It is a lie. It is clearly a shopped image, from the fact that Yondaime's head does not quite fit onto the body, as well as the BDSM kit which is mentioned....not even going to consider why it was mention....

Also, I have read all released Naruto manga to date, and can say that this has never happened.

I'd say this is probably just some fanwork or joke comic. Afterall, one can tell from Manhatten's link that it's not very likely they'd be going to get a BSDM kit from Orochimaru (although I wouldn't be surprised if he had one.)
