now, so I will not be posting in this RPG until Friday, which is the last day of school. After that, I will continue the RPG. Thank you for understanding.

As Myra and her demon, Shadow, awaited for Lord Dirge's return, Myra decided to wonder around the kingdom until further notice. "I....... wonder....where....everyone...is?", Myra questioned to her shadowy demon. "Probaly out doing assignments", Shadow answered walking alongside Myra.

Sin was worried about Hitsui left foot, who was once badly damaged, but it can't be helped. Even how close Sin and Hitsui was, Hitsui still his master, and Hitsui's words still order. Disobey them always cast trouble.

Sin flew around the sky while Hitsui tried to get past a large crater. It is too large too turn around, and too deep to slide down. "This... could be trouble..." said Hitsui, worried about the obstacle in front of him. "Well, I have no choice..." He jumped down to it.

But now I feel bad, as I let down people who were in this RPG, and before the RPG even was really able to begin. So, if any of those in this RPG still come on AF, I'd like you all to PM, if you would want to continue this RPG, because I dont want my first RPG to do like this, and once again, I'm sorry.So, if you still are going to participate in this RPG, or your somebody new who wants to be in it, just PM, then I'll see if there's enough feedback to continue the RPG.
