Opacho is a guy, not a girl.

And Bluebell is a park ranger Horohoro meets in the manga in the Horo horo centric chapter he gets. It's an awesome one where he totally freaks out a bunch of poachers with his shamanic power :p it's also the first time he uses the Ikupasui charm.
