well for some unexplained reason (boredom) i made another wallpaper(stop complaining!!)
this extraction was also by thorny (Thorny for President!!)
i have always like this picture (i had Nepsa-chan make me a siggy with it like 2 yrs ago) so i decided to make something with it as soon as i saw it ^_^

your thoughts?
i know im not as good as Tai-sama or Ookami-sama but ur comments are love

My main issue with it is that the character looks blurred. Which is odd because I've seen a high res version of that image somewhere. So, I would first suggest to fix the character.
