True relationship between ichigo and rukia

well the tittle says it all what is the true relationship between ichigo and rukia? do they have an affection towards each other? is their relationship more freindship?..... so what do u think?

I'd say that they're friends, and in the grand scheme of things rukia and renji are probably going to develop more seriously, and ichigo and orihime are probably going to wind up together. But I'd like to see Ichigo with Rukia, =)

No, I seriously don't think they are in love. It's just not like that, even if I'd want them to end up together, I CAN'T imagine it happen or LAST.
Rukia rescues Ichigo, and he gets her power, and Ichigo owes her his life. In return, Ichigo rescues Rukia, and they're even.
I think they have a really strong bond, but it's not something that has to do with love. Sure, they "love" each other, but not THAT kind of love, not a boyfriend x girlfriend love.
Ichigo looks up to Rukia a lot, even though she's not a captain or whatever, but for what the two of them have been through, hard time and emotional times. I STILL don't think they're in love. They just got a lot, A LOT, of respect, for each other.

My guess is as good as anybody else's. But I think that Rukia and Ichigo do have affections toward each other, but their shinigami jobs get in the way, and their both too stubborn to show how they really feel. O_o I dont think the anime/manga was built on love either. It would be a bit akward seeing them holding hands and skipping down the street...

i believe there maybe be a connection between orihime and ichigo, but i'm for rukia. their relationship runs deeper, and shows the most promise for me.

i really think that rukia and ichigo have romantic feelings for each other and in the end will end up together. they hint at it alot. what confuses me is that renji seem to also have feelings for rukia and orihime for sure has a crush on ichigo. she admitted she was jealous of rukia's and ichigo's relationship.

From what I remember of this show, they showed sibling affection like a brother and sister cause she is responsible for making him a Death God. But as for actually being in love is something that was never really shown.
