This is quite broad actually, because I assume that it is any pairings, from any series, from any genre that we want, which is well, a big pond to pick from. I'm surprised to see some short replies here.
Well, here are some of my favorite pairings:

1. SasuNaru - Come on, it is so canon... SasuSaku is actually a good (not to mention obvious) couple, but SasuNaru is way cuter, and shows a way deeper relationship.
2. ShikaTema - ShikaIno is a bad combination. Shikamaru clearly needs an intelligent woman that will cure him of his laziness. Temari clearly has the brain and the strength for that job. For this, I say, age does not matter.
3. MukuroTsuna - This is my most recent OTP. Although (I do admit) that the series is lacking in proof of this slash, I enjoy it.
4. YohxAnna - My first favorite pairing ever. Their relationship is sort of a bittersweet one, which makes it so much more interesting
5. HaoxAnna - simply to accompany the YohxAnna shipping
6. IchigoxRukiaxRenji - No, not a threesome (though that would be nice as well). I cannot decide whether or not I like IchixRuki or RenjixRuki better.
7. DominicxAnemone - It's a bitter relationship, but turns out very sweet in the end, which makes the series very worthwhile to follow <3
8. MelloxNear - The scarcity of fans for this pairing is really unfortunate, not to mention sad, because it's losing to MattxMello...
9. RikuxSora - Too obvious to be cast aside
10. YuushixNobara - I have just recently gotten into Crimson Heroes, and this is probably my favorite pairing from it.
