For me, it'd have to be the Kenshin Himura. While his life was tragic, I'd personally not mind to experience all the suffering, joy, and love he felt throughout the many years he lived. Kenshins' story appealed to me the most of all others, and I'd greatly like to see it through his eyes, from the beginning to the end.
