One of you seasoned Bleach watchers could answer this.
Do we ever get to see Kenpachi's ban-kai, or shin-kai forms of his sword?

If so...I can't wait :)

I read the manga, which is far, far ahead of the anime at this point(which is at episode 112 as of yesterday), and thus far we have only seen Kenpachi once since they were in Soul Society. And all he did was walk into a room where Ichigo was, catching him by surprise.

Since we have not seen him fight since his fight with Ichigo (the filler episodes in the anime don't count because no development actually occurs in filler), we have not seen his ShiKai or BanKai. Of course, that is IF he ever even gets to know the name of his zanpakutou.

I don't think they'll have him have a shikai let alone a bankai because he will be too strong. Maybe as the series keep going and they have to fight stronger people they might show his shikai but I doubt they'll do it soon.

I think he once said that he didn't want/or was unable to know the name of it's Zanpakuto. So I doubt he'll have a bankai or even a shikai. But, we never know...

if he gets to know the name of his Zanpakuto he will not reach shikai in ages... so hel go around pissed ad cursing at his Zanpakuto hehe... or what would be cool is if the Zanpakuto demands a sertan bloodshed before shikai mwhahahaha (i love bloodshed)

Kenpachi does not have a zanpaktou he uses a everyday sword you find on the ground, but i think theres going to be some corny thing like the name of the sword is actually inside you or something. I wonder what it''ll be, maybe he just turns into a shinigami which he already is but with a proper sword lol.

yeah, i'll agree with you i think he wants to be stronger than Ichigo so that he can kill him! (only my opinion) heheheh...:D
