This kiss was beautiful in its own way, but it was not romantic. Kouta was not into the kiss, and more or less let Rushi(Lucy) kiss him.
I have different opinions on that. :p If he didn't have feelings for her, he wouldn't have let her do it. He told Yuka that he liked her but he really didn't show it again and then he goes and kisses Lucy for THAT long. Kouta is a player! :rolleyes:

Oh! And I think it was episode 8 or 10, but when Soubi had Ritsuka pierce his ear, I think they kissed. I can't remember, I just know I loved that scene too. ^_^

1) Kare Kano ep.8, when Yukino goes round to Soichiro's house and she complains that he never shows his feelings to her. He responds "I'll show you how I feel..." and she's sat with her back to the bookshelves all panicky and wondering what he'll do, and he puts an arm on the books next to her head, almost enclosing her in, like a trap and he kisses her... it's different to the first time and without the anime or manga saying anything you just *know* what that means.

Lovely scene - romantic and sexy and slightly scary too.

2) Kare Kano ep.18 after Soichiro retuns from the kendo nationals and he's all different, and Yukino is feeling somehow different and there's all these new strong urgent feelings between them. She goes to his house one day to lend him some homework and he kisses her again. And this time his hand wanders down from her shoulder, down her arm, lower, lower, so slowly, so exquisitely slowly and then across and onto her chest. And her eyes pop open and she goes "Uh...ah... your hand..." That's just a great kiss, its the beginning of something new and strong between them, there's real sexual tension in there for the first time. It's a great scene - beautiful and romantic and earthy at the same time.

3) Misato kissing Shinji in End of Evangelion as she's dying. What a kiss, what a great scene, what an amazing woman. Whenever I watch it I can't keep a dry eye.

Domanic and Anemone in Eureka Seven, as they are falling head-first from several hundred feet in the air with explosions all around them. That is just intense. Not 100% sure they kissed, as their faces weren't showing, but it was the positioning of the heads was correct, so I'm going to assume they did.



Awwww, I loved that scene. It was one of my favorite kiss scenes, but I have to go with Eureka and Renton -Eureka 7- It seemed so dramatic for an end of the series kiss, plus I've always wondered if they ever would.
