Hello again, denizen of AF.
It's been awhile since I last post something on this section. Ok, this idea pops out after watching OP of GitS:SAC 2nd GIG. I wanna to a make WP of all Section 9, particular the one in the OP. This is the closest thing to the image I wanted.
One problem of this particular scan is it's very grainy and hard to clean. Vectoring each one of them is a nightmare and I have to resorted to grunge theme, which kinda new for me. After tinkering around with PS, letting my imagination flow, this the best I can get and I didn't expect to turn be.
Here's the first try. Going to put some text on it.
Any comments?
