Ok, I know I tend to start things and dont bother to finish them, but I absolutly adore how this came out...Im really proud of my work here. I used the Air extraction I made a while back and made a LJ header with it and was inspired to make this wall (credit also goes to Fiona Apple's "Across the Universe" song ^_^). I think its a finished work, but I know theres always small tweeks here and there to make, so comments and crticism are welcome <33 {1024x768}

This is an awesome wallpaper, the only thing I see that you might need to tweak is the moons, they feel took close together in my opinion. The font doesn't feel as if it goes with the sig, it more like sticks out more than anything. But it's still good Maru and I love it so keep up the good work k!

i think you should edit your post, so it shows a thumbnail first and not the wall,
also tagging it would be a start to prevent it from being ripped :P
other than that, what bothers me is the jpeg compression fragments and the glow the girl has. Also i think you should try to put the text a little lower and make it brighter. That's my two cents generally i like it :P

Well, when I first started the thread, the manage attachments function didnt want to work, but it finally worked for me today, sorry bout that =3.
And I didnt think about tagging it because theres a good three places I want to submit it, where I go by different names, so I didnt want it to seem like I ripped it myself.
I'll get rid of the glow...and I think Im gonna rework the text completly.

hm, lets see ... Char needs cleaning, also the glow is out of place ... the stars shouldn't be over the moons/planets/astral-things o_o; oh, they look transparent too o_o; ... and personally I don't dig the purplish color.

Well, the planets are supposed to be off in the far distance as a background, and thats why everything is over them.
I know what you mean about stars being over them, but those particular brushes were more for "particles" in the air instead of stars.
As for the purple, I added that along with green and very small amounts of orange because the wall felt too blue to me =/

I like the color variation: you're right, it's too blue otherwise.

I think that what wizzy means by the stars over planets is that stars are generally bigger than planets. so having the stars over the planets messes with nature. ;)

It's great! I don't know if you notice but it seems a little odd that the moon has a higher resolution than the character. (Not saying thats a bad thing)

Well, this is the step in the right direction.

I love how you ditched out the bg. But I think you need to get rid of the lines. It's plain weird to have lines when you did sky bg.
The planets are okay, not smudged or blurred. (Edit: Generally, it's fantasy. So people would think about adding lots of planets, it's not a wrong thing to do. It's their creativity.)
The same goes with the stars.
The font really goes well with the bg around the planet.
But the scan can do abit cleaning. Also her hair being cut off on her upper right side hair.
