Sailor Moon vs Sailor Saturn!!

I think Sailor Saturn would win, but if Sailor Moon was in her Eternal form I think she would have a chance at beating Sailor Saturn. I don't know, it's quite hard to compare since Sailor Saturn appears quite little in the series.

Sailor Moon has her magic sceptors. The only weapon Saturn has is her Silence Glaive, which she could use to attack like any normal scythe, and she is VERY good at handling that dangerous weapon I might add. But unlike Sailor Moon, Saturn doesnt have and "special" abilities other than the power to bring ruin to the world. Unless Saturn plans on destroying the planet, Sailor Moon wins. Sailor Moon has powerful ranged attacks that will hit Saturn before Saturn gets close enough to use her Silence Glaive, and Sailor Moon has the Ginzuisho. The Ginzuisho beats all.

I personally think Sailor Moon would win. Most likely doing something that would cause Saturn to be a child again. Although if Saturn were selfish, and she isnt, shes one of the most caring of the scouts, she could cause complete destruction of the universe.

Well it's an odd angle but if you look at it closely it's just her little tiara thing and a normal collar bone. Though the lighting on it is a bit confusing to where some of her blouse looks like her skin! O.o

But she wouldn't. If you factor in their personalities then Sailor Saturn would never destroy the world...In an all-out versus fight, things like that dont matter. If one opponent has the power to do it, then it counts. And Saturn has attempted to destroy the world in both in the anime and manga.

If thats the case, then I think its only because shes pushing her chest out as she looks over her shoulder.

Although Sailor Saturn is my favorite i'd have to Say Sailor Moon because as many people have posted she has a more variety of attacks then Saturn.

Not this is difficult. Sailor Saturn is the scout of distruction. She has the power to destroy the world. And really, Sailor Moon's touchy/feely/Ilovetheworld nature wouldn't get her out of it if this is was Hotaru decided to do. The Outer Scouts have this thing where they aren't afraid to go the mile if need be, they'll just accept it. Where as SM is always trying to believe in the best, try to fix it, etcetc. So I don't really know. Part of me thinks it'd be a draw, part of me thinks it'd be SS. o_O I mean, she is the messiah..

Her Silent Wall just may be strong enough to shield maybe most of Sailor Moon attacks... she withstood a pretty powerful blast from Nehenlia using her Silent Wall.

The way I see it... if Saturn decides to destroy the planet first, then everyone is screwed. If Sailor Moon tries to attack her using a scepter, then I think Saturn's Silent Wall would be strong enough to shield her from Sailor Moon's attack. But I dont think Saturn's wall could withstand the power of the Ginzuisho. But then again, if she destroys the planet... arg. This is difficult. Bringing in her Silent Wall completely turns the tables.

I like sailor Saturn but I too would have to go with sailor moon. she has special abillities and in her eternal form I think she might have a chance. I might also agree that Saturn DOES really know how to handle that dangerous weapon but I'm not sure if she could win against Sailor Moon....

Also the silver crystal could destroy worlds so she's techinically on the same par of power as saturn. But if she was to piss off saturn saturn could techinally just make the world explode with three fricking words. It took techinically forever and a dialogue to beat beryl with it and Death Phantom.

Yes if either uses their power they would die...and the storyline has to pick them up and shove their soul back in their body again. And Hotaru turning into a child was sailor moon's doing I believe so I don't think either would win they would both die.

Sailor Moon is stronger with Sailor Saturn. Sailor Moon doesnt die when Saturn destoyes the world. In the Infinity arc Sailor Saturn herself said that Sailor Moon is to revive the Earth if she (Saturn) was ever to destroy it. And thats exactly what Sailor Moon did. Sailor Moon can undo the ultimate destruction that Sailor Saturn has power over, thus Sailor Moon is stronger.

Silent Wall is a barrier, Silence Glaive Surprise is a distraction mechanism, Death Reborn Revolution drains life energy, and seems to have some strong release of force, and she brings down her Silence Glaive to end a world. With such a moveset she cannot defeat Sailor Moon in any way. Not even by destroying the world, as Sailor Moon in unaffected by it, and can even recreate the world. Its shown in the Infinity Arc.

That translation is not quite accurate either. What Nehelenia said was: "The power of Death is a double-edged sword. If you use it, you shall die also." I'm not sure how you interpreted it, but Sailor Saturn was planning to destroy the world. Earlier, Saturn says to Nehelenia: "There seems to be no choice... By sublimating you, the cause of every evil, I will end everything. In the name of Sailor Saturn, I will release the power of Death." She is saying that she is going to kill Nehenlia, but also at the cost of destroying the world. This is when Nehelenia says her part, and afterwards tells Saturn to do it if she wants (basically telling her to do it if she had the guts, as if daring her). Saturn responds by saying: "That is my mission." Again, another hint that she is planning to destroy the world, as her mission is to do so when all hope seems lost in her eyes. After Nehelenia tries to sway Saturn, Saturn says: "I believe in our princess." And she later says: "Princess, please save our future and Chibiusa!" First, those words correspond to her words in the Infinity Arc. She has intentions of destroying the world, she is also putting so much hope into Sailor Moon, who is, like in the manga, supposed to recreate the world. And second, obviously she and Nehelenia are NOT the only ones who are about to die as Saturn also asks Sailor Moon to "save Chibimoon." It may come off as if she herself doesnt believe in her princess, since she is resorting to ending everything, but thats not the case. Its not that she doesnt beleive in Sailor Moon, its that it is her mission or duty as a senshi to do what she is about to do. Like Saturn, the other outer senshi also share a firm belief in the "mission" aspect of their being a senshi. Like the other outer senshi, she treats it as if she doesnt have a choice. And then finally, what did Saturn do? She begins to bring down the Silence Glaive. Her bringing down the Silence Glaive is canon that she is about to destroy the world. Though, Chibimoon stopped her just in time. Even so, its pretty clear that her intent was to destroy Earth.
