Yay contests!!! In our newest contest, we will be celebrating Valentine's Day. And what is Valentine's Day. without candy? Your mission, if you choose to accept it...

Make a candy/chocolate themed Valentine's Day wallpaper.

Things could include pictures of sweets, chocolate/candy-colored walls, someone eating candy, someone covered in candy, but there must be a significant amount of candy/chocolate in the wallpaper. No, a little piece of candy thrown in the bottom corner doesn't count.

The rules
- The wallpaper must be at least 1024x768. Widescreen and larger sizes are acceptable.
- The file size should be in a normal range. It doesn't need to be very large.
- One wallpaper per artist. no collaborations and no stealing.
- Please write "animegalleries.net" on the wallpaper if you would like to be considered for addition to the site.
- Prevent theft by adding your name to your wallpaper
- due date: February 10th

Please submit your walls and any questions to this thread. All words of encouragement to certain artists can be sent to them in PM; please don't post them in here.

mod's choice and people's choice will directly follow the due date. Winners will be posted on AnimeGalleries so that everyone can enjoy it. Happy walling! :grouphug:

my suggestion ... rather than hurrying and submitting your work, spend more time making it better ;) ... you know, the contest won't run away o_o;

Question: it's more a question for others ... can we ask for suggestions and comments for the walls before submitting them here?

My sugestion.. that wallpaper is done in my style and i enter because of the fun of it not to win. I am not one of those beauty stuf artists, i like if things are diffrent so please keep your sugestions to yourself or pm me instead.

Please keep suggestions and advice out of the thread. Instead, I would send them via PM. However, if you want suggestions before entering, I suppose you can make a thread in the forums asking for advice.

remember, you can change your wallpaper as many times as you like before the contest ends. Just EDIT YOUR POST with your changes.

I did this wallpaper on my laptop while lying in bed suffering from the worst cold ever. I guess I could of watched the Super Bowl, but I'm not big on football.
