I think so.Because like when did the Z-fighters fight cooler on Namek .Once Goku got there he fought freiza and won by the time he won the planet was in bits then left the planet O.o and cooler is stronger than frieza ,so the planet would be well done before he fought frieza .So whats going on here :wacko:.
If Goku fought cooler and was in bits then fought frieza ,frieza would of won.Gah I'm confused :banghead:.

If you're referring to DBZ movie 6- Return of Cooler:

It takes place on "New Namek" The planet that the Namekian race inhabits after Freiza takes down the original planet. That's from what I can remember anyway.
