since iv only seen the anime i was wondering if ritsuke ever said i love you to soubi there always hinting they love each other but the only one to say has been soubi i need proof

Well from I've been told(by many people), the anime stops pretty much in the middle of the storyline, basically meaning that the manga goes further than that point on which the anime ended. Hopefully it does. ~.~ Loveless is a great series and all, but I'm kid of losing interest in it since it's pretty much getting overrated now...
