Very nice concept! And good source image. I just have a few comments on it.

The contrast and saturation on the woman at right is cranked up too high. She looks like she's either been spraypainted or she has a sunburn.

The slightly larger image behind her is just a little bit distracting - she looks like she's standing in front of a mirror or something? Maybe blur or soften the image behind her ever so slightly.

The three "pieces" of her to the left... it looks like she's been chopped up! Maybe dropping the saturation on those, removing the color from them, perhaps even giving them a lavender cast or something, anything to make them appear a bit more different from the original at right.

The "Come With Me?!" text is pixellated.

For a first time, that's REALLY good. the only things wrong I can find wrong is that the border around the text area is a little awkward/the text needs a little work and her foot is too saturated...makes her foot look like she got serious sun burn. But besides that, its REALLY good.

OH, wow, thats amazing!!!!! I love the color, hmm, although I think the text kinda stands out too much, its like you just stuck it in there and didn't change anything on it to blend in, but its so coool!!!! Color!!! Weeeeeeeee XD
