Screen Caps

does anyone know how to make Screen Caps. I haven't been able to and can find no guides to help me

You can use the PrintScreen method or look for the screen capturing feature in your player. Usually in players the shortcut for screen capturing is the character "P" or "Ctrl+P". For the PrintScreen method you have to do the following:
- press PrtScr (it's located right of your F12 button)
- open Paint or any other similar program
- paste the image in it by pressing "Ctrl+V"

With this method you can make only one capture/time. If you find the screen capturing feature in your browser it will save you the pic in one ".bmp" file on it's own.

in most cases print screen wont work with video players ...

The best method is to get a video player that supports screen capturing ... like MPC (Media player classic), BSPlayer, ...

When it comes about screencaps I use BSPlayer. I think it's really handy dandy and fine! ^___^

I use VLC player, with it I can take single screen caps or set it so I can take multiple caps one after another for animated icons.
