I am really tired right now...I just kind of threw this wall together, really sloppy. Anyways, here it is....ugghhh soo tired.

I like it though the sailor girl still looks kinda digitized. The bg with the clouds look cool too but they could have blended alittle better >>; But overall I still like it^_^

Well, I added a bit of transparency to the clouds and fiddled with contrast and brightness...

is Minako supposed to be missing parts of her? but i think you should fix that.

Nice concept, but the character is way too pixellated and blurry. You need to find a much better piece to work with.

Or, go with the pixellated theme - but make everything else in the wallpaper pixellated, too. Make it a stylistic thing. You still need a better source image, though; this girl's hair bows are blurry, and her hands and one leg are faded. She's also missing much of one wing.

The text is way too sharp, compared with everything else in the wallpaper.
